Kevin Estes came to thoroughly inspect our house and came up with a service plan to address a couple areas of concern. I feel so much better knowing we will be preventing future foundation shifts. I learnt a lot and he showed us the existing issues and what caused them, patiently answered all our questions, and he was very professional and courteous. I had foundation recovery systems come out for two separate jobs in the last 2-3 years. Overall, I am pleased with the work that was done. There was some hiccups throughout the project, but they had one standout employee, Tanner Wetrich, who kept things on track. Almost 2 years after he completed one of the jobs, I reached back out with a question. He took it on himself to solve the problem and get things figured out. If you plan to have a job completed in the Iowa area, definitely ask for Tanner to be your representative.

They can partner up with lender too if financing is needed. I use to worry about basement leaks – now I can rest easy. Money well spent for peace of mind. Product included three sump pumps one being battery operated when power goes out.

Foundation Recovery Systems exceeded expectations from start to finish. The team was extremely professional and took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I had over six slabs in my driveway that needed polyjacking, along with a downspout that required attention and needed barried. They handled everything flawlessly and the results turned out phenomenal. A big shoutout to Jesse Barron (Foreman) and Cameron (Co-Foreman) for their leadership and attention to detail throughout the job. Also want to recognize and give a shout out to Ollie and Brady, who were in from Canada training they were hardworking, professional, and fit right in with the crew. You can tell this team takes pride in their work. Highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems to anyone needing this kind of service.

It's been a major job repairing my failing foundation walls, and I'm very grateful for the 3 teams from Foundation Recovery Systems who stuck with it and got it done! Nicholas Bartone & crew who started the job and made sure I had the system that would be the best fix (and wouldn't break the bank!). Richard Baird & crew who built and drilled and jacked until it was all level and supported again. And Jeremiah & Jake who filled all the new structures with rock-hard foam so nothing moves (and left the place cleaner than it was to start with!). It's a huge relief to have this project done, and although it took longer than expected due to freezing weather and a change in project scope, I would still highly recommend working with this company. Great communication through all stages, no high pressure sales, and detailed explanation about the process throughout.

We had our basement waterproofed a few years ago by Foundation Recovery Systems and have been very satisfied with the results. Recently, our sub pump battery was alerting us of an issue. FRS called to schedule an appointment as soon as I emailed out about the problem. Within 3 business days they were able to send David Palmer II out to take a look. David was friendly, professional, and found the solution right away. I would highly recommend FRS for your waterproofing needs.

I had the pleasure of having Jesse and his co-worker at my home to perform a poly-lift on my old, beat-up driveway. The cracking and amount of sunken slab work significant. The guys worked tirelessly from about 11am-5pm and fixed every leveling issue from the porch to the driveway, and a small part of my sidewalk. The gaps and voids were massive in some areas, and these guys made one heck of an eye sore look "normal" once again. Plus, now I have a functional driveway and patio area, and I no longer need to worry about someone tripping or getting hurt or damaging a car that bottoms out on the sunken portion of the driveway. Between the zero % financing option, priced in the lower half of all the quotes I received, and the 5 Year Warranty for any movement more than 1/4"…this was a no-brainer. Jesse and his counterpart did an amazing job, and I would highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems to anyone looking for an affordable alternative to a complete driveway tear out and repour.

Timber Shelton our field inspector was at our home this morning. I really need to express how professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable Tim is in his field of work. He thoroughly inspected and answered each one of my questions with perfect answers to my problems. We talked about several scenarios of how to fix my water problem in my finished basement. The original inspection time was supposed to only be 90 minutes but Tim took the extra time to fill my needs with all my questions and solutions. He stayed for approximately 3 hours to help us with our decision with absolutely no sales pressure. Tim has an outstanding personality and truly a professional. Needless to say we came up with a solution and I signed a contract with him to complete the work. We had the pleasure of meeting with Chris for initial consultation. We cannot say enough about how great the experience was! He was communicative the day of the appointment, prompt, knowledgeable, and was straightforward about what issues he saw right off the bat as well as what kind of price point we could expect. We were given multiple options and there was never any pressure to make a decision. On top of that, there was never a moment where it felt like we were being upsold or given an inflated price. He took the time to go over what the process for the work would look like and what we could expect after. I would work with Chris again in an instant and can’t recommend him enough. Foundation repair can feel like a scary concept but we felt we were in good hands the entire experience.

From the very initial inspection (Brandon did an awesome job answering thousands of Qs we had!) to the actual execution of the job (Andy and the crew did a phenomenal job!), everyone was so helping, friendly and professional. And most importantly, we LOVE the outcome of the job. Things remain to be seen after big rainfalls, but we are now confident that sump pump, buried downspouts, and internal drains will work together to fight well against water in the basement. If you want the basement waterproofing job done professionally, quickly, cleanly, we highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!
