The reason for the 5 star review is for the professionalism and kindness shown from Shae and Hayden. Their communication was awesome and there were many times during the project that something could have gone wrong but they always found a way to go the extra mile. The communication in other areas of the business definitely needs improvement but Foundation Recovery Systems is lucky to have Shae and Hayden.

I had a consultation with Bill from Foundation Recovery Systems regarding some concrete lifting we thought was necessary. After evaluating the situation, Bill quickly determined that the issue wasn't with the concrete itself, but with drainage problems causing the sinking. Instead of recommending unnecessary work to fix the concrete, which would likely sink again, he advised me to first address the downspouts to prevent further damage. Bill told me to contact him again in the future once the drainage issue was resolved. It's rare to find a company that values integrity over profit, and Bill's honesty and expertise truly stood out. It’s refreshing to work with a business that prioritizes what's best for the customer rather than just pushing for a quick fix. I’ll definitely be reaching out to him once the drainage issue is sorted out!

So on Thursday my wife and I had an extremely positive experience with a man by the name Craig Chiles with Foundation Recovery Systems who came over to quote us a price on our driveway. Mr. Chiles was professional extremely well polished and courteous. He gave us a start to finish run down of the job we wanted done. We had a plan to get multiple quotes from other companies but I’m satisfied that we had a fair and honest assessment of our situation and we decided to go with this company. I was pretty concerned about some support beams failing in my basement so I had FRS Inspector Jason Sheppard out. I have a lot of projects planned for my property but knew that if the basement supports fail none of the rest of my work would matter. He met with me, explained exactly what he would be doing and how, then set to work. A short few hours later we sat and discussed all of my options and I chose to move forward with the project Jason recommended. I felt very comfortable asking questions and discussing the plan with Jason and his expertise in his work was evident. 10/10 experience.
