I had foundation recovery systems come out for two separate jobs in the last 2-3 years. Overall, I am pleased with the work that was done. There was some hiccups throughout the project, but they had one standout employee, Tanner Wetrich, who kept things on track. Almost 2 years after he completed one of the jobs, I reached back out with a question. He took it on himself to solve the problem and get things figured out. If you plan to have a job completed in the Iowa area, definitely ask for Tanner to be your representative.

He was patient, honest, informative, and professional. The crew that did our work came out fast and when they were done cleaned up everything that was taken apart. The communication with this company is the best I’ve ever dealt with. Every single person I talked with through all stages of our project was so courteous and professional. 2 years ago I had FRS install 7 piers. This year they had to come out and adjust the piers. The crew Joseph Woodiel, Chance Spratley, and Andre Stuart were spot on in their communication and professionalism. They were patient with my questions, and helpful as I made requests and asked questions. Having to do this a second time was not desired, but Joseph and his team made it more painless than ever anticipated.
