Cody Shipley walked us through the options and helped us find something that worked with us.Furthermore, I'm impressed at the hoops the crew installing it had to go through. Our neighborhood streets are being worked on by the city and they had to deal with our street potentially getting closed without notice. They had a plan if it came to that, but thankfully it didn't.

I had MAJOR work done by FRS. Two 1000+ square-foot crawlspaces required full drainage systems, support structuring, wood replacement, and encapsulation. Also had foam injections into very large pool patio to level concrete as well as installing channel drain into said patio. Just thought I'd get that out there to give context to below review.Prompt response to request for information, detailed quotes and analysis, fair and easy financing, they show up and they communicate throughout, they inform you of additional things that come up on the job you may want to address, and if you are concerned about it their crews speak your language and can deal directly with you. Also affordable maintenance plans to ensure their system stays in top shape or to address any unlikely issues. FRS was definitely not the least expensive option, but after dealing with many contractors they were worth every penny for the aforementioned reasons. Time will tell if I need to use any warranties and how they handle that agreement; but after looking at the work product I don't think I will have to.

Awesome work! They did a amazing job and my driveway looks completely different and brand new! The guys were very thorough and informative and made it look like a million bucks! Would recommend them to anyone needing work done! Cannot beat their prices and their service is hands down the best anyone can ask for! Wish I would have taken before pictures, the driveway was about 3-4" dropped by the garage, the pictures attached are of the job completed.

We hired FRS to correct water seepage issues in our storm room and to add piers under one side of our house. Shawn explained the problems and solutions very well. Our crew came from Springfield MO, so had a 6 hour commute each day. They completed our project in 3-4 days. The team was led by James and Joseph. All work was excellent right thru cleanup. Excellent job guys!

I had an outstanding experience with the crew of Shawn, Jon, and Jaren who came to our Olathe home on Friday, June 23, 2017. I had used FRS previously for some leveling of our drive and sidewalk.This time we had them install a steel beam and 3 support posts with jacking capability to level our badly sloping deck. The guys worked quickly and efficiently and finished by around noon. I was counting on this solution to be phase one of my plan to restore the deck to good working order. I am gratified that the crew achieved the objective perfectly.

I appreciate a business that responds in a timely fashion, shows up when they say they will, and has excellent communication. Foundation Recovery Systems has all of that. From the initial consultation with Jeremy White to the actual repair, every step of the way, the technicians contacted me en route to give an arrival time, made sure I knew what work was being done and why, and afterwards, we walked through and they explained everything clearly. The repairs were executed professionally by Chris Meyer and Brandon Saunders. They were very careful to keep my house in order during the work, they used drop clothes, they swept up, hauled off construction materials, and the trench in the yard was dug in very tidy. They didn’t leave a pile of excavated soil or anything for me to clean up after. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. You get the quality you pay for.

I just want to say thank you. We looked into several other companies before calling Foundation Recovery Systems. I was hesitant to call a company so far away from us but we were in a time crunch to get our foundation fixed before it caused further issues. In times like these it is hard to find a company who is so responsive. Two Gentleman drove over 2 hours to our jobsite to complete a foundation issue for us. Brett the foreman and his right handman Gary were so helpful. They took time to answer our questions, to go over what they were doing, and to show us the process. They were so kind to our two small kids and even explained what they were doing to them. I want to say thank you for these two men for all of their hard work in the freezing cold temps the other day and all the wind today. They were professional and very kind and never complained. Thank you Brett and Gary I appreciate all that you have done and how you fixed our foundation and as my kids would say (Their playroom is no longer sliding). Thank you so much for doing a good job and for taking care of the jobsite as if it was your own home!Amanda

We were quoted 2 days for repair and they were able to repair it in less than a full day and went above and beyond on replacing french drain that had to be removed to make way for the repairs. Foundation Recovery Systems installed 11 helical piers on the sinking addition to our house. First, our inspector/estimator, Tanner, was very informative, listened well to our concerns, and was easy to communicate with. After work was completed, Tanner followed up with a phone call to make sure we were pleased with the crew's work. Our crew foreman, Jon, and the rest of the crew were very professional and very hard working. Jon communicated with me clearly about what they were doing and why each step of the way. He also kept me informed of obstacles they encountered and how they were solving them. The crew accidentally damaged some window trim and an exterior door threshold, but Jon told me immediately about it and the company has reimbursed us every penny for repairs. The crew completed their work and we are so happy we hired FRS!

Overall excellent customer service from our inspection by Nick Hardecke. I was blown away by his professionalism and eye to detail. He definitely knows what he is talking about and does a great job at explaining the whole process of encapsulation and the reasons behind all the different aspects of it. By the time the inspection was complete, I feel as if I have a completely different understanding as to the whats and why's of my crawlspace as a whole. Nick gave me a detailed report that showed me everything going on underneath my home. Amazing experience!

I learnt a lot and he showed us the existing issues and what caused them, patiently answered all our questions, and he was very professional and courteous. We can’t say enough good things about this company. First, I’d like to start off with how Ed Macdonald (salesman) handled selling to us their product and plan. He took the time to answer all questions and concerns. He was professional but still personable. He gave us a timeline of what to expect and all came out as planned. Second, I’d like to thank Daryn Holder (foreman) for a job well done. He was able to lift our patios (front and back) though we had our doubts. He was thorough in explaining what he would be doing and gave periodic updates as he continued to work. He even asked if we were satisfied, which most companies do not bother to take the time to ask, they just take their payment and move on. Although our job took longer than planned or scheduled for, Daryn did not show he was frustrated, he was determined to ensure the job was completed to the best of his abilities. So thankful we found this company and had the opportunity to work with these two outstanding gentlemen.

Our front stairs were pulling away from the house due to a sinking sidewalk and we were finding cracks in our driveway from voids under the surface. Todd came out and walked us through the quote, answered all of our questions. Today we had a great experience with our installers Bryce and Brandon. They were very thorough in walking through the work process and the finished process looks great. The plugs where the poly were inserted look seamless, everything looks great. Polite, punctual, professional, excellent work!

I have never given a review before, but after hiring Foundation Recovery Systems to rise my garage floor I was highly motivated to do so.The process started with Travis who came out to look at my garage floor and give me an assessment and quote. Travis is very friendly, professional, and educated me on my different options to fix my problem. After discussing my options with Travis I decided to purchase a poly-lift for my garage floor. Foundation Recovery's bid came in the middle of the 3 bids that I received, but I chose them because their warranty far exceeded the other 2 contractors, 5 years vs 2 years. But I also chose them because of Travis, just like working with him.On Dec 1st, Jeremiah and Jake came out to do the lift. They showed up on time and where also very friendly and professional. We discussed a few of my concerns and then they got to work. Took them about 3 hours to complete the work and afterwards they informed me of 2 other issues to keep an eye on, no footings under my garage posts and a foundation wall that may be moving. They also explained to me how to monitor both situations.Last thing, when Travis gave me the bid, he explained that the bid was good no matter how much material use. The other 2 contractors both stated that there would be additional fees if they exceed the amount of poly they estimated. I am so glad the I went with Foundation Recovery Systems, because Jeremiah & Jake reported to me when they finished that they used a lot more poly then they anticipated.Needless to say, if I ever need any sort of foundation work in the future I will be calling Foundation Recovery Systems. They not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. Thank you, guys!
