We had sagging floors cracked staircase we knew when the washer was spinning from out side on the deck , all of that was fixed in one day when Robert stuck and his crew installed beams and piers we have a few drywall seams that showed up after but have been in my plans for refinishing . Can’t wait to seal the craw space Very hard workers good job Don’t like the cost but I can live with it Thank you Robert,Trever and Zach

We got over 5 inches of rain in 24hrs and I had the driest basement in town! Josh and Joe did an amazing job making my disgusting, creepy basement a functional, stable one again. These two fellas (and Gage) were the politest, most respectful, efficiently hardworking fellas I've ever had help fix my home. And I probably had one of the worst basements they have had to work in. No complaints at all! Chad was also extremely patient and understanding during the bidding process and working with the grant company for the help in payment. Thank you for improving my home's longevity 🙌🏼 👏🏼 🙌🏼

Foreman: Jaxon Hudson CO: Wesley Ash Installer: Robert Smith Major props to the crew that worked our crawl space. Clearance was 22” at the entrance and 13” at its lowest. Although taking up some of the floors did help, this crew worked in some very uncomfortable spots in order to make our floors right. They were professional and respectful of the property and kept me informed throughout the process.

Gered Bales started things off right, providing a detailed estimate and initial assessment for the repair of our basement. He had the experience to offer a good explanation of the problem. He set up financing and was very responsive with issues preceding our project. Nate, Brian, and Gavin were our project team. Nate, as leader, provided a great explanation for the required change to the method of repair for the back wall. He was able to convert from anchoring to braces and extend the waterproofing system, to extend to the rest of the back wall. He and Brian were very experienced/knowledgeable in the work and the systems. Every time I ventured to observe the work, I was impressed with their attention to detail, making sure that things were done correctly. Although Gavin was less experienced, he was a dynamo. He and Brian hand dug the discharge line, under a sidewalk. I was particularly impressed with the job he had done breaking out the edge of the floor slab, without disturbing the footing. All of the team, did an excellent job of making sure that we were updated on the project progress.

When faced with difficulties, their persistence to get it right for their customer, proved fruitful; providing great results in raising our sidewalk and driveway.Brandon and Will are two hard working guys and total professional gentlemen. We couldn't be more happy with the end result provided. After a groulling day of digging, jack hammering, then digging, digging and more digging these two do not know the word quit. Dustin clearly explained several repair options, cost of each and financing available if needed. He knows communication is important; returning calls/texts as soon as possible. I highly recommend Dustin and FRS!
