We just had our basement water proofed and sump pump installed. The experience with Foundation Recovery was top notch from beginning to end. The crew they sent out, Brady, Davon, Dave, Nate and Billy, were very polite and respectful. Their work ethic and knowledge of the work to be done was outstanding. Brady explained everything from start to finish in way that was very understandable. Highly recommend this company and crew.

Owen did an outstanding job assessing our foundation needs and clearly communicating the different repair options available to us. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy throughout the entire process, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate. On the final visit, he even brought his boss along to further assess our home and help solidify a repair plan. Their combined expertise and thorough explanations gave us a lot of confidence in our decision to move forward. We ultimately chose to proceed with a Foundation Recovery Systems solution, and we truly appreciated the time, care, and professionalism Owen showed every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Hunter Holmes, inspector for Foundations Recovery Systems was very helpful. He was on time, excellent pre arrival communication. He was cordial while here, offering to wear white booties in the house over his shoes and very polite. Thorough! Spent time educating me and showing me all the options for helping me with my crawl space. Look forward to seeing good quality work! More to follow with the actual work, but the initial inspection and consultation gets 5 stars easily.

If you have the opportunity to work with Kevin MacDonald, we highly recommend him. He is super honest, thorough, friendly, and made sure we were in the know with everything he was doing while inspecting our property. He saved us thousands of dollars by confirming nothing is wrong with our property when another competitor told us opposite just to get paid. We will definitely be contacting Kevin if we ever need our foundation looked at in the future. Thank you, Kevin!
