Bryce and AJ were pleasant, answered all my questions and you could tell they took pride in their work and enjoyed working with each other and me. Nate H came out to inspect the piering we had done in 2023 to shore up a garage wall that was settling separately from the rest of the house. He also checked the driveway for issues from the poly that was put under the concrete slabs at the same time. He was professional, efficient, and listened carefully to my complaints and fixed issues with drains that FRS put in last year that we weren’t happy with. I appreciate that he did not try to sell anything additional, just did a great job and left me feeling more confident in what I had purchased.

When your foundation springs a leak, it makes for a horrible reason to meet new people. But it was a pleasure to work with everyone on the team. From Adam coming and inspecting an educating me on your system. Talk about thorough, courteous, and very professional. To Landon and his team getting to work right away. What a great group of people. Well mannered and educated on there job. No hesitation when answering any question. Not to mention professional and costumer service second to none. They were in and out in the time that was projected. They were very easy to work with. Unfortunately foundation work isn't cheap. But with the finish product, customer care and professionalism I do believe I did get my money's worth. But to be honest the first big rain will be the ultimate test. I will update as soon as we have one. But as of now no regrets in hiring this wonderful group of people. Thank you guys for making a bad experience tolerable. No 5 stars , because that's perfection. And Noone is perfect. But definitely 4.7 stars.
