F.R.S.- Jeremy H. came out for the inspection. He patiently walked through all my concerns offering practical solutions. The pricing was fair considering the amount of work involved and three other contractors offering no solutions but a $10-$12K sump pump system. My crawl space lacked the necessary 24-18 inches required for sealing. Gary D, Luca B., Todd D., & Jordan M. came through and completed an excellent job. So far, our experience with Foundation Recovery Systems has been superb. We contacted the company after seeing a picture in a ValPak that looked just like a problem in our home with a crack above a door. We were able to make a free inspection appointment easily online to take place 36 hours later. We received a call the day prior to validate a couple of things about the home and the morning of the appointment, Patrick not only called me to tell me he was on his way, but dropped a pin so I could track his arrival time. Communication leading up was good and only improved in our time spent with Patrick. In spite of a drizzly day, he spent all the time needed to conduct a thorough inspection, very patiently walked us through foundational issues that can arise, and answered all of our questions. I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable representative to interact with and feel confident all future interactions with the company will be the same. Thank you, Patrick!!

I recently had this company out for an inspection, and I was very impressed with their service. Although I ultimately chose not to move forward with them, Bradley Cooper (even though he was not the real actor) was thorough and professional. The contractor arrived on time, was friendly, and took the time to explain the details of what they found. He was knowledgeable and transparent, providing insights and answering all my questions. Even though I decided to go in a different direction, I would recommend them to anyone. Great experience overall!

Kyle Craig and Justin came out to check my mother-in-laws basement foundation. The guys were are really respectful and explained everything very thoroughly and gave us options on what they could do. They also brought attention to other things but made sure to let us know that they were not experts in those categories but have seen it over the years of work they did and knew the signs of certain things. I recently had basement waterproofing and some foundation slip jacking done because of flooding from three straight days of rain last fall. Jeremy helped get me going on what I needed to ensure there was no further damage. Devan and his crew took less than 2 days to fully seal my basement, install wall bracers and a new sump pump. I then had Trent and Mike help slip jack and even out several spots around my property and it looks and feels amazing. Everything was explained before it was done and any questions I had were immediately answered. Having foundation cracks, sinking and basement damage was an incredibly stressful event but these guys made it feel easy. Absolutely recommend these guys if you need efficient and quick work done on your foundation!

They drove up with a backhoe to dig in the back yard. My yard is not accessible except thru a small gate. Leo, the crew leader resolved the issue with a different system than what was originally planned and the work was done efficiently in about 5-6 hours. The metal braces look sufficient to support the bowed basement wall and apparently need adjusted periodically to actual correct the bowing. I wasn't aware of this since the original system was different. The crew did a good job and cleaned up well before leaving.

I was pretty concerned about some support beams failing in my basement so I had FRS Inspector Jason Sheppard out. I have a lot of projects planned for my property but knew that if the basement supports fail none of the rest of my work would matter. He met with me, explained exactly what he would be doing and how, then set to work. A short few hours later we sat and discussed all of my options and I chose to move forward with the project Jason recommended. I felt very comfortable asking questions and discussing the plan with Jason and his expertise in his work was evident. 10/10 experience.

Dustin did a fantastic job when he came to view my property and addressed the issue with a professional persona the entire time. He pencilled a thorough plan of my home and then talked this through with me explaining every detail of waterproofing and installation of a sump pump. I was able to see a computerized version of the waterproofing process. Dustin responded to all of my questions in person and through text message. I was really fortunate to get booked in for the following week and Dustin continued to remain in contact and offered support on preparing my basement for the waterproofing. The visit was so helpful and informative that I decided to go with this company immediately. I had had another company visit that same morning and the difference between another representative and Dustin was apparent and so marked the moment he came into my home. I hope to never need waterproofing again; however, I would recommend this company and Dustin to anybody in need of water leaks. Mike and Nick did an awesome job. Courteous from the get go and motivated. Outlined the process, adjusted to the situation on the fly, and completed in a timely manner. Rained right after they left which showcased their handy work. Thanks guys! My only complaint is grey caulk on colored concrete cracks will have to be scraped out for something a little less noticeable but this is very minor. Overall, I’m very happy with the work!

