Kevin was on time and very genuine. After looking at our crack, he recommended what to do to fix it and didn’t try to sell me anything that was not needed. He gave suggestions upon inspection of the outside of the house but never said we needed service from them. It’s very refreshing to have someone that is honest and not trying to sell you something you don’t need. Highly recommend Kevin from Foundation Recovery Systems!

Jared was out here the day after I submitted a request for an estimate. He was professional, efficient and he was clearly very knowledgeable both about our issues and about how the solution would resolve the issue completely. Jared and I spoke after his inspection and he was friendly and did not give me any pressure to sign a contract, but gave me all the information I needed to know to make an informed decision. I appreciated his approach to the issue and all the information he was able to provide. All in all it was an excellent experience.

Cisco, John, Andrew, and Ryan installed a sump pump, waterproofed my basement in a corner where it was leaking, and encapsulated my crawlspace for me. They were so kind and knowledgeable and made the whole process super easy. I barely even noticed anyone was in my home. They were in and out so quick. They did a great job and answered any questions I had and everything looks fantastic. Now I can sleep easy! Thanks guys 🙂

We had such a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and I highly recommend them! Communication was great all around. The salesman Eric S was super helpful! He explained what another contractor did wrong and helped me with how to respond to that contractor. He took texts and answered questions prior to us signing the contract, and then between signing and install. Then the crew who did the install was fantastic too! Foreman Greg H and his crew worked so hard and fast! They did a helpful walk through before the job began and answered questions. On the second day of install was a snowstorm and they came anyways to finish the job, even though they could have delayed. One of the guys was manually mixing cement in 0 degree temps! They laid the cement very nicely, much smoother than the contractor we had before. And I was especially impressed that the cleaned up so well, better than how they found it (with the mess from the earlier contractor).

This outfit was the most forthcoming with info and costs I have worked with in years. The communication was outstanding – thus keeping anxiety lower than a big project usually generates. We called Foundation Recovery Systems when we suspected we had an issue with our slab foundation. Stephen Greek was our inspector and was able to fit us into his busy schedule. He was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He talked to us through the process and when the inspection was completed. Stephen answered all our questions and concerns, and put our minds at ease. Would recommend him and the company to anyone needing help!
