After taking all his measurements and notes he went over every detail of what was going to be done. how the costing worked etc. etc.. Of the 3 quotes we got Joshua was the only inspector to walk me thru the projects after he did his inspection. I will leave another review when the project is completed.

We recently contracted Foundation Recovery Systems to address a water issue in our basement, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Their team installed new drainage, jacks, a dehumidifier, and a triple sump pump, followed by a full encapsulation. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed, walking me through each step as the work was completed. Nick Mata came out today to complete an inspection for us and was very thorough. He listened to our concerns, took multiple measurements and photos and crawled under our house to determine what we needed to have done to our crawl space. He walked me through the existing issues and made sure I understood everything he was showing me. He then went over costs and what all was included in the price. He went over financing options and gave us all the options. He did a great job and was very professional.
