He took the time to tell what needed to be done, how it would be done, and explained costs as well as payment plans. He spent almost 6 hours to make sure we understood. We are looking forward to having his crew do our foundation repair. Although we had other companies come to inspect, Kevin MacDonald is our pick ! We are extremely impressed with this young man's personality and business savy.

He was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He talked to us through the process and when the inspection was completed. Stephen answered all our questions and concerns, and put our minds at ease. We recently contracted Foundation Recovery Systems to address a water issue in our basement, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Their team installed new drainage, jacks, a dehumidifier, and a triple sump pump, followed by a full encapsulation. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed, walking me through each step as the work was completed. He was cordial while here, offering to wear white booties in the house over his shoes and very polite. Thorough! Spent time educating me and showing me all the options for helping me with my crawl space. Look forward to seeing good quality work! He provided pictures, recommendations, and a sound plan of care for my house that was built in 1930. His estimate for the job is fair and doable.
