Had a foundation gutter system and pump installed, then unexpectedly had to put my house up for sale. My inspection was this morning, 11/5/24, after a crazy 36 hours of rain. 10 inches where I lived. The inspector came, basement was BONE DRY. Phenomenal system installed. And it took these guys a day to install it. On top of it all I was pleasantly surprised with the price, and the level of customer service was outstanding. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Adam was very knowledgeable. He took the time to go over everything he was going to do with the inspection & then went over all his findings. He gave us several recommendations and never pressured us to get work done that we didn't need. We will definitely call Adam again if we see any problems in the future.

Had to get my basement pulled back out because it was leaning inward a couple inches. Jeremy R., Luca B., & Phillips B. were such an awesome crew. They were all so kind and explained everything they were doing. They got the wall straightened perfectly, cleaned up nicely after themselves, and are suppose to come back and finish the yard after the dirt settles. Other than the yard being on hold to finish, the job got done nicely! Not sure about other crews but I would recommend this crew!

I am more than pleased with the work done on my home foundation by the Foundation Recovery crew, Josh Eaton, Da Shawn Kendrix, and Lueck Wright. They were arrived when they said they would, explained in detail the work they were going to do, and did it in a very professional manner. And they finished the job in one day. This was not an easy job. They had to dig 3 holes that were 3' square by 6' deep in rocky soil to get to the bottom of the foundation. And they did this digging by hand ! Very professional crew and they deserve a lot of credit for their hard work. They are a real asset to the company.

Thanks to Foundation Recovery systems my crawl space is transformed from something I was ashamed of to a dry ,clean, and smell free area that I can actually use to store things in , the foam insulation is a must have as keeps walls warm and reducing our heating and cooling bills lower.the entire crawl space was encapsulated and dehumidification Their staff was informative and very knowledgeable from the inspection to finished product, thanks to my team sales ,Steve Greek and my super installers Matt, Jonny and Marlen who performed a professional and great job , I highly recommend these folks , thanks again

Tyler M. arrived on time for a free inspection of my basement foundation issue. He was kind, and professional and a good listener to my story about what happened in my basement and how it happened. Tyler M. explained the 3 options that I have to keep water from coming into my basement from storms. He also went out of his way to make some calls on my behalf to find other companies to help me resolve my other basement issues. I highly recommend Tyler M. He has very good problem solving skills. He wrote up the quote while still at my home and walked me through it. I don’t know yet which option I will pick, but I know Tyler M. will continue to be great to work with!

He did an excellent job with giving me all the information I needed to allow me to make an informed decision. He did not pressure me to do anything. It was my decission. He explained the different methods and systems used to level my porch, sidewalk and driveway. In my opinion, he is a keeper. If the contractor is as good as he is, I will advertise for them.

We hired FRS to correct water seepage issues in our storm room and to add piers under one side of our house. Shawn explained the problems and solutions very well. Our crew came from Springfield MO, so had a 6 hour commute each day. They completed our project in 3-4 days. The team was led by James and Joseph. All work was excellent right thru cleanup. I do not typically write reviews but I have to say I could not be more pleased with the exceptional service I received from the Foundation Recovery Team in Lees Summit. Shayne, Dakota, Landon and Tyler were outstanding! They thoughtfully guided us through every step of the process and ensured we understood what was going to happen to ease our nerves. It is scary having your entire house lifted, and they were so knowledgable and transparent that I felt confident leaving my house while the work was being done. They were on-time, considerate and trustworthy. Our house is back to level, the big gaps between our foundation and doors are closed, and our floor is now level. I am thrilled with the work they did and will sleep well at night knowing our homes foundation is fixed!

Cody explained why our basement had water coming in and put together a very detailed plan to solve our water and foundation issues. If you are questioning the health of your foundation and/or have water coming in the basement I would highly recommend having foundation recovery systems come inspect your home.

