I just want to say thank you. We looked into several other companies before calling Foundation Recovery Systems. I was hesitant to call a company so far away from us but we were in a time crunch to get our foundation fixed before it caused further issues. In times like these it is hard to find a company who is so responsive. Two Gentleman drove over 2 hours to our jobsite to complete a foundation issue for us. Brett the foreman and his right handman Gary were so helpful. They took time to answer our questions, to go over what they were doing, and to show us the process. They were so kind to our two small kids and even explained what they were doing to them. I want to say thank you for these two men for all of their hard work in the freezing cold temps the other day and all the wind today. They were professional and very kind and never complained. Thank you Brett and Gary I appreciate all that you have done and how you fixed our foundation and as my kids would say (Their playroom is no longer sliding). Thank you so much for doing a good job and for taking care of the jobsite as if it was your own home!Amanda

From start to finish I enjoyed my experience with Foundation Recovery Systems. Tommy Tuck was the CFI who put the project together he was very professional and set the expectation accordingly. Tyler Bannister was the foreman on the project and he was very nice and professional they exceeded my expectations and would highly refer them to any of my friends or family. Will definitely use them again for future foundation needs.

Great experience using Foundation Recovery Systems. Highly recommend. Ken was very detailed with the initial walkthrough and was able to determine the leaking issue in my basement. After the sump pump installation the room was very well cleaned and the team even tarped off part of the basement to ensure no dust got on our appliances. Tyler, Isaiah, and Jake did an amazing job. The work of Brandon C, Dylan E, Darrion R, Blake B and Cris B was all incredibly professional and well done. They were respectful of how their heavy machinery needed for the job moved around the yard, put extra care in not damaging things that were in the way of their work and even moved rocks my kids had decorated to a different spot so they wouldn’t get damaged which I felt was above and beyond. They really cared about doing what could be done for our specific porch/foundation fix rather than just doing a generic job.

Kevin was on time and very genuine. After looking at our crack, he recommended what to do to fix it and didn’t try to sell me anything that was not needed. He gave suggestions upon inspection of the outside of the house but never said we needed service from them. It’s very refreshing to have someone that is honest and not trying to sell you something you don’t need. Highly recommend Kevin from Foundation Recovery Systems!

I would recommend this company.****PROS:>> Company itself is responsive (but not always its employees, such as the salesman)>> Quick scheduling (but they did delay a work or so, but they refunded me $100 after asking)>> Did installation correctly to my knowledge (but grading outside house should have been mentioned before offering the $6,000 fix)>> Individuals working the project (and those who followed up) were pleasant

From the folks I spoke with in the office to Jeremy H. who came out to do the inspection to the crew who did the work, everyone was friendly and professional. I received several emails and texts leading up to the appointments, preparing me for what to expect, as well as phone calls the mornings of the work to let me know the crew was on their way and when they'd arrive. After the inspection, I was given options about the repairs, and it was all clearly explained. A few weeks after the inspection, I had several piers installed around my foundation. For two days, Brandon C., Dylan E., and Darrion R. worked so hard and communicated in a clear and friendly manner with me as I pestered them with questions. FRS really made repairing my foundation as painless a process as possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Miguel and Abby were very professional, they did a great job, in not only leveling out my extremely old, multiple cracked up, totally uneven driveway (2 to 3 inches unlevel in parts), but also the sealing of it, especially between my driveway and garage and the driveway and porch … I just love it! Then, the levelingand sealing of my back porch was just as outstanding!
