The reason for the 5 star review is for the professionalism and kindness shown from Shae and Hayden. Their communication was awesome and there were many times during the project that something could have gone wrong but they always found a way to go the extra mile. The communication in other areas of the business definitely needs improvement but Foundation Recovery Systems is lucky to have Shae and Hayden.

Our home had several sidewalk sections that had sunk at different rates, leaving uneven edges that were trip hazards. Bryce and Brandon of FRS briefed me on their approach to leveling the walkway. They worked hard and carefully, and their experience showed in how good the sidewalk now looks, with trip hazards eliminated. While the service is not inexpensive, communications, process and work went well, with an end result that was better than I anticipated.

This company was fantastic! From the very beginning Adam took his time and walked us through every detail and showed us what needed to be repaired. He was patient, honest, informative, and professional. The crew that did our work came out fast and when they were done cleaned up everything that was taken apart. The communication with this company is the best I’ve ever dealt with. Every single person I talked with through all stages of our project was so courteous and professional. He listened to our concerns, took multiple measurements and photos and crawled under our house to determine what we needed to have done to our crawl space. He walked me through the existing issues and made sure I understood everything he was showing me. He then went over costs and what all was included in the price. He went over financing options and gave us all the options. He did a great job and was very professional.

Nick's expertise and professionalism really stood out throughout the entire process.When Nick arrived, he immediately got to work inspecting my crawl space, using advanced equipment to detect any moisture or mold issues. He explained everything he was doing and made sure to take pictures to show me exactly what was going on. I was impressed by his attention to detail and thoroughness.As we went through the inspection, Nick took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. It was evident that he truly cared about my home and my family's health.One thing that really impressed me was Nick's ability to explain complex crawl space issues in a way that was easy to understand. From the folks I spoke with in the office to Jeremy H. who came out to do the inspection to the crew who did the work, everyone was friendly and professional. I received several emails and texts leading up to the appointments, preparing me for what to expect, as well as phone calls the mornings of the work to let me know the crew was on their way and when they'd arrive. After the inspection, I was given options about the repairs, and it was all clearly explained. A few weeks after the inspection, I had several piers installed around my foundation. For two days, Brandon C., Dylan E., and Darrion R. worked so hard and communicated in a clear and friendly manner with me as I pestered them with questions. FRS really made repairing my foundation as painless a process as possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I do not typically write reviews but I have to say I could not be more pleased with the exceptional service I received from the Foundation Recovery Team in Lees Summit. Shayne, Dakota, Landon and Tyler were outstanding! They thoughtfully guided us through every step of the process and ensured we understood what was going to happen to ease our nerves. It is scary having your entire house lifted, and they were so knowledgable and transparent that I felt confident leaving my house while the work was being done. They were on-time, considerate and trustworthy. Our house is back to level, the big gaps between our foundation and doors are closed, and our floor is now level. I am thrilled with the work they did and will sleep well at night knowing our homes foundation is fixed!

I had MAJOR work done by FRS. Two 1000+ square-foot crawlspaces required full drainage systems, support structuring, wood replacement, and encapsulation. Also had foam injections into very large pool patio to level concrete as well as installing channel drain into said patio. Just thought I'd get that out there to give context to below review.Prompt response to request for information, detailed quotes and analysis, fair and easy financing, they show up and they communicate throughout, they inform you of additional things that come up on the job you may want to address, and if you are concerned about it their crews speak your language and can deal directly with you. Also affordable maintenance plans to ensure their system stays in top shape or to address any unlikely issues. FRS was definitely not the least expensive option, but after dealing with many contractors they were worth every penny for the aforementioned reasons. Time will tell if I need to use any warranties and how they handle that agreement; but after looking at the work product I don't think I will have to.

I had used FRS previously for some leveling of our drive and sidewalk.This time we had them install a steel beam and 3 support posts with jacking capability to level our badly sloping deck. The guys worked quickly and efficiently and finished by around noon. I was counting on this solution to be phase one of my plan to restore the deck to good working order. I am gratified that the crew achieved the objective perfectly.

