He was completely honest with us regarding our foundation issue, and I never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. We had our basement waterproofed a few years ago by Foundation Recovery Systems and have been very satisfied with the results. Recently, our sub pump battery was alerting us of an issue. FRS called to schedule an appointment as soon as I emailed out about the problem. Within 3 business days they were able to send David Palmer II out to take a look. David was friendly, professional, and found the solution right away. I would highly recommend FRS for your waterproofing needs.

After surveying my basement, Timber constructed a thorough plan for waterproofing my basement and invested considerable time into explaining the process for completing the project. Timber showed genuine patience with me by encouraging and addressing my questions and concerns. Timber provided extensive education on the causes and sources of water entering my basement. Had a foundation gutter system and pump installed, then unexpectedly had to put my house up for sale. My inspection was this morning, 11/5/24, after a crazy 36 hours of rain. 10 inches where I lived. The inspector came, basement was BONE DRY. Phenomenal system installed. And it took these guys a day to install it. On top of it all I was pleasantly surprised with the price, and the level of customer service was outstanding. Wholeheartedly recommend.

We had five piers installed last spring to stabilize our garage and family room. The only thing that we had to do was plant grass (they also planted grass seed before they left but I wanted to make sure it grew in thicker) and by summer ypu couldn't tell that anything had been done. They sent an inspector, Ryan Howard, back to our house today to make sure that the stabilization worked (it did). They will come back the next two years to check their work. We're very happy with the work they did and with their follow-up.
