Today I had the pleasure of working with Mia Fiore from Foundation Recovery Systems, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and approach. When Mia came out to inspect my property and provide an estimate for foundation repair, she was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly throughout the entire process. Her patience and understanding made what could have been a stressful experience much easier to navigate. There was a scheduling mix-up on my part, and I unintentionally booked Mia’s appointment at the exact same time as a competitor who was already on site. When Mia arrived, instead of making the situation uncomfortable for me or either party, she handled it with remarkable grace and professionalism. She kindly offered to come back a little later to allow the competitor to finish his inspection and presentation, which I truly appreciated. Mia’s professionalism, combined with her warm and approachable personality, made a lasting impression. Because of her outstanding conduct and expertise, I had no hesitation in choosing Foundation Recovery Systems for my foundation repair needs. I highly recommend Mia Fiore to anyone seeking reliable and courteous service in this field.

Noah, Bryce and AJ made this a great experience for me. Noah helped navigate my needs, made me that all my questions and concerns mattered. Bryce and AJ transformed my place. Bryce and AJ were pleasant, answered all my questions and you could tell they took pride in their work and enjoyed working with each other and me. The crew from Foundation Recovery handled the crawl space encapsulation and foundation stabilization job on my 105 year old American Foursquare with grit, guts and competence – they explained every aspect of the work, updated me on progress and any changes that were needed and also helped me identify some plumbing repairs that are needed that were impossible to diagnose with the crawl space in truly horrifying condition before they tackled it. I had to have repair on my foundation and I was nervous about who to choose for my company, since there is so many to choose from. I chose foundation recovery and I am so pleased that I did. I want to mention these men’s names and thank them again for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to answer any questions and let me see how they even work and explain it. From the very beginning of paperwork with Peter Fisher And all the crew Joseph Woodien,Chance Spratly, and Andre Stewart I was only shown, kindness, and professionalism, I saw these men work very hard repairing my home and I want to thank them very much. I have been so pleased with Foundation Recovery Systems as a whole. Making an appointment was easy and they werent booked too far out, which was really nice. The inspector arrived on time and was very professional and friendly right from the beginning. Tyler Potter, our inspector, was seriously top notch. Very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to our concerns and then performed a very thorough inspection to give us a complete picture as to what we were looking at and how it might be addressed. Unfortunately, we will have to address other concerns before we can move forward on fixing our foundation but I would have no hesitation to give Tyler a call back when the time comes and I know it will be handled correctly and professionally.
