Kevin Macdonald came out to examine the issues we were having with water leaking into our basement. He was outstanding and I am very grateful he was our field inspector. Kevin genuinely loves his job and is passionate about all the different factors that go into foundation and water problems, even explaining the geology of our home and what was surrounding the foundation. He is highly outgoing and took the time to break down everything from the technical process to resolve the issue, to why everything was priced the way it was. Kevin explained things other companies did not even touch on, such as what type of foundation we have (monolithic) and why that meant they would have to go a different route than most repairs on newer foundations. Once Kevin left, I felt more confident and educated to make a decision on whether to fix the issue or move a different direction, as we all know these repairs are not cheap. Thank you, Kevin! Highly recommend him to anyone needing a quote or inspection.

I had a consultation with Bill from Foundation Recovery Systems regarding some concrete lifting we thought was necessary. After evaluating the situation, Bill quickly determined that the issue wasn't with the concrete itself, but with drainage problems causing the sinking. Instead of recommending unnecessary work to fix the concrete, which would likely sink again, he advised me to first address the downspouts to prevent further damage. Bill told me to contact him again in the future once the drainage issue was resolved. It's rare to find a company that values integrity over profit, and Bill's honesty and expertise truly stood out. It’s refreshing to work with a business that prioritizes what's best for the customer rather than just pushing for a quick fix. I’ll definitely be reaching out to him once the drainage issue is sorted out!

We had a very large and expensive basement project. Almost 3 dozen piers, anchors to pull walls in and stabilize and bracing; three sump pumps and French drains and watering around the entire perimeter. The estimate was 5 to 6 days. Colton Wise, Kyle Jones and Connor Hayes were the crew assigned to our project. They were a very hard working crew that cooperated in how they did the work and kept working very hard from morning until they went home. They never once just walked off the job at 5:00 and called it a day. They stayed until the aspect of the task was done sometimes after 6:0, because that was what the job required. They were all vey polite and courteous and did a wonderful job cleaning up before they left. Thanks guys for a job well done!!!

I would like to extend my gratitude toward Colten and the team he sent to finish the job on my basement. It was a process with ups and downs but when he stepped in, he fixed my issues and went above and beyond what I ever expected. I can say the product has held up beautifully, on November 4-5th we had torrential downpour in the city of St. Louis, I’m happy to report i had a dry basement, not one drop of rain made its way in. I was incredibly relieved. I had a sump pump, drainage around my entire basement and wall barrier on walls with a drain in front of my basement door installed. The cost was competitive and a little less than others. I would highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems and Colten was very professional and the most accommodating person I’ve ever dealt with. This basement has caused me a lot of anxiety especially since I’ve only owned the house for 3 years and it was a lemon by all accounts covered in a pretty rehab, thanks to Colten there’s no more tears and only peace of mind! I would highly recommend if you want a company that takes great care of their clients. Thank you Colten!

Timber Shelton our field inspector was at our home this morning. I really need to express how professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable Tim is in his field of work. He thoroughly inspected and answered each one of my questions with perfect answers to my problems. We talked about several scenarios of how to fix my water problem in my finished basement. The original inspection time was supposed to only be 90 minutes but Tim took the extra time to fill my needs with all my questions and solutions. He stayed for approximately 3 hours to help us with our decision with absolutely no sales pressure. Tim has an outstanding personality and truly a professional. Needless to say we came up with a solution and I signed a contract with him to complete the work. 10/10 Highly recommend using Foundation Recovery Systems. Their specialist Cole, is top teir. He was thorough in his inspection of our foundation issue and explained every step in fixing it. We were really impressed with how friendly and polite Cole was throughout the entire inspection. He took the time to make a personal connection with us, and by the time he was finished it was we had known him for years. His confidence in his team really put my family at ease. Jarad Estes came out to my house and after doing a thorough inspection of my property he showed me everything that was needing repair and and was very informative about everything that was needed to be done, within minutes he gave me a detailed estimate and quote for the job. As a first time home buyer , I was nervous about repairs to the foundation , but Jarad reinsured me that I was in good hand and foundation recovery was the way to go. And also the Forman Willam have lie kept me up to date every step of the way during the installation. Thanks to foundation recovery my leak has stoped and I have no water in my house.

Several years ago I had a new sump pump system installed by Foundation Recovery Systems and things have been working fine. I just recently had a courtesy “check up” on my system performed by service technician Randy Smith. He was friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about workmanship. He looked at the set up in my basement, looked outside at the downspouts and walls, measured humidity levels and when he saw some places I could improve a situation he pointed them out. He was thorough and explained everything he was checking and doing. I felt very confident in his suggestions and they made sense. I look forward to working with both Randy and FRS in future years! Thank you!

I had a plumbing leak inside of my crawl space and being unsure of what to do we called Foundation Recovery Systems. Mike Bonali came out and unfortunately my current problem was a bit more extreme than originally thought. It was outside of their scope of work BUT was still able to help us. He took the time to answer all of my questions and also reach out to his team and provide me with recommendations on someone who might be able to help. Definitely going to keep them in mind for future services if the need arises.

It's been a major job repairing my failing foundation walls, and I'm very grateful for the 3 teams from Foundation Recovery Systems who stuck with it and got it done! Nicholas Bartone & crew who started the job and made sure I had the system that would be the best fix (and wouldn't break the bank!). Richard Baird & crew who built and drilled and jacked until it was all level and supported again. And Jeremiah & Jake who filled all the new structures with rock-hard foam so nothing moves (and left the place cleaner than it was to start with!). It's a huge relief to have this project done, and although it took longer than expected due to freezing weather and a change in project scope, I would still highly recommend working with this company. Great communication through all stages, no high pressure sales, and detailed explanation about the process throughout.

I had a great experience with FRS. Chad did the initial estimate/ evaluation. He was honest and didn’t try to force or lure us into a more expensive repair. The bid was about 60% of a competing company. We were booked to have the repair within a month. Lee, Kyle, and Cody were our crew. Lee was the lead and kept me informed every step. This crew started at 7:30 AM and worked tirelessly until 7:30 PM. A brief break for a late lunch and that was about it. Incredible hard workers! They clearly knew what they were doing. They were efficient and friendly. Some of the best help I’ve ever had!