10/10 Highly recommend using Foundation Recovery Systems. Their specialist Cole, is top teir. He was thorough in his inspection of our foundation issue and explained every step in fixing it. Recently we had Foundation Recovery Systems come out and do some work in our basement. The guys did an amazing job! Our basement looks fantastic and not a drop of water has come in since! Chris, Cliff and Zion were the crew that came out and they were professional, quick and extremely easy to work with. They took care to pick-up the construction mess and their communication was fantastic. The project even got done faster than expected. I appreciate the work they put in and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I have never given a review before, but after hiring Foundation Recovery Systems to rise my garage floor I was highly motivated to do so.The process started with Travis who came out to look at my garage floor and give me an assessment and quote. Travis is very friendly, professional, and educated me on my different options to fix my problem. After discussing my options with Travis I decided to purchase a poly-lift for my garage floor. Foundation Recovery's bid came in the middle of the 3 bids that I received, but I chose them because their warranty far exceeded the other 2 contractors, 5 years vs 2 years. But I also chose them because of Travis, just like working with him.On Dec 1st, Jeremiah and Jake came out to do the lift. They showed up on time and where also very friendly and professional. We discussed a few of my concerns and then they got to work. Took them about 3 hours to complete the work and afterwards they informed me of 2 other issues to keep an eye on, no footings under my garage posts and a foundation wall that may be moving. They also explained to me how to monitor both situations.Last thing, when Travis gave me the bid, he explained that the bid was good no matter how much material use. The other 2 contractors both stated that there would be additional fees if they exceed the amount of poly they estimated. I am so glad the I went with Foundation Recovery Systems, because Jeremiah & Jake reported to me when they finished that they used a lot more poly then they anticipated.Needless to say, if I ever need any sort of foundation work in the future I will be calling Foundation Recovery Systems. They not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. Thank you, guys!

Such a pleasant crew. They work so well together. Tanner S, Ezekiel, and Mason R have such amazing personalities that turned a stressful situation into a bearable one. It was kinda a joy having them around for a few days. Kept us informed and up beat on everything going on. Did great work from piers all the way to the cleanup. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!! Posted a before and after of one of our walls! Amazing! The foam crew was great as well!!!

Doryan inspected my basement and wrote my contract. He explained everything involved and kept in contact with me, letting me know when the work would start. Alec was in charge of my contract work and he was very knowledgeable and thorough. He called letting me know what time they would be there each day and kept me up to date on the progress throughout the day. He explained in detail everything they were doing and what to expect. Ryan and Xander were on the crew with Alec. All three were very kind and respectful and did a great quality job.

I had an outstanding experience with the crew of Shawn, Jon, and Jaren who came to our Olathe home on Friday, June 23, 2017. I had used FRS previously for some leveling of our drive and sidewalk.This time we had them install a steel beam and 3 support posts with jacking capability to level our badly sloping deck. The guys worked quickly and efficiently and finished by around noon. I was counting on this solution to be phase one of my plan to restore the deck to good working order. I am gratified that the crew achieved the objective perfectly.

Foundation Recovery Systems installed 11 helical piers on the sinking addition to our house. First, our inspector/estimator, Tanner, was very informative, listened well to our concerns, and was easy to communicate with. After work was completed, Tanner followed up with a phone call to make sure we were pleased with the crew's work. Our crew foreman, Jon, and the rest of the crew were very professional and very hard working. Jon communicated with me clearly about what they were doing and why each step of the way. He also kept me informed of obstacles they encountered and how they were solving them. The crew accidentally damaged some window trim and an exterior door threshold, but Jon told me immediately about it and the company has reimbursed us every penny for repairs. The crew completed their work and we are so happy we hired FRS!

Kevin found some issues that needed to be fixed, fixed them, then went a step further and removed some rodents from under the house, and placed bug bombs and mouse traps for me. They worked hard and carefully, and their experience showed in how good the sidewalk now looks, with trip hazards eliminated. Our front stairs were pulling away from the house due to a sinking sidewalk and we were finding cracks in our driveway from voids under the surface. Todd came out and walked us through the quote, answered all of our questions. Today we had a great experience with our installers Bryce and Brandon.
