I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick Mata from Foundation Recovery Systems for a crawl space inspection, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience. Nick's expertise and professionalism really stood out throughout the entire process.When Nick arrived, he immediately got to work inspecting my crawl space, using advanced equipment to detect any moisture or mold issues. He explained everything he was doing and made sure to take pictures to show me exactly what was going on. I was impressed by his attention to detail and thoroughness.As we went through the inspection, Nick took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. It was evident that he truly cared about my home and my family's health.One thing that really impressed me was Nick's ability to explain complex crawl space issues in a way that was easy to understand. For example, when he detected moisture in one area of my crawl space, he showed me how the conditions were conducive to mold growth and explained how this could affect the indoor air quality of my home. He also showed me pictures of mold growth in other crawl spaces and how encapsulation prevented similar issues in those homes.Throughout the inspection, Nick provided practical advice on how to address any issues that were identified. He explained the benefits of encapsulation and recommended a few options based on my specific needs and budget. He also provided tips on how to maintain my crawl space moving forward.Overall, I highly recommend Nick Mata and Foundation Recovery Systems for anyone in need of a crawl space inspection. I had a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and especially with their Field Inspector, Ken Jordan. Ken was super thorough when inspecting my house, and he really took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be fixed. What I appreciated the most was that he didn’t try to upsell me or push for anything unnecessary—just honest, straightforward recommendations. You can tell Ken knows his stuff, and he was professional while still being easy to talk to. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. If you’re dealing with foundation issues and want someone who’s knowledgeable and trustworthy, ask for Ken Jordan. Highly recommend!

Had a sidewalk that had sunk too far on the right side making it quite unsafe at the front step. I had a different company out to raise it and they failed but still charged me 3/4 of the cost. I then had Foundation Recovery Systems out and they fixed the problem without issue. My experience was great with FRS!

Jessie and Derrick came out today on short notice to raise our driveway and pathway. The front door stairs had fallen a few inches and was a hazard for guests. Our salesperson Derrick was very helpful and knowledge in explaining the process and working with our schedule. Overall I'm very happy with with the work.
