Thankfully my inspection revealed no foundation issues, Ed Macdonald from Foundation Recovery Systems was extremely helpful in identifying my problem and providing valuable guidance on how best to address it. In an era where unnecessary repairs and poor customer service are common, this was not the case with Foundation Recovery Systems, and Ed in particular. Great overall experience from the appointment scheduling, communications, and appointment. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family! A+++++++

Doryan inspected my basement and wrote my contract. He explained everything involved and kept in contact with me, letting me know when the work would start. Alec was in charge of my contract work and he was very knowledgeable and thorough. He called letting me know what time they would be there each day and kept me up to date on the progress throughout the day. He explained in detail everything they were doing and what to expect. Ryan and Xander were on the crew with Alec. All three were very kind and respectful and did a great quality job.

We hired FRS to correct water seepage issues in our storm room and to add piers under one side of our house. Shawn explained the problems and solutions very well. Our crew came from Springfield MO, so had a 6 hour commute each day. They completed our project in 3-4 days. The team was led by James and Joseph. All work was excellent right thru cleanup. Recently we had Foundation Recovery Systems come out and do some work in our basement. The guys did an amazing job! Our basement looks fantastic and not a drop of water has come in since! Chris, Cliff and Zion were the crew that came out and they were professional, quick and extremely easy to work with. They took care to pick-up the construction mess and their communication was fantastic. The project even got done faster than expected. I appreciate the work they put in and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

They were all very well informed and kept me in the loop of how things would work while they were on-site. Dan was a great foreman. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Cisco made a special trip to my house to replace a piece that had broken so that the job would be completed when they said it would be. All of the staff was very respectful of the rest of my property and you can't hardly tell that thet did 2 – 25ft trenches in my front yard. I've been experiencing water in my basement for some time. I contacted Foundation Recovery in regards to my issues. Brian Gertler came out and went over the process of the system and how it works. In turn, Tyler Sears came out to install the system and explain how it works and what to expect. I'm very pleased at this point. In my area the last couple days we've had rain. Last night (3-27-25) we had significant rain. I checked my basement this morning and I'm very pleased to see the system worked. No more worries. Good Investment. We had a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems from start to finish. Jeremy H did the inspection and was very thorough and listened to all the concerns we had with the foundation. He explained the recommendations and installation process in a way that was very easy to understand and follow. The repairs and installation went very smoothly. The foreman, Gary, and his crew, Luke and James were very professional the entire time. They kept checking in during the process and clearly explained what was going on and what to expect next. They also did a great job cleaning up and making sure everything was good to go before leaving. The communication throughout the whole process was fantastic (during the inspection, setting up the install appointment, and during installation) and we always knew what was going on. Highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems for any foundation issues!

I recently noticed a crack within my home and was obviously concerned on what the issue could be. After scheduling a appointment I was nervous about the potential findings. When I met my tech Ken Jordan he was very professional and asked several questions about my home. After doing the inspection I was on on pins and needles to find out what Ken uncovered. To my surprise, nothing of significance was found. Of course he could of made up a reason to have unnecessary work performed but was on the up and up and I couldn't have appreciated his honesty more.

In an era where unnecessary repairs and poor customer service are common, this was not the case with Foundation Recovery Systems, and Ed in particular. I had a consultation with Bill from Foundation Recovery Systems regarding some concrete lifting we thought was necessary. After evaluating the situation, Bill quickly determined that the issue wasn't with the concrete itself, but with drainage problems causing the sinking. Instead of recommending unnecessary work to fix the concrete, which would likely sink again, he advised me to first address the downspouts to prevent further damage. Bill told me to contact him again in the future once the drainage issue was resolved. It's rare to find a company that values integrity over profit, and Bill's honesty and expertise truly stood out. It’s refreshing to work with a business that prioritizes what's best for the customer rather than just pushing for a quick fix. I’ll definitely be reaching out to him once the drainage issue is sorted out!

Overall excellent customer service from our inspection by Nick Hardecke. I was blown away by his professionalism and eye to detail. He definitely knows what he is talking about and does a great job at explaining the whole process of encapsulation and the reasons behind all the different aspects of it. By the time the inspection was complete, I feel as if I have a completely different understanding as to the whats and why's of my crawlspace as a whole. Nick gave me a detailed report that showed me everything going on underneath my home. Amazing experience!
