I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin Creed, who did our one year inspection, after getting the encapsulation system installed under my mom’s house last year. Kevin found some issues that needed to be fixed, fixed them, then went a step further and removed some rodents from under the house, and placed bug bombs and mouse traps for me. He was kind and explained everything thoroughly, which I greatly appreciated. Good job, Kevin!

They were professional, hardworking, and really took the time to make sure everything was done right. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure the work area was clean when they finished. Nick Mata came to look at my foundation. He was so informative. I've had two other companies come and said they fixed my foundation but he explained everything in detail why it hadn't been fixed and my floor was still falling in spots. I just wish I'd found this company first before I spent $12,000 with the other two contractors.

FRS will stand by their warranty and it is transferrable. Had to get a different crew out to remedy the prior team’s errors…. Night. And. Day. I salute the new crew that came out to remedy the issues I had addressed to management. They sent out the pros. It is nice to feel like the money you spent on your home looks like the money you spent. Thank you, guys.
