I am more than pleased with the work done on my home foundation by the Foundation Recovery crew, Josh Eaton, Da Shawn Kendrix, and Lueck Wright. They were arrived when they said they would, explained in detail the work they were going to do, and did it in a very professional manner. And they finished the job in one day. This was not an easy job. They had to dig 3 holes that were 3' square by 6' deep in rocky soil to get to the bottom of the foundation. And they did this digging by hand ! Very professional crew and they deserve a lot of credit for their hard work. They are a real asset to the company.

All the employees at every step of the process were very courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions and putting me at ease without appearing sleazy or over the top. Sometimes the sales people are too nice and it comes off as fake, but that was not the case with any of the employees I talked to. The engineer spent extra time explaining the process and putting my mind at ease and helping me set up no interest financing. The crews working on the house were respectful of my limited time off from work and kept the worksite tidy and orderly. I had a coworker tell me of her positive experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and now I will pass along my seal of approval to anyone I know needing foundation work.

Kevin Macdonald came out to examine the issues we were having with water leaking into our basement. He was outstanding and I am very grateful he was our field inspector. Kevin genuinely loves his job and is passionate about all the different factors that go into foundation and water problems, even explaining the geology of our home and what was surrounding the foundation. He is highly outgoing and took the time to break down everything from the technical process to resolve the issue, to why everything was priced the way it was. Kevin explained things other companies did not even touch on, such as what type of foundation we have (monolithic) and why that meant they would have to go a different route than most repairs on newer foundations. Once Kevin left, I felt more confident and educated to make a decision on whether to fix the issue or move a different direction, as we all know these repairs are not cheap. Thank you, Kevin! Highly recommend him to anyone needing a quote or inspection.

He took the time to tell what needed to be done, how it would be done, and explained costs as well as payment plans. He spent almost 6 hours to make sure we understood. We are looking forward to having his crew do our foundation repair. Although we had other companies come to inspect, Kevin MacDonald is our pick ! The work done of repairing our foundation with piers and wall plates was fast, very efficient! The workers were very good at their jobs. They went out of their way to answer any questions and keep me informed of the status of the progress of the job. . They were very courteous, worked long hours and did a fantastic job!! Very happy with the end result. Would highly recommend them. Can't thank Devin, Adam, Zach, Cody enough for all your hard work!! I had to have repair on my foundation and I was nervous about who to choose for my company, since there is so many to choose from. I chose foundation recovery and I am so pleased that I did.
