Very grateful for David who came out and inspected the property and provided us with a good plan of action. He also did an excellent job of educating us on why it was happening and what was needed. Additionally, the price versus the competitors was significantly lower! Dylan, the foreman for the job was professional, diligent, and very courteous. He definitely knew what he was doing, and he did a wonderful job of leading his two colleagues. They did an awesome job of educating me as well about what they were doing and also left the site very clean! We are very grateful for their service and would highly recommend them!

He gave me all the necessary information for me to make a decision to agree on installation of a pier system. Jared was out here the day after I submitted a request for an estimate. He was professional, efficient and he was clearly very knowledgeable both about our issues and about how the solution would resolve the issue completely. Jared and I spoke after his inspection and he was friendly and did not give me any pressure to sign a contract, but gave me all the information I needed to know to make an informed decision. I appreciated his approach to the issue and all the information he was able to provide. All in all it was an excellent experience.

I met with Hunter, a sale rrep, for Foundation Recovery System regarding foundation problems with my driveway. Hunter displays excellent customer service and patience. I was so impressed with his knowledge and how well he explained things because this was new to me. Hunter took his time to look at the cracks and how uneven my driveway was. It wasn't aesthetically pleasing to me, and Huntrer assured me that his company has strong track records of satisfied customers. He also took time to discuss the warranty and the backing of another company. I felt Hunter was very honest withI didn't feel any pressure Lastly, I was offered a couple of discounts and that was awesome! I'm so excited to have Foundation Recovery System repair my drywall that 's aesthetically pleasing to me! By the way, I would highly recommend Hunter and Foundation Recovery System! Thank you!

Nate H came out to inspect the piering we had done in 2023 to shore up a garage wall that was settling separately from the rest of the house. He also checked the driveway for issues from the poly that was put under the concrete slabs at the same time. He was professional, efficient, and listened carefully to my complaints and fixed issues with drains that FRS put in last year that we weren’t happy with. I appreciate that he did not try to sell anything additional, just did a great job and left me feeling more confident in what I had purchased.

Cory and Dakota did a fantastic job! After they arrived, we walked around the house, and they explained what they would be doing. They worked quickly and efficiently. When it came time to lift the house, they did it in increments and let us check to make sure the windows closed correctly and the existing drywall cracks did not change in size.
