Field Inspector Jason Carte did a fabulous, detailed presentation on our major concern plus an area I did not even notice. He was professional in appearance, very knowledgeable about the business and process and polite. Jason answered all our questions and tried to make a sale that day (July 13th I believe). Only reason he did not make a sale, wasn’t because of something he didn’t do but because we are wanting a third business quote and that is coming on the 20th. We just had our crawlspace updated with a drainage system and encapsulation. Tyler, Sincere, Jon and Chris were fantastic! They communicated everything and were very courteous and professional. I could tell that they enjoyed working together. It’s not easy work, but they were always smiling and seemed to take pride in their work. I can’t recommend them enough. We had several bids and FRS ended up being the favorite!

All the employees at every step of the process were very courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions and putting me at ease without appearing sleazy or over the top. Sometimes the sales people are too nice and it comes off as fake, but that was not the case with any of the employees I talked to. The engineer spent extra time explaining the process and putting my mind at ease and helping me set up no interest financing. The crews working on the house were respectful of my limited time off from work and kept the worksite tidy and orderly. I had a coworker tell me of her positive experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and now I will pass along my seal of approval to anyone I know needing foundation work.

Although we aren’t able to utilize the company due to the type of work needing done. Brad Brookerd came in and did an excellent job at describing and walking me through the issue we have at hand. The free quote process turned out far more beneficial than I imagined. He presented, not only with an idea on where to turn to next but the long run idea of preventative maintenance and up keep to avoid future issue. I appreciate you Brad! Thankyou!

From start to finish I enjoyed my experience with Foundation Recovery Systems. Tommy Tuck was the CFI who put the project together he was very professional and set the expectation accordingly. Tyler Bannister was the foreman on the project and he was very nice and professional they exceeded my expectations and would highly refer them to any of my friends or family.
