Brian German is our foundation recovery systems inspection technician. Brian came out today on our annual service call checked out all our systems. Checked the level of our house perimeter all the way around checked our walls,floors and ceilings for movement. While Brian was here he helped us with another issue we had which was the drain from our whole house heating system had gotten clogged but was under the encapsulation. Brian opened the encapsulation located or drain line cleaned it out for us and resealed the encapsulation. We have a different technician each year for our annual inspection and I really hope that Brian is our inspector from now on he's pleasant and thorough.

We scheduled an appointment to inspect our house, knowing there were problems. Darell arrived and took the time to do everything necessary to identify the problem. He was very professional and explained in detail what was going on. His experience and manner convinced us to repair the house with FRS ( also th voice time guarantee). Alex was our foreman, and he also did an incredible job with the repairs. They finished on time and in the proper manner, and were always friendly. Thank you!

Matthew was my Sales Rep. He did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and my daughter. Dan, Francisco, and Owen were the team that did the restoration on my basement. The guys were wonderful. They were all very well informed and kept me in the loop of how things would work while they were on-site. Dan was a great foreman. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Cisco made a special trip to my house to replace a piece that had broken so that the job would be completed when they said it would be. All of the staff was very respectful of the rest of my property and you can't hardly tell that thet did 2 – 25ft trenches in my front yard. I just want to thank all of you for helping me during this difficult time and making it easy. Will recommend you to everyone.

Several years ago I had a new sump pump system installed by Foundation Recovery Systems and things have been working fine. I just recently had a courtesy “check up” on my system performed by service technician Randy Smith. He was friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about workmanship. He looked at the set up in my basement, looked outside at the downspouts and walls, measured humidity levels and when he saw some places I could improve a situation he pointed them out. He was thorough and explained everything he was checking and doing. I felt very confident in his suggestions and they made sense. I look forward to working with both Randy and FRS in future years! Thank you!

The worked performed was well done as stated in the contract. The team members on day one, Forman Camryn, co-foreman Josh, installer Tanner all worked well together. They were all hardworking, conscientious about their work, communicated well as to work procedures they were performing and they were punctual. On day two we also had Lee and Kaden come to help with the last bit of work to be completed and they as well displayed all the qualities of the crew on day one. We were very satisfied with the work and would recommend them to others needing foundation work.

Jonathan Cossey did an exceptional job of making sure that my basement pumps worked properly. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. He left our home better than he found it by taking extra time to make sure that everything was clean and tidy. He changed his shoes outside before coming in. Even stayed late to complete the job and make sure that I was satisfied with the system. Answered all of my questions and concerns.
