The technicians were great at communicating and clearly masters of their craft. I could not be happier with the process from estimates to completion of the work.

Very pleased with our experience. Tahlor came out on time, listened to our goals, performed the inspection, and took the time to explain what he found, what it would take to repair the issue and answer questions. I have been receiving a string of poor customer service lately…this was a breathe of fresh air. I would highly recommend FRS to anyone.

I found them by a quick google search but of course reading the reviews I decided to go with their service. I was first contacted by Peter Sirna who was the sales associate who helped schedule everything and answer every question we had. When I say every question he did, even a text on the weekend he was quick to respond. The crew came out on the day that promised and there were a couple of issues. They immediately brought them to our attention and they broke down how to solve the issue promptly. The crew ran by Joel, Trayvon, and Coleman were awesome. They got here early and stayed late if they had to. If you have any doubts on which company to use I would highly recommend them, they are extremely professional, cleaned up afterwards, and will even come back in the future to make sure that all the work they did was done correctly. Lifetime warranty is a cherry on top. Wouldn’t be the sharpest knife if you went with someone else.

I had Ryan, Chris, and Brandon complete my intellbrace install today. These gentleman were very thorough explaining when they would be arriving, went over the work they would be doing, communicated any issues that came up and resolved them immediately then went over all of the work they completed before they left. They were very kind and thoughtful and cleaned up as much as they could afterwards (which was pretty darn good). I would definitely recommend this company and this install crew out of Bloomington!!

He provided friendly and down-to-Earth service instead of making it feel like I was dealing with a salesman. He took care of the process of evaluating our home’s issue and offered us advice. Have been doing business with Foundation Recovery for several years. Have always been impressed with their people. Appreciate their yearly inspection and maintenance. This year Kurk Brown came out for yearly. He spent quite awhile fixing little things and then redid my dehumidifier positioning. It is better than ever, above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend.

Had a sidewalk that had sunk too far on the right side making it quite unsafe at the front step. I had a different company out to raise it and they failed but still charged me 3/4 of the cost. I then had Foundation Recovery Systems out and they fixed the problem without issue. My experience was great with FRS!
