I recently needed to resolve a water issue in my basement. After requesting a few different companies come out for quotes, Foundation Recovery Systems rose to the top. They determined a waterproofing solution while also finding a major structural issue that needed fixing as soon as possible (that had been overlooked by the previous company). Clifford, the foreman, and his crew, Rylee and Emanuel, were great! Cliff provided clear communication at every step of the job, and he offered multiple solutions when an issue arose. The entire team was beyond respectful, friendly, and committed to doing the best work possible. I was even asked every day if the time frame of the work fit within my schedule and needs. While structural and water issues with a house are stressful, Cliff and the team's words and actions put my mind at ease. I'm very pleased with the results, and I would definitely recommend FRS.

Foundation Recovery Systems installed 11 helical piers on the sinking addition to our house. First, our inspector/estimator, Tanner, was very informative, listened well to our concerns, and was easy to communicate with. After work was completed, Tanner followed up with a phone call to make sure we were pleased with the crew's work. Our crew foreman, Jon, and the rest of the crew were very professional and very hard working. Jon communicated with me clearly about what they were doing and why each step of the way. He also kept me informed of obstacles they encountered and how they were solving them. The crew accidentally damaged some window trim and an exterior door threshold, but Jon told me immediately about it and the company has reimbursed us every penny for repairs. The crew completed their work and we are so happy we hired FRS!

Brandon and his team did a great job with our foundation repair. He kept me informed about what was happening and was open to answering my questions. When he needed to change something from the plan he let me know and explained in details. I would have him come back if I ever needed anyone again.For the garage floor leveling Jeremiah, Jake and KD were equally great. Friendly, efficient and kept me informed as to what was happening. I would have them return if needed – but here's to hoping my problems are resolved and nothing new comes up.

I am having the work done on November 12. I will review that after instlation. I want to rate the Sales Rep William James. He did an excellent job with giving me all the information I needed to allow me to make an informed decision. He did not pressure me to do anything. It was my decission. He explained the different methods and systems used to level my porch, sidewalk and driveway. In my opinion, he is a keeper. If the contractor is as good as he is, I will advertise for them.

I recently had extensive foundation repairs. Kyle Ducker was very professional and courteous every step of the way. His willingness to address my concerns was very appreciated. I felt like I had experts working for me and the specific needs of my home. That professionalism and expertise followed through during the work process. Clifford and Rylee not only did amazing work – but went above and beyond to answer questions and exhibit patience and courtesy. I am pleased with the completed project, the cleanup, and appreciated Clifford’s follow-up phone call to see if I had any questions. It is obvious that Foundation Recovery Systems operates with a mission statement that honors and respects the customer every step of the way! I would highly recommend this company.
