Bought a house that had a foot of standing water underneath due to a leaking spigot. Plumber fixed the leak then Foundation Recovery Systems came out and installed a triple sump system, permanent dehumidifier, fully encapsulated the crawlspace and added 3 steel beams to ensure the house doesn't sag overtime. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. Wayne and his team (led by Jordan) made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. They even came back out to make some adjustments per my request at no additional cost.

Cisco, John, Andrew, and Ryan installed a sump pump, waterproofed my basement in a corner where it was leaking, and encapsulated my crawlspace for me. They were so kind and knowledgeable and made the whole process super easy. I barely even noticed anyone was in my home. They were in and out so quick. From start to finish I enjoyed my experience with Foundation Recovery Systems. Tommy Tuck was the CFI who put the project together he was very professional and set the expectation accordingly. Tyler Bannister was the foreman on the project and he was very nice and professional they exceeded my expectations and would highly refer them to any of my friends or family. Foundation Recovery System Certified Field Inspector Doug Helfrich set the bar high for foundation inspectors. I called 2 other companies out to my Mom’s house to inspect her foundation due to a couple of cracks and a small puddle of water on the slab floor from the water main & basement spigot in the foundation’s front stem wall, and got 2 bids. Then came Doug..!! Doug throughly inspected the whole basement, from all 4 stem walls to the foundation slab floor. Doug is a professional, he’s extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in detail from small cracks inn the slab to the water leaking in from the front slab spigot, to things to keep an eye on, and/or future repairs that ‘may be needed’. What started out as a call that I expected to get another foundation quote for $10,000.00 – $15,000.00 turned out to be only a $200.00 fix to repack and reseal the water main & spigot in the front stem wall. Mom’s foundation was still solid. Talk about good news stress relief … if you need Foundation Repair this is the ONLY company to trust & call: FOUNDATION RECOVERY SYSTEMS & ask them to send Doug Helfrich…!! Ethan Longbine just left here. He is a Service Technician with FRS. He did a great job taking care of a leaky pipe running from my furnace to the sump pit. He also was very helpful in wiping up some water/mildew area's after sealing the pipe. I have to say that FRS customer service is stellar, and I would recommend them to anybody. They are not cheap, but sometimes quality costs. And it is especially good to know how they treat previous customers like me. Because that is what makes "return customers"!
