He explained the recommendations and installation process in a way that was very easy to understand and follow. The repairs and installation went very smoothly. The foreman, Gary, and his crew, Luke and James were very professional the entire time. They kept checking in during the process and clearly explained what was going on and what to expect next. They also did a great job cleaning up and making sure everything was good to go before leaving. The communication throughout the whole process was fantastic (during the inspection, setting up the install appointment, and during installation) and we always knew what was going on. The team of men who handled our basement waterproofing project were excellent from start to finish. Our salesman, Neil, visited our home and took us through their waterproofing steps and policies step-by-step. We had sought two other bids, as well, and FRS offered the best services, package deal, guarantee and financing of the three bids. They worked with us on the best dates for us for the project. Everything was accomplished just as Neil said it would be, and we are exceedingly pleased. We had a crew of three gentlemen who arrived three days ago to install our basement waterproofing. Foreman Devon, and crew members Roy and Owen were simply excellent workers and exceptional people. Each day this week they walked us through what they had accomplished that day and explained thoroughly why everything was done the way it was. Today before pulling out they finished up explaining everything we would need to know in the next couple weeks. Thank you to FRS For coming through exactly as you promised. We would be happy to be a reference for anyone who has questions from a homeowner. We look forward to turning our entire system on in a few weeks ~ returning appliances and storage shelving to their places around the walls ~ after the concrete has cured. It looks like a whole new basement… And that’s saying a lot for a 100 year old house in Webster Groves. Thanks Neil, Devon, Roy and Owen.

We haven’t had our work completed so we will come back and address any concerns “if” we run into issues. What I can say is Doug Helfrich has really helped and educated us on the project we are taking underway. He came out quickly and was very prompt with a response/bid which was appreciated as we were under contract to sell the home. He even came out a second time when we wanted to get something else addressed as well. On a Sunday at that! He was very prompt with phone calls and text messages and while waiting for our project has kept in touch to keep us updated. My dad is a hvac guy and Doug reminds me so much of him. Educating us, taking the time for small talk, just letting us know it’s a not a huge project they could handle it and do it all the time. He made me feel like we were one of his kids the way he spoke with us and has taken care of us. We hope the install process goes as smoothly as the bid/project assessment.
