They even helped me shift my furniture from side of the room to the other to get the job completed. This is the second time I've used this company. This time was for crawlspace encapsulation including a pump and a dehumidifier. There was a lot of junk under my house that I wasn't aware of that John Murphey and Robert Marquez pulled out. When that week was done, they didn't leave anything in the yard. I crawled around under the house and found the job to be incredibly well done. Everything is sealed up and under control. Robert and Francisco Munoz were just here connecting the pump and plumbing the discharge pipes. Looks clean and well done.

The reason for the 5 star review is for the professionalism and kindness shown from Shae and Hayden. Their communication was awesome and there were many times during the project that something could have gone wrong but they always found a way to go the extra mile. The communication in other areas of the business definitely needs improvement but Foundation Recovery Systems is lucky to have Shae and Hayden.

Joel, Coleman, and Cameron did a great job jacking up my 125 y/o house. Their work was clean and organized. I can definitely feel the difference in the stability of the house. Before the work began they used a laser level to determine the issues with the foundation and were able to solve the problem for a good price. Highly recommend!

Adam came by and went above and beyond to investigate the crawlspace. He was exceptionally thorough with his assessment and was detailed in his explanation. Adam communicated that since he was not able to fully assess the foundation, because of limited access, he would not give me a proposal for a solution he wasn't sure would remediate any discovered issues. I plan to have him and the FRS team back out as soon as I make the corrective action he recommended.

Had a foundation gutter system and pump installed, then unexpectedly had to put my house up for sale. My inspection was this morning, 11/5/24, after a crazy 36 hours of rain. 10 inches where I lived. The inspector came, basement was BONE DRY. Phenomenal system installed. And it took these guys a day to install it. On top of it all I was pleasantly surprised with the price, and the level of customer service was outstanding. Wholeheartedly recommend.
