Based on a friend's recommendation, I've contracted FRS to level my old driveway, which has seen several decades of erosion and settling … attached are a couple of my "before" pictures. No leveling has been done yet, but their quoting process was great … Ely spent over an hour analyzing and diagraming the voids in each of my slabs and walks, plus he explained how those voids could soon be impacting the foundation of my home. That sealed the deal, and I hope to add some nice "after" pics this summer once my project is all done.

However, not happy to learn, 1-1/2 year after repairing my driveway, with the understanding that this was guaranteed for 5 years , that now an annual service plan is recommended so an additional and unexpected cost.

I just had Kevin from Foundation Recovery Systems out to inspection my log home. I was worried about cracks in my drywall and foundation, and was recommended to Foundation Recovery systems. They were pleasant on the phone when scheduling, and got me an appointment pretty quickly. I was sent confirmations and reminders, which I appreciated because my memory is not the best. Kevin called 30 minutes before arrival as promised and showed up right on time. He was such a nice person, I felt comfortable letting him in my home and trusted him to walk around on his own. He let me show him the areas of concern and then explained his process in finding out what, if anything, they can do for me. It didn't take him long, and he came to show me the results and was honest and said there was nothing wrong, just the house contrasting in the heat/cold. So while I don't need their services past this inspection, I would 100% recommend Foundation Recovery Systems and Kevin for any work you may need done.

The work of Brandon C, Dylan E, Darrion R, Blake B and Cris B was all incredibly professional and well done. They were respectful of how their heavy machinery needed for the job moved around the yard, put extra care in not damaging things that were in the way of their work and even moved rocks my kids had decorated to a different spot so they wouldn’t get damaged which I felt was above and beyond. They really cared about doing what could be done for our specific porch/foundation fix rather than just doing a generic job.

I engaged Foundation Recovery Systems to raise the sinking level of the main floor of my house when a trusted friend told me he'd had them do work for him and was very happy. I am also. The company asked that 90 minutes of my time be set aside for the exploration of the site. The representative who came was excellent in explaining the company philosophy and connections, and then went into the crawlspace to check the situation. He came up and outlined what had to be done, the duties of the three-person crew itself, the materials to be used, and drew a schematic of the placement of the jacks. He wrote the estimate, I approved and made a down payment, and a day later, he phoned to tell me the two consecutive days he estimated the job would take. The crew arrived on the dot, and were very respectful of my home as they went about their business. The steel jacks they used looked like they could do the job and last forever. The company warranty extends to the next purchaser. It is expensive; I did not bother to get another estimate, I was sold on their contract and the fact my friend (a lifetime of working in construction) vouched for them.

We called foundation recovery systems out because our drive way had settled a lot over the past 5 years of owning the house, we were considering just tearing it out and getting a new drive way. Jonathan came out and did his inspection, was able to bring other issues on the home to our attention. The fact that the solution he was able to provide was a fraction of the costs for a new drive way was reason enough to move forward with the work we wanted done. Driveway was lifted and we didn't have to wait forever for the solution to cure, we were able to use our driveway day of install.

I just watched Robert and Chase drive away after 6 days of facing a tremendously challenging and downright nasty crawl space repair – they tackled the job with a positive attitude and left this 105 year old home stable and ready to weather another century. The honest and open communication of the entire crew coupled with their demonstrated confidence and competence was all the reassurance I needed to know this job was done to the highest of standards and will stand the test of time. Thanks beyond measure to Lee J., Robert S., Chase M., Kaden D. and Tanner W. – you guys are absolute rock stars. I would recommend FRS – Moberly not only for their skill and steadfast work ethic, but also for their kindness, up-front honesty about what the job entails and their willingness to ensure the job is done right for the best future of your home. Photos: The first three photos will give you an idea what they had to endure. That last photo demonstrates the massive improvement – I’d *almost* be willing to go under there myself now! After a couple of pending plumbing repairs the encapsulation will be complete, but it’s now a safe and clean crawl space for work to continue on this old piece of history I call home.
