I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin Creed, who did our one year inspection, after getting the encapsulation system installed under my mom’s house last year. Kevin found some issues that needed to be fixed, fixed them, then went a step further and removed some rodents from under the house, and placed bug bombs and mouse traps for me. He was kind and explained everything thoroughly, which I greatly appreciated. Good job, Kevin!

Kevin Estes came to thoroughly inspect our house and came up with a service plan to address a couple areas of concern. I feel so much better knowing we will be preventing future foundation shifts. I learnt a lot and he showed us the existing issues and what caused them, patiently answered all our questions, and he was very professional and courteous. I am so glad we had them come out for a free quote and are moving forward with the recommendations using a payment plan!

When it came time to lift the house, they did it in increments and let us check to make sure the windows closed correctly and the existing drywall cracks did not change in size. We had an excellent experience with Cole, Nate, Brian, and Clayton. From the very beginning when Cole met with us to talk about our options, he was very friendly, spoke plainly in a way we could understand, and was genuinely looking out for our best interest. I contacted Cole frequently throughout the whole process with questions or concerns, and he would contact me back quickly and was always able to help me. Cole made the project go smoothly from beginning to end. They did great work in our basement. Nate, the foreman, communicated well with us when questions arose and listened to our thoughts and concerns. We would highly recommend Foundation Recovery.
