I had an outstanding experience with the crew of Shawn, Jon, and Jaren who came to our Olathe home on Friday, June 23, 2017. I had used FRS previously for some leveling of our drive and sidewalk.This time we had them install a steel beam and 3 support posts with jacking capability to level our badly sloping deck. The guys worked quickly and efficiently and finished by around noon. I was counting on this solution to be phase one of my plan to restore the deck to good working order. I am gratified that the crew achieved the objective perfectly.

Jeremy H. did a great job listening to our history and concerns. He left our home with an appointment scheduled for the work to be done and a full review of what to expect. Jeremy R. arrived yesterday (Dec 26th) with his crew (Travis & Demetri) and completed the job with perfection. Jeremy provided me a full review of the plan and jumped right in with his crew to finish the project. Hardwood floor protection was placed prior to any work beginning. Upon completion of the job, they vacuumed all traveled traffic areas. Jeremy R. is quite mindful of a homeowner's space and the importance of respecting this space. It was clear in his performance, as well as, the performance of his crew. We highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!

I highly recommend Scott Cisco! As soon as he left our house I knew I wanted to leave him a personal review and a company review. Scott was very kind, thorough, and he gained my trust quickly at his initial appointment. He listened to everything I had to say, did his own careful assessment, and didn’t come off as salesy – I felt as if I was talking with a neighbor or friend. You can tell he has your best interest at heart in his recommendations. I would trust his recommendations with my home time and time again, and I’ll be recommending him to anyone I know who needs foundation/waterproofing services. In addition, I really love how Foundation Systems Recovery was quick to get us scheduled. Other places I called were booked out for weeks. I called Foundation Systems on a Friday and they were able to get me in on a Monday, which is great when you’re dealing with a stressful water situation. On top of that, they gave me an appt time and Scott was on time, called me when he was on his way AND they have a gps link tracker that allows you to see in real time what the ETA will be – super convenient. I was hesitant to use a big multi-state company over a smaller business, but I’m glad I used Foundation Systems Recovery. Again, thank you and thank you Scott!

Foundation Recovery System Certified Field Inspector Doug Helfrich set the bar high for foundation inspectors. I called 2 other companies out to my Mom’s house to inspect her foundation due to a couple of cracks and a small puddle of water on the slab floor from the water main & basement spigot in the foundation’s front stem wall, and got 2 bids. Then came Doug..!! Doug throughly inspected the whole basement, from all 4 stem walls to the foundation slab floor. Doug is a professional, he’s extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in detail from small cracks inn the slab to the water leaking in from the front slab spigot, to things to keep an eye on, and/or future repairs that ‘may be needed’. What started out as a call that I expected to get another foundation quote for $10,000.00 – $15,000.00 turned out to be only a $200.00 fix to repack and reseal the water main & spigot in the front stem wall. Mom’s foundation was still solid. Talk about good news stress relief … if you need Foundation Repair this is the ONLY company to trust & call: FOUNDATION RECOVERY SYSTEMS & ask them to send Doug Helfrich…!! I had MAJOR work done by FRS. Two 1000+ square-foot crawlspaces required full drainage systems, support structuring, wood replacement, and encapsulation. Also had foam injections into very large pool patio to level concrete as well as installing channel drain into said patio. Just thought I'd get that out there to give context to below review.Prompt response to request for information, detailed quotes and analysis, fair and easy financing, they show up and they communicate throughout, they inform you of additional things that come up on the job you may want to address, and if you are concerned about it their crews speak your language and can deal directly with you. Also affordable maintenance plans to ensure their system stays in top shape or to address any unlikely issues. FRS was definitely not the least expensive option, but after dealing with many contractors they were worth every penny for the aforementioned reasons. Time will tell if I need to use any warranties and how they handle that agreement; but after looking at the work product I don't think I will have to.

When I discovered black mold in my basement, Foundation Recovery Systems came in to help deal with it. The team of Camden Daniel, Kaleb Mann, & Derek Veasman worked together like a well oiled machine. As they were inspecting the area they discovered the basement walls were not structurally sound & needed to be held up with steel beams. I was not expecting to have another bill & I was relieved when Camden worked to get me a discount. The team was very professional, polite and punctual. They kept me informed of the progress & Camden was very thorough & patient as he described the process & answered my questions in a way I could understand. Several local contractors needed to be called in & Camden, Kaleb, & Derek worked well with every one, again explaining the repairs they were making. They worked hard to complete the repairs in a timely manner. I was delighted with the way my basement looked and happy with the impeccable way they cleaned up everything. Terry Bentz drove at least an hour and a half to take a look at the foundation of my home. I feel bad about that when I could have probably just him one picture and could have diagnosed the problem. Mr. Bentz knew what he was doing and did an excellent job explaining certain concerns and potential fixes. He was honest and said his company doesn’t offer the certain fix and recommended another. Good communication and a great company.

From start to finish I enjoyed my experience with Foundation Recovery Systems. Tommy Tuck was the CFI who put the project together he was very professional and set the expectation accordingly. Tyler Bannister was the foreman on the project and he was very nice and professional they exceeded my expectations and would highly refer them to any of my friends or family. We’ve used foundation repair system with repairs on 3/4 of our foundation walls.Just had Dalton Campbell out to inspect the system. and we’ll be hiring them to repair the 4th.Every time we’ve used them they have been professional and completed high quality work. The walls they have repaired are stabilized and have remained stabilized.
