I had MAJOR work done by FRS. Two 1000+ square-foot crawlspaces required full drainage systems, support structuring, wood replacement, and encapsulation. Also had foam injections into very large pool patio to level concrete as well as installing channel drain into said patio. Just thought I'd get that out there to give context to below review.Prompt response to request for information, detailed quotes and analysis, fair and easy financing, they show up and they communicate throughout, they inform you of additional things that come up on the job you may want to address, and if you are concerned about it their crews speak your language and can deal directly with you. Also affordable maintenance plans to ensure their system stays in top shape or to address any unlikely issues. FRS was definitely not the least expensive option, but after dealing with many contractors they were worth every penny for the aforementioned reasons. Time will tell if I need to use any warranties and how they handle that agreement; but after looking at the work product I don't think I will have to.

I am having the work done on November 12. I will review that after instlation. I want to rate the Sales Rep William James. He did an excellent job with giving me all the information I needed to allow me to make an informed decision. He did not pressure me to do anything. It was my decission. He explained the different methods and systems used to level my porch, sidewalk and driveway. In my opinion, he is a keeper. If the contractor is as good as he is, I will advertise for them.

We needed our front stoop lifted and tilted back away from the house. Mike and Isaiah took care of the stoop in around an hour, leaving it at the right level and pitch. They took care of our plantings, trimmed the foam nicely and left the site clean. Thanks!

I had a great experience with FRS. Chad did the initial estimate/ evaluation. He was honest and didn’t try to force or lure us into a more expensive repair. The bid was about 60% of a competing company. We were booked to have the repair within a month. Lee, Kyle, and Cody were our crew. Lee was the lead and kept me informed every step. This crew started at 7:30 AM and worked tirelessly until 7:30 PM. A brief break for a late lunch and that was about it. Incredible hard workers! They clearly knew what they were doing. They were efficient and friendly. Some of the best help I’ve ever had!

The work done of repairing our foundation with piers and wall plates was fast, very efficient! The workers were very good at their jobs. They went out of their way to answer any questions and keep me informed of the status of the progress of the job. . They were very courteous, worked long hours and did a fantastic job!! Very happy with the end result. Would highly recommend them. Can't thank Devin, Adam, Zach, Cody enough for all your hard work!! Kevin Estes came to thoroughly inspect our house and came up with a service plan to address a couple areas of concern. I feel so much better knowing we will be preventing future foundation shifts. I learnt a lot and he showed us the existing issues and what caused them, patiently answered all our questions, and he was very professional and courteous. I am so glad we had them come out for a free quote and are moving forward with the recommendations using a payment plan!
