I've had two other companies come and said they fixed my foundation but he explained everything in detail why it hadn't been fixed and my floor was still falling in spots. I just wish I'd found this company first before I spent $12,000 with the other two contractors.

Cody came by this morning and did our home inspection for foundation repair and basement waterproofing. He was very professional, thorough, and honest with the inspection. Cody explained why our basement had water coming in and put together a very detailed plan to solve our water and foundation issues. If you are questioning the health of your foundation and/or have water coming in the basement I would highly recommend having foundation recovery systems come inspect your home.

I used Foundation Recovery Systems to do foundation repair for an investment property in Olathe. They were able to straighten one wall and add supports to another. I really appreciated the communication and efficiency. The salesman, Ryan Howard, was great to work with. I appreciate the straight forward process. I spent more money than I wanted to on this project, but I expect the outcome is worth it in the long run.
