All the employees at every step of the process were very courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions and putting me at ease without appearing sleazy or over the top. Sometimes the sales people are too nice and it comes off as fake, but that was not the case with any of the employees I talked to. The engineer spent extra time explaining the process and putting my mind at ease and helping me set up no interest financing. The crews working on the house were respectful of my limited time off from work and kept the worksite tidy and orderly. I had a coworker tell me of her positive experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and now I will pass along my seal of approval to anyone I know needing foundation work.

Showed up at the scheduled time while what I needed was not an offering of Foundation Recovery systems book of business, Chad showed concern and was eager to assist with what we needed. With his recommendation we hired a separate company to remove mold from our basement. At the time of this writing their task is almost complete. This is the second time I've used this company. This time was for crawlspace encapsulation including a pump and a dehumidifier. There was a lot of junk under my house that I wasn't aware of that John Murphey and Robert Marquez pulled out. When that week was done, they didn't leave anything in the yard. I crawled around under the house and found the job to be incredibly well done. Everything is sealed up and under control. Robert and Francisco Munoz were just here connecting the pump and plumbing the discharge pipes. Looks clean and well done.

I had a sump pump alarm going off. I called to get someone out and the first available day was the end of the month. They did say that they would try to get someone out sooner and would get back to me. I had Larry's cell number from when he came out for my yearly maintenance last year. I texted him telling him what was happening and he came out fixed the problem. Explained to me what had happened and what I needed to do if it happened again. Any company would benefit from him. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Truly cares for his customers, and gives his best. I can't say enough about Larry. He knows his business. Thank you for having a wonderful employee.
