We had a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems from start to finish. Jeremy H did the inspection and was very thorough and listened to all the concerns we had with the foundation. He explained the recommendations and installation process in a way that was very easy to understand and follow. The repairs and installation went very smoothly. The foreman, Gary, and his crew, Luke and James were very professional the entire time. They kept checking in during the process and clearly explained what was going on and what to expect next. They also did a great job cleaning up and making sure everything was good to go before leaving. The communication throughout the whole process was fantastic (during the inspection, setting up the install appointment, and during installation) and we always knew what was going on. Highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems for any foundation issues!

I recently had extensive foundation repairs. Kyle Ducker was very professional and courteous every step of the way. His willingness to address my concerns was very appreciated. I felt like I had experts working for me and the specific needs of my home. That professionalism and expertise followed through during the work process. Clifford and Rylee not only did amazing work – but went above and beyond to answer questions and exhibit patience and courtesy. I am pleased with the completed project, the cleanup, and appreciated Clifford’s follow-up phone call to see if I had any questions. Nate H came out to inspect the piering we had done in 2023 to shore up a garage wall that was settling separately from the rest of the house. He also checked the driveway for issues from the poly that was put under the concrete slabs at the same time. He was professional, efficient, and listened carefully to my complaints and fixed issues with drains that FRS put in last year that we weren’t happy with. I appreciate that he did not try to sell anything additional, just did a great job and left me feeling more confident in what I had purchased.

I’ve got to hand it to Foundation Recovery Systems. It’s pretty rare to find a company these days that genuinely takes care of its people, but these guys get it exactly right. What really stood out to me is their employee ownership program. You can tell the guys working on your house actually care because they have real skin in the game. That ownership culture explains why their employee retention is so great, people actually want to stay and work there. Even with how efficient they are, they don't skip a single beat when it comes to the quality of the project. The work is rock solid, and they don't cut corners. Beyond just doing a great job on the foundation, they foster an awesome environment that’s all about helping the customer and giving back to the community. It’s just good people doing great work. Highly recommend them!

Ken was super thorough when inspecting my house, and he really took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be fixed. What I appreciated the most was that he didn’t try to upsell me or push for anything unnecessary—just honest, straightforward recommendations. You can tell Ken knows his stuff, and he was professional while still being easy to talk to. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. If you’re dealing with foundation issues and want someone who’s knowledgeable and trustworthy, ask for Ken Jordan. Highly recommend!

We are constantly recommending Foundation Recovery Systems to our friends—primarily because of how great Shae Weber is. He just brings an extra level of care to the project. He has a sharp eye for detail and really knows his stuff. We did foundation work on one well and waterproofing with a sump pump. Shae was so great at coordinating the team, communicating with us, and making sure the work was top-notch. There was one hiccup in the project, and Shae made sure to come back out and fix it himself when the team was busy. He really went above and beyond. When it came to do another wall, we made sure to call and ensure we had Shae involved in the job. When our friends have mentioned needing foundation repair or waterproofing, we always recommend FRS. But if Shae went anywhere else, we would follow him.

I had just purchased a home that had some significant concrete repairs that were needed, both on a patio/walkway and a driveway that had sunk below the garage floor by aproximately 3”. But then Mike and Isaiah came to our rescue. They started at 10am and worked non stop until they finished. Needless to say, they did a phenominal job and i highly recommend this company and especially this team of professionals to complete any job related to lifting concrete or restoring your foundation to its origional standards. F.R.S.- Jeremy H. came out for the inspection. He patiently walked through all my concerns offering practical solutions. The pricing was fair considering the amount of work involved and three other contractors offering no solutions but a $10-$12K sump pump system. My crawl space lacked the necessary 24-18 inches required for sealing. Gary D, Luca B., Todd D., & Jordan M. came through and completed an excellent job. I was happy with Foundation Recovery Systems from the git-go. Kyle, the initial contact was courteous and professional, not high pressure. The three young men who installed the basement wall braces, Christian, Adam and Eli, were great! They made sure the flooring and steps were covered and protected, were efficient at their work, and cleaned up well after themselves. As a mother and grandmother, I especially appreciated that last item, cleaned up after themselves! 🙂 The braces look great and definitely give me a secure feeling that my basement walls are secure. I highly recommend Scott Cisco! As soon as he left our house I knew I wanted to leave him a personal review and a company review. Scott was very kind, thorough, and he gained my trust quickly at his initial appointment. He listened to everything I had to say, did his own careful assessment, and didn’t come off as salesy – I felt as if I was talking with a neighbor or friend. You can tell he has your best interest at heart in his recommendations. I would trust his recommendations with my home time and time again, and I’ll be recommending him to anyone I know who needs foundation/waterproofing services. In addition, I really love how Foundation Systems Recovery was quick to get us scheduled. Other places I called were booked out for weeks. I called Foundation Systems on a Friday and they were able to get me in on a Monday, which is great when you’re dealing with a stressful water situation. On top of that, they gave me an appt time and Scott was on time, called me when he was on his way AND they have a gps link tracker that allows you to see in real time what the ETA will be – super convenient. I was hesitant to use a big multi-state company over a smaller business, but I’m glad I used Foundation Systems Recovery. Again, thank you and thank you Scott!

The crew from Foundation Recovery handled the crawl space encapsulation and foundation stabilization job on my 105 year old American Foursquare with grit, guts and competence – they explained every aspect of the work, updated me on progress and any changes that were needed and also helped me identify some plumbing repairs that are needed that were impossible to diagnose with the crawl space in truly horrifying condition before they tackled it. Lee J., Robert S., Chase M., Kaden D. And Tanner W. – you left this homeowner feeling much more positive but the process of restoring this old house.
