Michael drove out to my property and performed a very punctual and professional assessment of my waterproofing needs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided several options for repair, and reviewed them with me in great detail. and even had the courage to say that his repairs might be considered overkill for what I needed depending if I wanted it to last the lifetime of the home. I very much appreciated hid honesty and candor. It's something you just don't see With a lot of businesses. He even offered multiple discounts. I very highly recommend this company!

Joe came out and inspected our new home purchase. He gave us wonderful insight on the process of repairs on the damage presented. Reasonable quote and also provided said quote in a timely fashion to help with our closing. I’m very satiated with this company and plan on using them when we get to the time of repair.

More than anything I want to highly commend and acknowledge Marc McGuire for his exemplary service with Foundation Recovery Systems Springfield. He has done my annual service maintenance in my home’s encapsulated crawlspace for the past few years and I just want to tell you again that he is the best!! I cannot even imagine anyone else being as professional, reliable, honest, sincere, dependable, and trustworthy than Marc. He’s courteous, observant and such a delight to talk with, and he addresses and goes over everything. Don’t let him get away. That man needs a bonus or something. Showed up at the scheduled time while what I needed was not an offering of Foundation Recovery systems book of business, Chad showed concern and was eager to assist with what we needed. With his recommendation we hired a separate company to remove mold from our basement. At the time of this writing their task is almost complete. I called FRS to inquire about weatherproofing my crawlspace, and met with Kyle W. who worked with me on splitting up an encapsulation project to make it more affordable for my budget.Tyler S. and his team of Derrick P. and Leuck W. came out and worked well past sundown to get the bulk of the trenching and sump project done. The team was professional and kept on their tasks throughout the day.Not wanting to rush things in the dark, Tyler scheduled a follow up appointment to finish some of the finer details with another crew of Mason H. and Walker F. This team was equally professional and put the finishing touches on the new access door for the crawlspace.I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed, and I look forward to contacting them again to finish the second part of the project.
