Ceaser Munoz came out after I spoke with him at the home show to look at my water issues. Had other estimates for over $20000 from other companies. Come to find out it was a broken drain line from our upstairs jacuzzi. Thank you Ceaser for saving us work that was not necessary. Recommended for thoroughness, customer friendly, and honesty.

Jeremy Higgins with Foundation Recovery Systems came out today to evaluate my home on the bluffs of the Mississippi, which has some serious settling issues, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. He spent hours thoroughly inspecting everything and took the time to explain each issue in a way that was easy to understand. He truly went above and beyond, answering every question and making me feel confident and comfortable with the plan moving forward. And I have to add—anyone willing to crawl under a house in what can only be described as a full astronaut suit deserves extra credit. 🚀

He has done my annual service maintenance in my home’s encapsulated crawlspace for the past few years and I just want to tell you again that he is the best!! I cannot even imagine anyone else being as professional, reliable, honest, sincere, dependable, and trustworthy than Marc. I engaged Foundation Recovery Systems to raise the sinking level of the main floor of my house when a trusted friend told me he'd had them do work for him and was very happy. I am also. The company asked that 90 minutes of my time be set aside for the exploration of the site. The representative who came was excellent in explaining the company philosophy and connections, and then went into the crawlspace to check the situation. He came up and outlined what had to be done, the duties of the three-person crew itself, the materials to be used, and drew a schematic of the placement of the jacks. He wrote the estimate, I approved and made a down payment, and a day later, he phoned to tell me the two consecutive days he estimated the job would take. The crew arrived on the dot, and were very respectful of my home as they went about their business. The steel jacks they used looked like they could do the job and last forever. The company warranty extends to the next purchaser. It is expensive; I did not bother to get another estimate, I was sold on their contract and the fact my friend (a lifetime of working in construction) vouched for them.

From start to finish I enjoyed my experience with Foundation Recovery Systems. Tommy Tuck was the CFI who put the project together he was very professional and set the expectation accordingly. Tyler Bannister was the foreman on the project and he was very nice and professional they exceeded my expectations and would highly refer them to any of my friends or family. Will definitely use them again for future foundation needs.
