Nick took the time to come out and explain what was happening with our home and a few options to fix it. He also made sure to explain specifically how serious/not serious each issue was so that we could make an informed decision. Thankfully my inspection revealed no foundation issues, Ed Macdonald from Foundation Recovery Systems was extremely helpful in identifying my problem and providing valuable guidance on how best to address it. In an era where unnecessary repairs and poor customer service are common, this was not the case with Foundation Recovery Systems, and Ed in particular. Great overall experience from the appointment scheduling, communications, and appointment. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family! A+++++++

Michael Macdonald did a great job inspecting, mapping, photographing, and explaining what was going wrong and work needing to be done to correct the problem with my main beam. He was able to measure to determine if they would be able to do the work from the crawlspace or would have to go through a floor. Fortunately, they have enough access in the crawlspace. We were both very happy about that. He was personable, liked dogs, and had a good sense of humor. His explanations regarding warranties and rechecking alleviated my concerns going forward.

Nick Mata came to look at my foundation. He was so informative. I've had two other companies come and said they fixed my foundation but he explained everything in detail why it hadn't been fixed and my floor was still falling in spots. I just wish I'd found this company first before I spent $12,000 with the other two contractors.
