We were VERY impressed with the quality of the job that Foundation Recovery Systems did. From the very initial inspection (Brandon did an awesome job answering thousands of Qs we had!) to the actual execution of the job (Andy and the crew did a phenomenal job!), everyone was so helping, friendly and professional. And most importantly, we LOVE the outcome of the job. Things remain to be seen after big rainfalls, but we are now confident that sump pump, buried downspouts, and internal drains will work together to fight well against water in the basement. If you want the basement waterproofing job done professionally, quickly, cleanly, we highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!

Tyler M. arrived on time for a free inspection of my basement foundation issue. He was kind, and professional and a good listener to my story about what happened in my basement and how it happened. Tyler M. explained the 3 options that I have to keep water from coming into my basement from storms. He also went out of his way to make some calls on my behalf to find other companies to help me resolve my other basement issues. I highly recommend Tyler M. He has very good problem solving skills. He wrote up the quote while still at my home and walked me through it. I don’t know yet which option I will pick, but I know Tyler M. will continue to be great to work with!

This year Kurk Brown came out for yearly. He spent quite awhile fixing little things and then redid my dehumidifier positioning. It is better than ever, above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend.

We had such a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and I highly recommend them! Communication was great all around. The salesman Eric S was super helpful! He explained what another contractor did wrong and helped me with how to respond to that contractor. He took texts and answered questions prior to us signing the contract, and then between signing and install. Then the crew who did the install was fantastic too! Foreman Greg H and his crew worked so hard and fast! They did a helpful walk through before the job began and answered questions. On the second day of install was a snowstorm and they came anyways to finish the job, even though they could have delayed. One of the guys was manually mixing cement in 0 degree temps! They laid the cement very nicely, much smoother than the contractor we had before. And I was especially impressed that the cleaned up so well, better than how they found it (with the mess from the earlier contractor).

Very helpful and straight forward salesman. Work crew accomplished crawlspace encapsulation on time and did great work. I thought I had an issue and they immediately sent someone to check. It turned out I had a plumbing leak that they pointed out but no charge for the visit. Highly recommend.
