Nick Mata came out today to complete an inspection for us and was very thorough. He listened to our concerns, took multiple measurements and photos and crawled under our house to determine what we needed to have done to our crawl space. He walked me through the existing issues and made sure I understood everything he was showing me. He then went over costs and what all was included in the price. He went over financing options and gave us all the options. He did a great job and was very professional.

This was my first foundation issue and I didn’t know what to expect when I inquired on the website. Gregg came to my home within just a few days of my inquiry to view the issues. He was prompt and professional and brought the right tools to see what we were dealing with and to propose a proper solution. We talked through plan A and what plan B might look like. He sent a quote over for plan A within 24 hours that I felt was very reasonable. After sitting on the quote for a couple months Heather reached out via text to see if I was still interested in having the work done. I was glad she did and worked with her via text to get this project scheduled and funded. The date we set was several months away, but Heather reached out again one week prior to the appointment we had made to confirm. The morning of the appointment Wayne called to let me know he was on the way with his crew. They arrived on time and got to work finishing up faster than I expected. Within 2 hours they had lifted my slab back to level and cleaned up after themselves. My door opens and closes again. The wall cracks shrunk down to almost nothing and the ground around the problem area lifted up which should help with drainage. Overall I am very pleased to see this done and done so easily. I didn’t need to worry as much as I did. The communication and professionalism of this team was top notch!

Primarily dealt with Joshua Eaton, a little with Dawson but all were professional, Ty McCully, Austin Benton, Aaron Hernandez did a good job, were efficient and did a good clean up in my garage. Being as we just had a 12” snow fall I didn’t expect them to work but they did, leveled the garage, set up sump pump and “sister” joist a beam. They had a hard time breaking up frozen clumps of dirt, but stated if the ground doesn't settle well come spring they would return. All in all I would recommend Foundation Recovery Systems

My concrete front porch had developed an 8 to 10 inch void underneath it and I didn't know how to fix it, but knew it needed attention. Foundation Recovery was the solution. They were quick to perform an assessment and get the jod done. I am very pleased with the services provided by Foundation Recovery. Chet, the service rep, was very courteous, professional, and he answered all of my questions. Anthony and Hunter were also very professional and completed their work and left no mess behind. Anthony also answered all of my questions and explained what he was doing as he performed the work. Extremely satisfied!

We had a sump pump replaced by Ayden Land and Derrick Bushnell on New Years Eve day. The two young men were very careful and considerate. Foundation Recovery Systems exceeded expectations from start to finish. The team was extremely professional and took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I had over six slabs in my driveway that needed polyjacking, along with a downspout that required attention and needed barried. They handled everything flawlessly and the results turned out phenomenal. A big shoutout to Jesse Barron (Foreman) and Cameron (Co-Foreman) for their leadership and attention to detail throughout the job. Also want to recognize and give a shout out to Ollie and Brady, who were in from Canada training they were hardworking, professional, and fit right in with the crew. You can tell this team takes pride in their work. Highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems to anyone needing this kind of service.
