Thankfully my inspection revealed no foundation issues, Ed Macdonald from Foundation Recovery Systems was extremely helpful in identifying my problem and providing valuable guidance on how best to address it. In an era where unnecessary repairs and poor customer service are common, this was not the case with Foundation Recovery Systems, and Ed in particular. Great overall experience from the appointment scheduling, communications, and appointment. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family! A+++++++

He provided pictures, recommendations, and a sound plan of care for my house that was built in 1930. His estimate for the job is fair and doable. We had some water in our basement which ended up being a leaky pipe but Stephen was so helpful through the whole process. He figured out it was the pipe rather than a foundation issue and even assisted us with getting in touch with a plumber. He was also very helpful and kind throughout the process.

Kevin MacDonald came to our home today because I noticed a couple of cracks above the doors. He explained what he was going to do before he started the inspection. After the inspection, he told us nothing needs to be done and possibly a follow up in the summer due to us being on a crawl space. We have insulation under the floor and just want to make sure we don’t get any mold. This gentleman could have tried selling us some sort of repair but was being honest with us. Having a person/ company that isn’t taking advantage of us is nice. We would recommend this company and Kevin MacDonald to anyone.

Have been doing business with Foundation Recovery for several years. Have always been impressed with their people. Appreciate their yearly inspection and maintenance. This year Kurk Brown came out for yearly. He spent quite awhile fixing little things and then redid my dehumidifier positioning. It is better than ever, above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend.