Our front stairs were pulling away from the house due to a sinking sidewalk and we were finding cracks in our driveway from voids under the surface. Todd came out and walked us through the quote, answered all of our questions. Today we had a great experience with our installers Bryce and Brandon. They were very thorough in walking through the work process and the finished process looks great. The plugs where the poly were inserted look seamless, everything looks great. Kevin was on time and very genuine. After looking at our crack, he recommended what to do to fix it and didn’t try to sell me anything that was not needed. He gave suggestions upon inspection of the outside of the house but never said we needed service from them. It’s very refreshing to have someone that is honest and not trying to sell you something you don’t need. Highly recommend Kevin from Foundation Recovery Systems!

Foundation Recovery Systems installed 11 helical piers on the sinking addition to our house. First, our inspector/estimator, Tanner, was very informative, listened well to our concerns, and was easy to communicate with. After work was completed, Tanner followed up with a phone call to make sure we were pleased with the crew's work. Our crew foreman, Jon, and the rest of the crew were very professional and very hard working. Jon communicated with me clearly about what they were doing and why each step of the way. He also kept me informed of obstacles they encountered and how they were solving them. The crew accidentally damaged some window trim and an exterior door threshold, but Jon told me immediately about it and the company has reimbursed us every penny for repairs. The crew completed their work and we are so happy we hired FRS!

Kevin Estes came to thoroughly inspect our house and came up with a service plan to address a couple areas of concern. I feel so much better knowing we will be preventing future foundation shifts. I learnt a lot and he showed us the existing issues and what caused them, patiently answered all our questions, and he was very professional and courteous. I am so glad we had them come out for a free quote and are moving forward with the recommendations using a payment plan!

Overall excellent customer service from our inspection by Nick Hardecke. I was blown away by his professionalism and eye to detail. He definitely knows what he is talking about and does a great job at explaining the whole process of encapsulation and the reasons behind all the different aspects of it. By the time the inspection was complete, I feel as if I have a completely different understanding as to the whats and why's of my crawlspace as a whole. Nick gave me a detailed report that showed me everything going on underneath my home. Amazing experience!

I am more than pleased with the work done on my home foundation by the Foundation Recovery crew, Josh Eaton, Da Shawn Kendrix, and Lueck Wright. They were arrived when they said they would, explained in detail the work they were going to do, and did it in a very professional manner. And they finished the job in one day. This was not an easy job. They had to dig 3 holes that were 3' square by 6' deep in rocky soil to get to the bottom of the foundation. And they did this digging by hand ! Very professional crew and they deserve a lot of credit for their hard work. They are a real asset to the company.

Cody Shipley walked us through the options and helped us find something that worked with us.Furthermore, I'm impressed at the hoops the crew installing it had to go through. Our neighborhood streets are being worked on by the city and they had to deal with our street potentially getting closed without notice. They had a plan if it came to that, but thankfully it didn't.

I have been so pleased with Foundation Recovery Systems as a whole. Making an appointment was easy and they werent booked too far out, which was really nice. The inspector arrived on time and was very professional and friendly right from the beginning. Tyler Potter, our inspector, was seriously top notch. Very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to our concerns and then performed a very thorough inspection to give us a complete picture as to what we were looking at and how it might be addressed. Unfortunately, we will have to address other concerns before we can move forward on fixing our foundation but I would have no hesitation to give Tyler a call back when the time comes and I know it will be handled correctly and professionally.

Great experience using Foundation Recovery Systems. Highly recommend. Ken was very detailed with the initial walkthrough and was able to determine the leaking issue in my basement. After the sump pump installation the room was very well cleaned and the team even tarped off part of the basement to ensure no dust got on our appliances. Tyler, Isaiah, and Jake did an amazing job.
