He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy throughout the entire process, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate. On the final visit, he even brought his boss along to further assess our home and help solidify a repair plan. Their combined expertise and thorough explanations gave us a lot of confidence in our decision to move forward.
