We have used Foundation Recovery Systems-Moberly for years. Last Wednesday, Jackson came out to provide our yearly maintenance service including checking for additional settling. Although his measurements showed a small amount of settling we were well aware that the issue was worsening as we have cracks in our drywall that are slowly expanding. With Jackson's guidance, we decided to bite the bullet. 5 days later, right on time, foreman Jaeden arrived with Kameron and Robert ready to install our piers. The temperature was brutal. They worked from 9am until 6:30pm. All 3 men were communicative, respectful of my husband, me and our property and answered all of our questions. Jaeden explained each part of the process multiple times throughout the day. I was extremely happy with the process from the promised pre-arrival phone call to the clean-up. I would happily recommend FRS-Moberly to anyone needing their services. THANK YOU Jackson, Jaeden, Kameron and Robert TEAM FRS-MOBERLY!

Had a foundation gutter system and pump installed, then unexpectedly had to put my house up for sale. My inspection was this morning, 11/5/24, after a crazy 36 hours of rain. 10 inches where I lived. The inspector came, basement was BONE DRY. Phenomenal system installed. And it took these guys a day to install it. On top of it all I was pleasantly surprised with the price, and the level of customer service was outstanding. Wholeheartedly recommend.

The crew from Foundation Recovery handled the crawl space encapsulation and foundation stabilization job on my 105 year old American Foursquare with grit, guts and competence – they explained every aspect of the work, updated me on progress and any changes that were needed and also helped me identify some plumbing repairs that are needed that were impossible to diagnose with the crawl space in truly horrifying condition before they tackled it. At the end of Feb. 2025 Joel, Coleman and Donald were out to do foundation work on my house. What a GREAT! job. They were polite gentleman the whole time they were here for 2 days. They worked hard. They did at great job of cleaning up. The basement was cleaner than when they started. They came and got me when they wanted me to look at the holes were the piers were going in. When they put in one of the piers the wall moved immediately. The chimney has already straightened up. Good job.

I cannot praise this company and, especially Ed Macdonald, enough! Ed saved me from buying a house that would have cost me a fortune to fix up. He sent me a detailed report of the repairs that would have to be implemented, including tearing off the enclosed back porch which the owner had listed as a bedroom and porch. I would have ended up with a one bedroom house and $40,000 in foundation repairs. Thanks to Ed I bought a different house which I was sure needed no foundation repairs. Ed offered to come by and check it out. He spent 45 minutes measuring humidity levels in the basement, checking the foundation, and measuring the floors to see if they were level. It was off by 3/4" in the living room and explained what the owners must have done. This is a 100 year old house which I am fine with being a little off. He said the foundation had no problems! It is so refreshing to work with honest people. Ed was so personable and took his time to explain every detail of each house. I feel like I made a new friend. Thank you so much Ed!!!
