From the folks I spoke with in the office to Jeremy H. who came out to do the inspection to the crew who did the work, everyone was friendly and professional. I received several emails and texts leading up to the appointments, preparing me for what to expect, as well as phone calls the mornings of the work to let me know the crew was on their way and when they'd arrive. After the inspection, I was given options about the repairs, and it was all clearly explained. A few weeks after the inspection, I had several piers installed around my foundation. For two days, Brandon C., Dylan E., and Darrion R. worked so hard and communicated in a clear and friendly manner with me as I pestered them with questions. FRS really made repairing my foundation as painless a process as possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

From the time Jeremy Higgins (Sr Field Inspector) arrived in our home to provide the assessment/estimate, to Jeremy Raby (Foreman) arriving with his crew to complete the work, it was 5 stars all the way. Jeremy H. did a great job listening to our history and concerns. He left our home with an appointment scheduled for the work to be done and a full review of what to expect. Jeremy R. arrived yesterday (Dec 26th) with his crew (Travis & Demetri) and completed the job with perfection. Jeremy provided me a full review of the plan and jumped right in with his crew to finish the project. Hardwood floor protection was placed prior to any work beginning. Upon completion of the job, they vacuumed all traveled traffic areas. Jeremy R. is quite mindful of a homeowner's space and the importance of respecting this space. It was clear in his performance, as well as, the performance of his crew. We highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!

I had a great experience with Byron, Kris, and Kaden from start to finish. They were extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the technical details in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and they were transparent about the process, options, and expectations. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. I just want to say thank you. We looked into several other companies before calling Foundation Recovery Systems. I was hesitant to call a company so far away from us but we were in a time crunch to get our foundation fixed before it caused further issues. In times like these it is hard to find a company who is so responsive. Two Gentleman drove over 2 hours to our jobsite to complete a foundation issue for us. Brett the foreman and his right handman Gary were so helpful. They took time to answer our questions, to go over what they were doing, and to show us the process. They were so kind to our two small kids and even explained what they were doing to them. I want to say thank you for these two men for all of their hard work in the freezing cold temps the other day and all the wind today. They were professional and very kind and never complained. Thank you Brett and Gary I appreciate all that you have done and how you fixed our foundation and as my kids would say (Their playroom is no longer sliding). Thank you so much for doing a good job and for taking care of the jobsite as if it was your own home!Amanda
