Ethan Longbine just left here. He is a Service Technician with FRS. He did a great job taking care of a leaky pipe running from my furnace to the sump pit. He also was very helpful in wiping up some water/mildew area's after sealing the pipe. I have to say that FRS customer service is stellar, and I would recommend them to anybody. They are not cheap, but sometimes quality costs. And it is especially good to know how they treat previous customers like me. Because that is what makes "return customers"! Camryn H, Joshua F, and Tanner from the Moberly office did a great job at our home. They had to deal with radiant heat in the floor and worked with a person from our heating and cooling guys to pinpoint where they could drill. Our lot is on a hill and they worked hard to not disrupt the area where they had to dig along the outside of the foundation. It wasn?t cheap to use FRS but the work was was worth it. Thanks Camryn, Tanner, and Joshua!

Davis was prompt and friendly during my yearly inspection..he listened to me and answered all my questions with professionalism and kindness. I felt like there was no question he wouldn't answer and I didn't worry if I worded my questions wrongly, he knew what I was talking about. He didn't push extra services on me and he used his time well. I feel safer about my foundation after his work . Highly recommended. Thank you, Davis!

What a great company! From our initial consultation with Barry to the ground crew Lee, Camryn, and Joshua, this has been an easier process than I could have hoped for. Lee, Camryn and Joshua did a great job raising our entire slab all the way around the house. Professional and courteous- they were always polite and happy to answer any questions I had all week long. They did a great job of cleaning up inside and out. If this crew isn't the number one crew in the nation they should be! You can't go wrong with Foundation Recovery Systems.

We got over 5 inches of rain in 24hrs and I had the driest basement in town! Josh and Joe did an amazing job making my disgusting, creepy basement a functional, stable one again. These two fellas (and Gage) were the politest, most respectful, efficiently hardworking fellas I've ever had help fix my home. And I probably had one of the worst basements they have had to work in. No complaints at all! Chad was also extremely patient and understanding during the bidding process and working with the grant company for the help in payment. Thank you for improving my home's longevity 🙌🏼 👏🏼 🙌🏼

We scheduled an appointment to inspect our house, knowing there were problems. Darell arrived and took the time to do everything necessary to identify the problem. He was very professional and explained in detail what was going on. His experience and manner convinced us to repair the house with FRS ( also th voice time guarantee). Alex was our foreman, and he also did an incredible job with the repairs. They finished on time and in the proper manner, and were always friendly. Thank you!

We had a sump pump replaced by Ayden Land and Derrick Bushnell on New Years Eve day. The two young men were very careful and considerate. They cleaned up everything and completed the installation to let us get ready for friends to come for a dinner. I hope Ayden and Derrick got home to celebrate the New Year.

Jared went above and beyond helping us get everything in order. Helped compare and contrast different quotes we had received, and was thorough about the work we needed taken care of. From calling for an estimate to date scheduled for work, the turnaround is estimated to be 3 and a half weeks, with most of that time being us waiting for other quotes to come in.
