I recently had this company out for an inspection, and I was very impressed with their service. Although I ultimately chose not to move forward with them, Bradley Cooper (even though he was not the real actor) was thorough and professional. The contractor arrived on time, was friendly, and took the time to explain the details of what they found. He was knowledgeable and transparent, providing insights and answering all my questions. Even though I decided to go in a different direction, I would recommend them to anyone. Great experience overall!

All the employees at every step of the process were very courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions and putting me at ease without appearing sleazy or over the top. Sometimes the sales people are too nice and it comes off as fake, but that was not the case with any of the employees I talked to. The engineer spent extra time explaining the process and putting my mind at ease and helping me set up no interest financing. The crews working on the house were respectful of my limited time off from work and kept the worksite tidy and orderly. I had a coworker tell me of her positive experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and now I will pass along my seal of approval to anyone I know needing foundation work.

From the folks I spoke with in the office to Jeremy H. who came out to do the inspection to the crew who did the work, everyone was friendly and professional. I received several emails and texts leading up to the appointments, preparing me for what to expect, as well as phone calls the mornings of the work to let me know the crew was on their way and when they'd arrive. After the inspection, I was given options about the repairs, and it was all clearly explained. A few weeks after the inspection, I had several piers installed around my foundation. For two days, Brandon C., Dylan E., and Darrion R. worked so hard and communicated in a clear and friendly manner with me as I pestered them with questions. FRS really made repairing my foundation as painless a process as possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

They did say that they would try to get someone out sooner and would get back to me. I had Larry's cell number from when he came out for my yearly maintenance last year. I texted him telling him what was happening and he came out fixed the problem. Explained to me what had happened and what I needed to do if it happened again. Any company would benefit from him. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Truly cares for his customers, and gives his best. I can't say enough about Larry. He knows his business. Thank you for having a wonderful employee.

Gered Bales started things off right, providing a detailed estimate and initial assessment for the repair of our basement. He had the experience to offer a good explanation of the problem. He set up financing and was very responsive with issues preceding our project. Nate, Brian, and Gavin were our project team. Nate, as leader, provided a great explanation for the required change to the method of repair for the back wall. He was able to convert from anchoring to braces and extend the waterproofing system, to extend to the rest of the back wall. He and Brian were very experienced/knowledgeable in the work and the systems. Every time I ventured to observe the work, I was impressed with their attention to detail, making sure that things were done correctly. Although Gavin was less experienced, he was a dynamo. He and Brian hand dug the discharge line, under a sidewalk. I was particularly impressed with the job he had done breaking out the edge of the floor slab, without disturbing the footing. All of the team, did an excellent job of making sure that we were updated on the project progress.

Thankfully my inspection revealed no foundation issues, Ed Macdonald from Foundation Recovery Systems was extremely helpful in identifying my problem and providing valuable guidance on how best to address it. In an era where unnecessary repairs and poor customer service are common, this was not the case with Foundation Recovery Systems, and Ed in particular. Foundation Recovery Systems customer service from start to finish was a 5+ star experience. You are in constant communication via text whether it was for the appointment date/time, text that the inspector was enroute, phone call, you name it. Kevis Estes was our inspector; I had informed him to prior to coming out that I wasn't sure the cracks in our foundation were a serious problem, but something I wanted to address. When Kevin arrived, he was very friendly, offered to take his shoes off (we are a shoeless home), and surveyed the issue. Kevin took a look at the issue presented and was very honest that he didn't believe anything needed to be fixed. This put my mind at ease because most encounters I've had, businesses almost always try and come away with some type of money being spent. This was not the case. Kevin took the time to visit other areas of the basement and outside foundation to ensure no other areas needed attention. Thank you FRS for your time while Ill recommend you to any family or friends in the future. Kevin was GREAT!!!

The company was very professional, called to let us know they were on the way, went over what they were going to do before starting, and touched base along the way through the process. Called to get a quote on floor sagging and foundation repair. They sent Jared Wyatt out with in a week to do the inspection. He was really thorough, friendly, and professional. He went around took pictures and measurements to get an understanding of the lay out and what we were needing done. Sat down with us and listened to our concerns and explained in detail what our options were, what they would be doing. Went over and explained all of their different payment options they offered and they different discounts as well. Would recommend if you’re having the same issues.

Had to get my basement pulled back out because it was leaning inward a couple inches. Jeremy R., Luca B., & Phillips B. were such an awesome crew. They were all so kind and explained everything they were doing. They got the wall straightened perfectly, cleaned up nicely after themselves, and are suppose to come back and finish the yard after the dirt settles. Other than the yard being on hold to finish, the job got done nicely! Not sure about other crews but I would recommend this crew!

Field Inspector Jason Carte did a fabulous, detailed presentation on our major concern plus an area I did not even notice. He was professional in appearance, very knowledgeable about the business and process and polite. Jason answered all our questions and tried to make a sale that day (July 13th I believe). Only reason he did not make a sale, wasn’t because of something he didn’t do but because we are wanting a third business quote and that is coming on the 20th. Brian German is our foundation recovery systems inspection technician. Brian came out today on our annual service call checked out all our systems. Checked the level of our house perimeter all the way around checked our walls,floors and ceilings for movement. While Brian was here he helped us with another issue we had which was the drain from our whole house heating system had gotten clogged but was under the encapsulation. Brian opened the encapsulation located or drain line cleaned it out for us and resealed the encapsulation. We have a different technician each year for our annual inspection and I really hope that Brian is our inspector from now on he's pleasant and thorough.

I had my entire crawlspace encapsulated, new sump pump, and a dehumidifier installed last year. I had my annual maintenance inspection yesterday with Inspector Cory Guerra and had an amazing experience. He showed up on time, was very professional, asked relevant questions, and got to work. He took his time to ensure a complete and thorough job was done, which I really appreciated. He checked on a concern I had with precision and expert knowledge. I wouldn't want it to go any way else with anyone else, to be honest.
