We have used Foundation Recovery Systems-Moberly for years. Last Wednesday, Jackson came out to provide our yearly maintenance service including checking for additional settling. Although his measurements showed a small amount of settling we were well aware that the issue was worsening as we have cracks in our drywall that are slowly expanding. With Jackson's guidance, we decided to bite the bullet. 5 days later, right on time, foreman Jaeden arrived with Kameron and Robert ready to install our piers. The temperature was brutal. They worked from 9am until 6:30pm. All 3 men were communicative, respectful of my husband, me and our property and answered all of our questions. Jaeden explained each part of the process multiple times throughout the day. I was extremely happy with the process from the promised pre-arrival phone call to the clean-up. I would happily recommend FRS-Moberly to anyone needing their services. THANK YOU Jackson, Jaeden, Kameron and Robert TEAM FRS-MOBERLY!

Chris Meyer, Brandon Saunders and Brayden VanCleve worked tirelessly to get the foundation repair completed, even though the concrete floor was really tough. I am more than pleased with the work done on my home foundation by the Foundation Recovery crew, Josh Eaton, Da Shawn Kendrix, and Lueck Wright. They were arrived when they said they would, explained in detail the work they were going to do, and did it in a very professional manner. And they finished the job in one day. This was not an easy job. They had to dig 3 holes that were 3' square by 6' deep in rocky soil to get to the bottom of the foundation. And they did this digging by hand ! Very professional crew and they deserve a lot of credit for their hard work. They are a real asset to the company.

The team of men who handled our basement waterproofing project were excellent from start to finish. Our salesman, Neil, visited our home and took us through their waterproofing steps and policies step-by-step. We had sought two other bids, as well, and FRS offered the best services, package deal, guarantee and financing of the three bids. They worked with us on the best dates for us for the project. Everything was accomplished just as Neil said it would be, and we are exceedingly pleased. We had a crew of three gentlemen who arrived three days ago to install our basement waterproofing. Foreman Devon, and crew members Roy and Owen were simply excellent workers and exceptional people. Each day this week they walked us through what they had accomplished that day and explained thoroughly why everything was done the way it was. Today before pulling out they finished up explaining everything we would need to know in the next couple weeks. Thank you to FRS For coming through exactly as you promised. We would be happy to be a reference for anyone who has questions from a homeowner. We look forward to turning our entire system on in a few weeks ~ returning appliances and storage shelving to their places around the walls ~ after the concrete has cured. It looks like a whole new basement… And that’s saying a lot for a 100 year old house in Webster Groves. Thanks Neil, Devon, Roy and Owen.

When he needed to change something from the plan he let me know and explained in details. I would have him come back if I ever needed anyone again.For the garage floor leveling Jeremiah, Jake and KD were equally great. Friendly, efficient and kept me informed as to what was happening. We scheduled an appointment to inspect our house, knowing there were problems. Darell arrived and took the time to do everything necessary to identify the problem. He was very professional and explained in detail what was going on. His experience and manner convinced us to repair the house with FRS ( also th voice time guarantee). We had five piers installed last spring to stabilize our garage and family room. The only thing that we had to do was plant grass (they also planted grass seed before they left but I wanted to make sure it grew in thicker) and by summer ypu couldn't tell that anything had been done. They sent an inspector, Ryan Howard, back to our house today to make sure that the stabilization worked (it did). They will come back the next two years to check their work. We're very happy with the work they did and with their follow-up.

He measured moisture levels in the walls and floors and came up with several solutions we could choose from. He did a great job explaining areas that needed addressing and how FRS would go about fixing them. He was at our house for several hours and took a lot of pictures of the areas that need to be fixed. We were able to schedule the work within two weeks of initial bid, which was perfect. Wayne H. and Judah D. were the repair contractors from Foundation Recovery Systems that came and did the work. They were friendly and professional and I could tell they were a very experienced crew. They worked efficiently and effectively together, completing the project in about 4 hours, in the blazing heat no less! Finished result is night and day difference!! While withholding any review on the functionality and results of the push-piers, this review focuses entirely on the FRS crew, Derrick (inspections & sales coordinator), Byron B. (Team leader), and Kris B. (Apprentice/skilled technician), of whom I believe to be world class, as well. I can’t say enough about this team. Working through lunches both days, this team brings professionalism to the workplace with no complaints – period. All responses were “Sir, yes sir”. Laying protective coverings in high traffic areas, listening and working with customer’s concepts and requests, explaining their work, and equally important – cleaning up behind themselves, leaving only the refined work to indicate their presence. Thank you so much for your excellent work ethics and respect to our property, Byron and Kris!

3 months later, I'm still WOW'd by the great service I received from Jared and the team at Foundation Recovery Systems! I needed my driveway lifted due to sinking near my garage. I called 2 companies for a quotes. FRS responded first and I never had to wonder what was coming next! I received communication from Jared the night before my appointment just to confirm the scheduled date/time, which I appreciated. Then, on the day of my appointment, Jared not only let me know when he was the on the way, but he also provided an ETA. He showed up on time, with a kind smile and tons of knowledge! Jared spent time walking me through his observations of my driveway, the "why" behind what was happening and the "how" behind the recommended repair. He took time to measure the area to provide an accurate quote and answered my many questions! The FRS team that completed the repair the following week was just as kind, courteous and professional! It's worth noting I did receive a second quote from another company, and though the price was comparable, the level of service was not. I wasn't even sure if the other company was coming at the scheduled time for my estimate. The guy who showed up was at my house for maybe 2 minutes-no measurements, no insight on the recommended repair…just confirmation a quote would be emailed. Needless to say, the level of service and care from FRS really sets the bar high! They're one of one! Thank you to Jared and the team for taking care of my home, making me feel so comfortable and making the decision to go with FRS so incredibly easy! Your professionalism, knowledge and care is unmatched! If you're looking for foundation repairs, truly… look no further than FRS!
