I've worked with a few technicians from Foundation Recovery Services and they've all been great, but Zach Sanders is definitely the one I've liked the most. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient, and it was a very good visit. I hope he gets a significant bonus for his hard work.

Noah Guthrie stopped over yesterday to give me a quote. He didn’t just give me a quote, he thought me a lot in the process. He answered all of the questions I had for him and wanted me to truly understand what and why something was needed instead of just telling me. He took his time and was very thorough with every step. Had 13 piers placed around my house 2 weeks ago and not gonna lie this is a very big nerve racking job when it is on your home. Made me very anxious,however Drake Johnson Jason Koch Taylor braswell Made a good team and was very reassuring the entire time and worked very hard in the cold temps to get things done and to explain to me the step by step process. I could not have asked for a better team of guys to do the job!! If you are needing this big of a project I would highly recommend!

This was such a seamless experience – the crew was so polite and FAST! They estimated by noon they would be done but they started at 8:30 and were done by 10:30! Corbin took the lead with his team of CJ and Austin. They were the friendliest, cleanest, most knowledgeable and hard working guys I've ever had doing work in my home. I had structural issues in my crawlspace, causing my bathroom floor to start slanting. Instead of taking a day or two as originally thought, these guys were in at 8 and out by 11. Corbin showed me afterward, pictures of what was done and answered all my questions. These guys were all very nice and worked hard! They get extra points for being so cool with my dogs and cats. Great crew, great work.

I had a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and especially with their Field Inspector, Ken Jordan. Ken was super thorough when inspecting my house, and he really took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be fixed. What I appreciated the most was that he didn’t try to upsell me or push for anything unnecessary—just honest, straightforward recommendations. You can tell Ken knows his stuff, and he was professional while still being easy to talk to. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. If you’re dealing with foundation issues and want someone who’s knowledgeable and trustworthy, ask for Ken Jordan. Highly recommend!

Chad Russell was very punctual. Showed up at the scheduled time while what I needed was not an offering of Foundation Recovery systems book of business, Chad showed concern and was eager to assist with what we needed. With his recommendation we hired a separate company to remove mold from our basement. At the time of this writing their task is almost complete.
