Although I ultimately chose not to move forward with them, Bradley Cooper (even though he was not the real actor) was thorough and professional. The contractor arrived on time, was friendly, and took the time to explain the details of what they found. He was knowledgeable and transparent, providing insights and answering all my questions. I had a consultation with Bill from Foundation Recovery Systems regarding some concrete lifting we thought was necessary. After evaluating the situation, Bill quickly determined that the issue wasn't with the concrete itself, but with drainage problems causing the sinking. Instead of recommending unnecessary work to fix the concrete, which would likely sink again, he advised me to first address the downspouts to prevent further damage. Bill told me to contact him again in the future once the drainage issue was resolved. It's rare to find a company that values integrity over profit, and Bill's honesty and expertise truly stood out. It’s refreshing to work with a business that prioritizes what's best for the customer rather than just pushing for a quick fix. I’ll definitely be reaching out to him once the drainage issue is sorted out!

We can’t say enough good things about this company. First, I’d like to start off with how Ed Macdonald (salesman) handled selling to us their product and plan. He took the time to answer all questions and concerns. He was professional but still personable. He gave us a timeline of what to expect and all came out as planned. Second, I’d like to thank Daryn Holder (foreman) for a job well done. He was able to lift our patios (front and back) though we had our doubts. He was thorough in explaining what he would be doing and gave periodic updates as he continued to work. He even asked if we were satisfied, which most companies do not bother to take the time to ask, they just take their payment and move on. Although our job took longer than planned or scheduled for, Daryn did not show he was frustrated, he was determined to ensure the job was completed to the best of his abilities. So thankful we found this company and had the opportunity to work with these two outstanding gentlemen.

I cannot praise this company and, especially Ed Macdonald, enough! Ed saved me from buying a house that would have cost me a fortune to fix up. He sent me a detailed report of the repairs that would have to be implemented, including tearing off the enclosed back porch which the owner had listed as a bedroom and porch. I would have ended up with a one bedroom house and $40,000 in foundation repairs. Thanks to Ed I bought a different house which I was sure needed no foundation repairs. Ed offered to come by and check it out. He spent 45 minutes measuring humidity levels in the basement, checking the foundation, and measuring the floors to see if they were level. It was off by 3/4" in the living room and explained what the owners must have done. This is a 100 year old house which I am fine with being a little off. He said the foundation had no problems! It is so refreshing to work with honest people. Ed was so personable and took his time to explain every detail of each house. I feel like I made a new friend. Thank you so much Ed!!!

I was looking for a foundation company because my foundation was in need of getting it pulled back and it was bowing 4inches. I found foundation recovery systems online and what won me over was their forever warranty that can be transferrable. My first interaction was with Matt, he came to my house and gave me a break down of everything and what I could do that wouldn't cost me a TON of money! He also came back an hour later to talk to my wife about everything we talked about before. I REALLY appreciated it and thanked him for coming back over. We came up with a game plan and he was very communicative every time I would text him. He had every answer or if he didn't know he would call right back. That is why we went ahead and booked our installation. Installation came around and the crew lead person name Landon was great. Explain what they were doing and how it is going to look. They worked all two days day and night. I was really happy with the outcome and how communicative they were with everything and if I needed to spend any extra to waterproof my basement. And then this time was unexpected but I noticed that the other side of my basement was getting water somewhere and the sump pump that is there was not running as well as the one that was just installed. So I called Matt again to have him come over to give us an estimate of installing a new sump pump where the old sump pump was and water proofing the other side so there will be no water coming through the basement. We discuss price and came up with a game plan. Very polite and willing to help an anyway. He came over as soon as I got off. Second crew came by to do an install and the crew came around 845-9am. They walked me through the game plan and started working on the other side of the basement. Jeremy the formen, he noticed that there was a broken pipe and fixed it so my washer water would flow directly to the sump pump or the other one that was previously installed. He got the waterproofing completed and ran a pipe through one side of the room to the existing sump pump. They patched everything up very nicely and will come back to put up seal and beams within a few days. This plan was not expected, but SAVED us a lot of money! I was very happy about that. I really appreciated the hard work that these men were doing. They worked day and night to get it done. I was very impressed! I would recommend this company because of how well and understand the importance of customer satisfaction. The fact that the work they are doing is warrantied and can be transferred to new owners if I decide to sell my house. Thank you Matt, Landons Crew and Jeremys Crew for putting us at ease so we do not have to worry about water coming through our basement.

Chad Russell was very punctual. Showed up at the scheduled time while what I needed was not an offering of Foundation Recovery systems book of business, Chad showed concern and was eager to assist with what we needed. With his recommendation we hired a separate company to remove mold from our basement. At the time of this writing their task is almost complete. Foundation Recovery Systems did an excellent job, and exactly as expected following their estimates, waterproofing my basement, anchoring a primary basement wall, and installing sump pumps and downspout drains. The installers Ayden Land, Derrick Bushnell and coordinator Josh Howard were all top notch in their work ethic and results. I couldn’t be happier following the completion of their work! Thanks guys!

I do not typically write reviews but I have to say I could not be more pleased with the exceptional service I received from the Foundation Recovery Team in Lees Summit. Shayne, Dakota, Landon and Tyler were outstanding! They thoughtfully guided us through every step of the process and ensured we understood what was going to happen to ease our nerves. It is scary having your entire house lifted, and they were so knowledgable and transparent that I felt confident leaving my house while the work was being done. They were on-time, considerate and trustworthy. Our house is back to level, the big gaps between our foundation and doors are closed, and our floor is now level. I am thrilled with the work they did and will sleep well at night knowing our homes foundation is fixed!

At the end of Feb. 2025 Joel, Coleman and Donald were out to do foundation work on my house. What a GREAT! job. They were polite gentleman the whole time they were here for 2 days. They worked hard. They did at great job of cleaning up. The basement was cleaner than when they started. They came and got me when they wanted me to look at the holes were the piers were going in. When they put in one of the piers the wall moved immediately. The chimney has already straightened up. Good job.
