My overall experience was a great experience with their team! The man that came to give an estimate was thorough and very nice. The men that came to do the work were nice, thorough, knowledgeable (for the most part), and cleanly for the most part. I liked that they put plastic down from my door all the way to the basement. The only thing I could see, was their having trouble putting my basement window back in, but they did stay until it was back in properly. However, there was a mess where they had to get stuff out of window to get it back in, which I cleaned up after they left. Knowledgeable for most part, because I asked a warranty question and they were unsure because they hadn't done the carbon fiber straps for awhile, but he looked up my answer on the spot. Over all this company and their workers were fabulous!!! I wished i could have had the paperwork in hand instead of via an email because its hard to find where to print it out! They did the job promptly and left. Thanks for all the hard work guys and I would recommend anyone to this company!!

Jesse did an exceptional job on my home project when he came out with his crew. He was very delightful on the phone & was very respectful in person. He introduced himself, explained everything from start to finish of the tasks they were going to be accomplishing! After, when they were finished, we were so pleased with how everything looked! I fully recommend Jesse and the work he does! Kindness and good work go hand in hand! I recommend foundation recovery systems for your foundation home repair needs!

Mike Williams, foreman, Tyler Bennett, co-foreman, and Kanen Carlson, installer, were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They explained every step in the process, and did an outstanding job. They called to let us know they were on the way and arrived promptly, worked steadily all day, and completed our project as promised. I am happy to write a favorable review of the work done by Lee, Camryn, and Joshua of Foundation Recovery Systems. The trio worked diligently and efficiently to raise and stabilize the foundation of our house. They were on time, they worked hard, and they communicated with me through every step of the process. When they were done, not only was our home level again, but they had cleaned up the jobsite and left me with little to do to put things back in order. I am very pleased with their work and my entire experience with Foundation Recovery Systems.

Noah, Bryce and AJ made this a great experience for me. Noah helped navigate my needs, made me that all my questions and concerns mattered. Bryce and AJ transformed my place. Bryce and AJ were pleasant, answered all my questions and you could tell they took pride in their work and enjoyed working with each other and me. I kept telling them they were artists and this was their masterpiece.Thats how I felt they treated the cement. It looks so nice! Would definitely recommend their services!!

I was looking for a foundation company because my foundation was in need of getting it pulled back and it was bowing 4inches. I found foundation recovery systems online and what won me over was their forever warranty that can be transferrable. My first interaction was with Matt, he came to my house and gave me a break down of everything and what I could do that wouldn't cost me a TON of money! He also came back an hour later to talk to my wife about everything we talked about before. I REALLY appreciated it and thanked him for coming back over. We came up with a game plan and he was very communicative every time I would text him. He had every answer or if he didn't know he would call right back. That is why we went ahead and booked our installation. Installation came around and the crew lead person name Landon was great. Explain what they were doing and how it is going to look. They worked all two days day and night. I was really happy with the outcome and how communicative they were with everything and if I needed to spend any extra to waterproof my basement. And then this time was unexpected but I noticed that the other side of my basement was getting water somewhere and the sump pump that is there was not running as well as the one that was just installed. So I called Matt again to have him come over to give us an estimate of installing a new sump pump where the old sump pump was and water proofing the other side so there will be no water coming through the basement. We discuss price and came up with a game plan. Very polite and willing to help an anyway. He came over as soon as I got off. Second crew came by to do an install and the crew came around 845-9am. They walked me through the game plan and started working on the other side of the basement. Jeremy the formen, he noticed that there was a broken pipe and fixed it so my washer water would flow directly to the sump pump or the other one that was previously installed. He got the waterproofing completed and ran a pipe through one side of the room to the existing sump pump. They patched everything up very nicely and will come back to put up seal and beams within a few days. This plan was not expected, but SAVED us a lot of money! I was very happy about that. I really appreciated the hard work that these men were doing. They worked day and night to get it done. I was very impressed! I would recommend this company because of how well and understand the importance of customer satisfaction. The fact that the work they are doing is warrantied and can be transferred to new owners if I decide to sell my house. Thank you Matt, Landons Crew and Jeremys Crew for putting us at ease so we do not have to worry about water coming through our basement.

We had a very large and expensive basement project. Almost 3 dozen piers, anchors to pull walls in and stabilize and bracing; three sump pumps and French drains and watering around the entire perimeter. The estimate was 5 to 6 days. Colton Wise, Kyle Jones and Connor Hayes were the crew assigned to our project. They were a very hard working crew that cooperated in how they did the work and kept working very hard from morning until they went home. They never once just walked off the job at 5:00 and called it a day. They stayed until the aspect of the task was done sometimes after 6:0, because that was what the job required. They were all vey polite and courteous and did a wonderful job cleaning up before they left. Thanks guys for a job well done!!!

I used Foundation Recovery Systems to do foundation repair for an investment property in Olathe. They were able to straighten one wall and add supports to another. I really appreciated the communication and efficiency. The salesman, Ryan Howard, was great to work with. I appreciate the straight forward process. I spent more money than I wanted to on this project, but I expect the outcome is worth it in the long run.

Had to get my basement pulled back out because it was leaning inward a couple inches. Jeremy R., Luca B., & Phillips B. were such an awesome crew. They were all so kind and explained everything they were doing. They got the wall straightened perfectly, cleaned up nicely after themselves, and are suppose to come back and finish the yard after the dirt settles. Other than the yard being on hold to finish, the job got done nicely! Not sure about other crews but I would recommend this crew!
