So on Thursday my wife and I had an extremely positive experience with a man by the name Craig Chiles with Foundation Recovery Systems who came over to quote us a price on our driveway. Mr. Chiles was professional extremely well polished and courteous. He gave us a start to finish run down of the job we wanted done. We had a plan to get multiple quotes from other companies but I’m satisfied that we had a fair and honest assessment of our situation and we decided to go with this company. Waterproofing the house starts here. Cost is reasonable and service is fast. Torrential rains over the past years have tested and proven quality of work. They can partner up with lender too if financing is needed. I use to worry about basement leaks – now I can rest easy. Money well spent for peace of mind. Product included three sump pumps one being battery operated when power goes out.

Camden Daniel was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly looked over the entire basement and exterior where we thought we had a problem. He was very good to explain to us what we had going on and let us know that we didn't have anything to worry about. We really appreciated the honesty. Foundation recovery came out almost 2 years ago and installed a subpump and what was needed to block the rain water from entering our new home. I've waited to review the company until now only due to wanting the pump to work and perform its job. We have been 100% satisfied with Nick Mata (tech who drew up the system, while on site) and the workers. We can now rebuild the downstairs and actually enjoy the space for our children. They were not the lowest bid we received for the work nor the most expensive. But with a 100% lifetime warranty and super simple financing they were the best choice. And I'm very confident Nick Mata is the tech you want to request to map out your home when the work is needed. God bless you guys at Foundation recovery. You've saved our home for many years to come!!!

I would like to extend my gratitude toward Colten and the team he sent to finish the job on my basement. It was a process with ups and downs but when he stepped in, he fixed my issues and went above and beyond what I ever expected. I can say the product has held up beautifully, on November 4-5th we had torrential downpour in the city of St. Louis, I’m happy to report i had a dry basement, not one drop of rain made its way in. I was incredibly relieved. I had a sump pump, drainage around my entire basement and wall barrier on walls with a drain in front of my basement door installed. The cost was competitive and a little less than others. I would highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems and Colten was very professional and the most accommodating person I’ve ever dealt with. This basement has caused me a lot of anxiety especially since I’ve only owned the house for 3 years and it was a lemon by all accounts covered in a pretty rehab, thanks to Colten there’s no more tears and only peace of mind! I would highly recommend if you want a company that takes great care of their clients. Thank you Colten!

I reached out to Foundation Recovery Systems because of significant cracks along the left and back walls of my detached garage. I had already received two other quotes, but neither company provided much detail beyond telling me that piers or plates were needed to address the issue. Kyle B. truly went above and beyond. He took thorough measurements, tested the soundness of the concrete pad, and took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. He answered every question I had and was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the visit. When Foundation Recovery Systems says they are transparent, they genuinely mean it. I feel confident moving forward with this project and can’t wait to have my garage stabilized so I can use the walls without worrying about the cracks getting worse. I’ll update this review once the work is completed, but so far I’m extremely happy with my decision to choose Foundation Recovery Systems over their competitors. Thanks again, Kyle B.!

Appreciated the hard work Josh Howard, Derrick Bushnell, and Josh Zike put into my crawlspace encapsulation. It was a tight fit but they found a way to get the job done as promised, and I was impressed by the results. I would recommend them and FRS to anybody looking for this kind of work to be done on their home. They were knowledgeable, approachable, and gave me lots of information I never knew about my house as they spent two days staring up its skirt on their backs.
