2 years ago I had FRS install 7 piers. This year they had to come out and adjust the piers. The crew Joseph Woodiel, Chance Spratley, and Andre Stuart were spot on in their communication and professionalism. They were patient with my questions, and helpful as I made requests and asked questions. Having to do this a second time was not desired, but Joseph and his team made it more painless than ever anticipated.

10/10 Highly recommend using Foundation Recovery Systems. Their specialist Cole, is top teir. He was thorough in his inspection of our foundation issue and explained every step in fixing it. We were really impressed with how friendly and polite Cole was throughout the entire inspection. He took the time to make a personal connection with us, and by the time he was finished it was we had known him for years. His confidence in his team really put my family at ease. We can't imagine doing business with anyone else. 😁

We purchased a home and weren't aware of a basement leak that had happened over a 3 yr time period due to a broken pipe, because it wasn't on the property disclosure form that was given to us. So we called various places to find out who may have serviced it at that time in an attempt to learn more and if we needed to be concerned or not. We got lucky and discovered that FRS was the one that did the repairs and allayed the concerns that we had from not knowing the extent of the damage from that time. Kurt McKeown was very helpful, transferred the warranty to us, and sent out a technician to look at the sump pump we had to tell us more about it and the service history, as a courtesy to us. This was much appreciated. His name was Derrick Nickerson and he made sure that all was well, performed maintenance on it, and told us what we needed to know to be informed homeowners. His time, expertise, and insight was much appreciated. He has a pleasant way about him, is very knowledgeable, and very good at his job. There have been no further problems since the repair 5 years ago, so we're thankful they did a good job in fixing the problem. We definitely recommend them to others and will remember them in the future for any needs we may have. We seldom give 5 stars because nobody is perfect, but FRS was pretty close. Thank you FRS for helping us.

Foundation recovery systems installed Aquastop basement gutter, triple sump pump and downspout extension with yard well, such nice work. It rained yesterday no rain in the basement. Very satisfied. The install by Andrew Brakefield, Andrew Morris and Shawn Kalin was very professional. The work site was clean and the final product was beautiful, neat and they explained how the system worked. 100% satisfied. The concrete has dried and the final city inspection will occur Tue. We'll done.

The FRS Team from start to finish has been a top tier team. Terry Bentz got us started with his annual review of a past project and a the evaluation of past measures. He set the stage for both a pier project and a poly project. We had to be prepared for a week of work. Landen’s crew came in and got the piers installed with professionalism and enthusiasm. Landen was great at communicating daily work efforts and the status of work. He also took the time to introduce us to his team giving credit for their hard work. Jeremiah and Jake followed on the heals of the pier work with poly work in both our garage and basement. This duo completed their part of the project ahead of time. So planned one week project finished in four days! Listen carefully to the engineer lead so you are ready for the FRS team and for the follow up you will need to do. We recommend their work and the quality of their follow ups. Thanks once again to Terry, Jeremiah, Jake and Landen with his super crew!

The crew from Foundation Recovery handled the crawl space encapsulation and foundation stabilization job on my 105 year old American Foursquare with grit, guts and competence – they explained every aspect of the work, updated me on progress and any changes that were needed and also helped me identify some plumbing repairs that are needed that were impossible to diagnose with the crawl space in truly horrifying condition before they tackled it. We were VERY impressed with the quality of the job that Foundation Recovery Systems did. From the very initial inspection (Brandon did an awesome job answering thousands of Qs we had!) to the actual execution of the job (Andy and the crew did a phenomenal job!), everyone was so helping, friendly and professional. And most importantly, we LOVE the outcome of the job. Things remain to be seen after big rainfalls, but we are now confident that sump pump, buried downspouts, and internal drains will work together to fight well against water in the basement. If you want the basement waterproofing job done professionally, quickly, cleanly, we highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!
