Brian German is our foundation recovery systems inspection technician. Brian came out today on our annual service call checked out all our systems. Checked the level of our house perimeter all the way around checked our walls,floors and ceilings for movement. While Brian was here he helped us with another issue we had which was the drain from our whole house heating system had gotten clogged but was under the encapsulation. Brian opened the encapsulation located or drain line cleaned it out for us and resealed the encapsulation. We have a different technician each year for our annual inspection and I really hope that Brian is our inspector from now on he's pleasant and thorough.

Bought a house that had a foot of standing water underneath due to a leaking spigot. Plumber fixed the leak then Foundation Recovery Systems came out and installed a triple sump system, permanent dehumidifier, fully encapsulated the crawlspace and added 3 steel beams to ensure the house doesn't sag overtime. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. Wayne and his team (led by Jordan) made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. They even came back out to make some adjustments per my request at no additional cost.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick Mata from Foundation Recovery Systems for a crawl space inspection, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience. Nick's expertise and professionalism really stood out throughout the entire process.When Nick arrived, he immediately got to work inspecting my crawl space, using advanced equipment to detect any moisture or mold issues. He explained everything he was doing and made sure to take pictures to show me exactly what was going on. I was impressed by his attention to detail and thoroughness.As we went through the inspection, Nick took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. It was evident that he truly cared about my home and my family's health.One thing that really impressed me was Nick's ability to explain complex crawl space issues in a way that was easy to understand. For example, when he detected moisture in one area of my crawl space, he showed me how the conditions were conducive to mold growth and explained how this could affect the indoor air quality of my home. He also showed me pictures of mold growth in other crawl spaces and how encapsulation prevented similar issues in those homes.Throughout the inspection, Nick provided practical advice on how to address any issues that were identified. He explained the benefits of encapsulation and recommended a few options based on my specific needs and budget. He also provided tips on how to maintain my crawl space moving forward.Overall, I highly recommend Nick Mata and Foundation Recovery Systems for anyone in need of a crawl space inspection. I would like to leave a review on what a great company Foundation Recovery Systems is. I had water leakage in the basement and their inspector/sales representative Joe Bevis was so knowledgeable and didn’t just use bandaids (so to speak) to fix the immediate need; he addressed the whole situation to fix the whole problem. Joe Bevis was also involved in scheduling, and rescheduling due to weather. Greg, Andy, & Cody worked around my schedule calling when they were on their way, and when they arrived. They did a great beautiful job, and their clean up was immaculate. Joe, Greg, Andy, and Cody are an asset to Foundation Recovery and Foundation Recovery Systems are blessed to have them. I will be their biggest advertiser by word of mouth as to what a great company with dedicated hard working employee’s they have. I am happy and impressed. Thank you Foundation Recovery Systems for taking care of me and my need.

I had an outstanding experience with the crew of Shawn, Jon, and Jaren who came to our Olathe home on Friday, June 23, 2017. I had used FRS previously for some leveling of our drive and sidewalk.This time we had them install a steel beam and 3 support posts with jacking capability to level our badly sloping deck. The guys worked quickly and efficiently and finished by around noon. I was counting on this solution to be phase one of my plan to restore the deck to good working order. I am gratified that the crew achieved the objective perfectly.

I am having the work done on November 12. I will review that after instlation. I want to rate the Sales Rep William James. He did an excellent job with giving me all the information I needed to allow me to make an informed decision. He did not pressure me to do anything. It was my decission. He explained the different methods and systems used to level my porch, sidewalk and driveway. In my opinion, he is a keeper. If the contractor is as good as he is, I will advertise for them.
