Foundation Recovery Systems customer service from start to finish was a 5+ star experience. You are in constant communication via text whether it was for the appointment date/time, text that the inspector was enroute, phone call, you name it. Kevis Estes was our inspector; I had informed him to prior to coming out that I wasn't sure the cracks in our foundation were a serious problem, but something I wanted to address. When Kevin arrived, he was very friendly, offered to take his shoes off (we are a shoeless home), and surveyed the issue. Kevin took a look at the issue presented and was very honest that he didn't believe anything needed to be fixed. This put my mind at ease because most encounters I've had, businesses almost always try and come away with some type of money being spent. This was not the case. Kevin took the time to visit other areas of the basement and outside foundation to ensure no other areas needed attention. Thank you FRS for your time while Ill recommend you to any family or friends in the future. Kevin was GREAT!!!

Hard to find NICER people than those who work with FRS!! Everyone must have been trained in a superior environment with trainers with REAL people skills! They all take their jobs seriously and stand proudly behind their customer service!! Shaun was thorough and efficient and very friendly!! Even the receptionist was very helpful and upbeat on the phone!! So WISH ALL business's were like this. The world would be a happier place!!

Thankfully my inspection revealed no foundation issues, Ed Macdonald from Foundation Recovery Systems was extremely helpful in identifying my problem and providing valuable guidance on how best to address it. In an era where unnecessary repairs and poor customer service are common, this was not the case with Foundation Recovery Systems, and Ed in particular. Great overall experience from the appointment scheduling, communications, and appointment. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family! A+++++++

More than anything I want to highly commend and acknowledge Marc McGuire for his exemplary service with Foundation Recovery Systems Springfield. He has done my annual service maintenance in my home’s encapsulated crawlspace for the past few years and I just want to tell you again that he is the best!! I cannot even imagine anyone else being as professional, reliable, honest, sincere, dependable, and trustworthy than Marc. He’s courteous, observant and such a delight to talk with, and he addresses and goes over everything. Don’t let him get away. That man needs a bonus or something. I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick Mata from Foundation Recovery Systems for a crawl space inspection, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience. Nick's expertise and professionalism really stood out throughout the entire process.When Nick arrived, he immediately got to work inspecting my crawl space, using advanced equipment to detect any moisture or mold issues. He explained everything he was doing and made sure to take pictures to show me exactly what was going on. I was impressed by his attention to detail and thoroughness.As we went through the inspection, Nick took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. It was evident that he truly cared about my home and my family's health.One thing that really impressed me was Nick's ability to explain complex crawl space issues in a way that was easy to understand. For example, when he detected moisture in one area of my crawl space, he showed me how the conditions were conducive to mold growth and explained how this could affect the indoor air quality of my home. Kyle Craig and Justin came out to check my mother-in-laws basement foundation. The guys were are really respectful and explained everything very thoroughly and gave us options on what they could do. They also brought attention to other things but made sure to let us know that they were not experts in those categories but have seen it over the years of work they did and knew the signs of certain things. Overall they brought great knowledge and insights of anything and everything they could do. Would highly recommend them for any of your foundation needs.

Having a 25 year career with a world class engineering firm, my knowledge and experience qualifies my comments on this team. While withholding any review on the functionality and results of the push-piers, this review focuses entirely on the FRS crew, Derrick (inspections & sales coordinator), Byron B. (Team leader), and Kris B. (Apprentice/skilled technician), of whom I believe to be world class, as well. I can’t say enough about this team. Working through lunches both days, this team brings professionalism to the workplace with no complaints – period. All responses were “Sir, yes sir”. Laying protective coverings in high traffic areas, listening and working with customer’s concepts and requests, explaining their work, and equally important – cleaning up behind themselves, leaving only the refined work to indicate their presence. Thank you so much for your excellent work ethics and respect to our property, Byron and Kris!