3 months later, I'm still WOW'd by the great service I received from Jared and the team at Foundation Recovery Systems! I needed my driveway lifted due to sinking near my garage. I called 2 companies for a quotes. FRS responded first and I never had to wonder what was coming next! I received communication from Jared the night before my appointment just to confirm the scheduled date/time, which I appreciated. Then, on the day of my appointment, Jared not only let me know when he was the on the way, but he also provided an ETA. He showed up on time, with a kind smile and tons of knowledge! Jared spent time walking me through his observations of my driveway, the "why" behind what was happening and the "how" behind the recommended repair. He took time to measure the area to provide an accurate quote and answered my many questions! The FRS team that completed the repair the following week was just as kind, courteous and professional! It's worth noting I did receive a second quote from another company, and though the price was comparable, the level of service was not. I wasn't even sure if the other company was coming at the scheduled time for my estimate. The guy who showed up was at my house for maybe 2 minutes-no measurements, no insight on the recommended repair…just confirmation a quote would be emailed. Needless to say, the level of service and care from FRS really sets the bar high! They're one of one! Thank you to Jared and the team for taking care of my home, making me feel so comfortable and making the decision to go with FRS so incredibly easy! Your professionalism, knowledge and care is unmatched! If you're looking for foundation repairs, truly… look no further than FRS!

I engaged Foundation Recovery Systems to raise the sinking level of the main floor of my house when a trusted friend told me he'd had them do work for him and was very happy. I am also. The company asked that 90 minutes of my time be set aside for the exploration of the site. The representative who came was excellent in explaining the company philosophy and connections, and then went into the crawlspace to check the situation. He came up and outlined what had to be done, the duties of the three-person crew itself, the materials to be used, and drew a schematic of the placement of the jacks. He wrote the estimate, I approved and made a down payment, and a day later, he phoned to tell me the two consecutive days he estimated the job would take. The crew arrived on the dot, and were very respectful of my home as they went about their business. The steel jacks they used looked like they could do the job and last forever. The company warranty extends to the next purchaser. It is expensive; I did not bother to get another estimate, I was sold on their contract and the fact my friend (a lifetime of working in construction) vouched for them.

Foundation Recovery System Certified Field Inspector Doug Helfrich set the bar high for foundation inspectors. I called 2 other companies out to my Mom’s house to inspect her foundation due to a couple of cracks and a small puddle of water on the slab floor from the water main & basement spigot in the foundation’s front stem wall, and got 2 bids. Then came Doug..!! Doug throughly inspected the whole basement, from all 4 stem walls to the foundation slab floor. Doug is a professional, he’s extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in detail from small cracks inn the slab to the water leaking in from the front slab spigot, to things to keep an eye on, and/or future repairs that ‘may be needed’. What started out as a call that I expected to get another foundation quote for $10,000.00 – $15,000.00 turned out to be only a $200.00 fix to repack and reseal the water main & spigot in the front stem wall. Mom’s foundation was still solid. Talk about good news stress relief … if you need Foundation Repair this is the ONLY company to trust & call: FOUNDATION RECOVERY SYSTEMS & ask them to send Doug Helfrich…!! I had the best experience working with Michael Drebes on our driveway and front porch concrete repair. We needed poly renewal injections to lift and stabilize sinking sections, and Michael Drebes explained the entire process clearly from start to finish. He walked us through what was happening under the concrete, why it was settling, and how the injections would permanently address the issue. The results were incredible. Our driveway is level again, the front porch feels solid and safe, and everything looks clean and professionally finished. The work was efficient, minimally invasive, and completed exactly as promised. If you’re dealing with uneven concrete or sinking slabs, I highly recommend Michael Drebes he is Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right.

Overall excellent customer service from our inspection by Nick Hardecke. I was blown away by his professionalism and eye to detail. He definitely knows what he is talking about and does a great job at explaining the whole process of encapsulation and the reasons behind all the different aspects of it. By the time the inspection was complete, I feel as if I have a completely different understanding as to the whats and why's of my crawlspace as a whole. Nick gave me a detailed report that showed me everything going on underneath my home. Amazing experience!
