I had a great experience with FRS. Chad did the initial estimate/ evaluation. He was honest and didn’t try to force or lure us into a more expensive repair. The bid was about 60% of a competing company. We were booked to have the repair within a month. Lee, Kyle, and Cody were our crew. Lee was the lead and kept me informed every step. This crew started at 7:30 AM and worked tirelessly until 7:30 PM. A brief break for a late lunch and that was about it. Incredible hard workers! They clearly knew what they were doing. They were efficient and friendly. Some of the best help I’ve ever had!

Kevin Macdonald came out to examine the issues we were having with water leaking into our basement. He was outstanding and I am very grateful he was our field inspector. Kevin genuinely loves his job and is passionate about all the different factors that go into foundation and water problems, even explaining the geology of our home and what was surrounding the foundation. He is highly outgoing and took the time to break down everything from the technical process to resolve the issue, to why everything was priced the way it was. Kevin explained things other companies did not even touch on, such as what type of foundation we have (monolithic) and why that meant they would have to go a different route than most repairs on newer foundations. Once Kevin left, I felt more confident and educated to make a decision on whether to fix the issue or move a different direction, as we all know these repairs are not cheap. Thank you, Kevin! Highly recommend him to anyone needing a quote or inspection.

Owen did an outstanding job assessing our foundation needs and clearly communicating the different repair options available to us. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy throughout the entire process, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate. On the final visit, he even brought his boss along to further assess our home and help solidify a repair plan. Their combined expertise and thorough explanations gave us a lot of confidence in our decision to move forward. We ultimately chose to proceed with a Foundation Recovery Systems solution, and we truly appreciated the time, care, and professionalism Owen showed every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Foundation Recovery Systems because of significant cracks along the left and back walls of my detached garage. I had already received two other quotes, but neither company provided much detail beyond telling me that piers or plates were needed to address the issue. Kyle B. truly went above and beyond. He took thorough measurements, tested the soundness of the concrete pad, and took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. He answered every question I had and was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the visit. When Foundation Recovery Systems says they are transparent, they genuinely mean it. I feel confident moving forward with this project and can’t wait to have my garage stabilized so I can use the walls without worrying about the cracks getting worse. I’ll update this review once the work is completed, but so far I’m extremely happy with my decision to choose Foundation Recovery Systems over their competitors. Thanks again, Kyle B.!
