Had some driveway/foundation/garage concrete repair work done. Joshua Sims was my initial inspector and contract bidder, gave me a great list of options, and clear explanations of different options as well as good financing options. We were able to schedule the work within two weeks of initial bid, which was perfect. Wayne H. and Judah D. were the repair contractors from Foundation Recovery Systems that came and did the work. They were friendly and professional and I could tell they were a very experienced crew. They worked efficiently and effectively together, completing the project in about 4 hours, in the blazing heat no less! Finished result is night and day difference!! I can’t recommend them and this company enough! The real deal, quality work! Thank you for helping make my home, and by extension our neighborhood that much nicer! Nick

Elliot arrived on time and was easy to talk to and understand. He went right to work checking out my crawl space on a freezing cold day. When he was done he shared his findings with me and drew up a foot print of the house and the work he recommended. It was all well explained and understandable me. He also gave me a quote for the work. It took about 2-3 hours and I'm confident he did a quality job.

Camryn H, Joshua F, and Tanner from the Moberly office did a great job at our home. They had to deal with radiant heat in the floor and worked with a person from our heating and cooling guys to pinpoint where they could drill. Our lot is on a hill and they worked hard to not disrupt the area where they had to dig along the outside of the foundation. It wasn?t cheap to use FRS but the work was was worth it. Al came to our house on different occasions for different reasons to inspect or house. He truly gave us his honest opinion. He didn't do a sells pitch or make thing look worst than they were. He actually gave us a piece of mind about issues with our house. This company did my waterproofing work in our basement and I'm very happy that I have a very dry basement, which I never had since becoming owners of this home. I've actually recommended them to others.

I am having the work done on November 12. I will review that after instlation. I want to rate the Sales Rep William James. He did an excellent job with giving me all the information I needed to allow me to make an informed decision. He did not pressure me to do anything. It was my decission. He explained the different methods and systems used to level my porch, sidewalk and driveway. In my opinion, he is a keeper. If the contractor is as good as he is, I will advertise for them.

The crew from Foundation Recovery handled the crawl space encapsulation and foundation stabilization job on my 105 year old American Foursquare with grit, guts and competence – they explained every aspect of the work, updated me on progress and any changes that were needed and also helped me identify some plumbing repairs that are needed that were impossible to diagnose with the crawl space in truly horrifying condition before they tackled it. Lee J., Robert S., Chase M., Kaden D. And Tanner W. – you left this homeowner feeling much more positive but the process of restoring this old house.

My overall experience was a great experience with their team! The man that came to give an estimate was thorough and very nice. The men that came to do the work were nice, thorough, knowledgeable (for the most part), and cleanly for the most part. I liked that they put plastic down from my door all the way to the basement. The only thing I could see, was their having trouble putting my basement window back in, but they did stay until it was back in properly. However, there was a mess where they had to get stuff out of window to get it back in, which I cleaned up after they left. Knowledgeable for most part, because I asked a warranty question and they were unsure because they hadn't done the carbon fiber straps for awhile, but he looked up my answer on the spot. Over all this company and their workers were fabulous!!! I wished i could have had the paperwork in hand instead of via an email because its hard to find where to print it out! They did the job promptly and left. Thanks for all the hard work guys and I would recommend anyone to this company!!
