I met with Hunter, a sale rrep, for Foundation Recovery System regarding foundation problems with my driveway. Hunter displays excellent customer service and patience. I was so impressed with his knowledge and how well he explained things because this was new to me. Hunter took his time to look at the cracks and how uneven my driveway was. It wasn't aesthetically pleasing to me, and Huntrer assured me that his company has strong track records of satisfied customers. He also took time to discuss the warranty and the backing of another company. I felt Hunter was very honest withI didn't feel any pressure Lastly, I was offered a couple of discounts and that was awesome! I'm so excited to have Foundation Recovery System repair my drywall that 's aesthetically pleasing to me! By the way, I would highly recommend Hunter and Foundation Recovery System! Thank you!

I engaged Foundation Recovery Systems to raise the sinking level of the main floor of my house when a trusted friend told me he'd had them do work for him and was very happy. I am also. The company asked that 90 minutes of my time be set aside for the exploration of the site. The representative who came was excellent in explaining the company philosophy and connections, and then went into the crawlspace to check the situation. He came up and outlined what had to be done, the duties of the three-person crew itself, the materials to be used, and drew a schematic of the placement of the jacks. He wrote the estimate, I approved and made a down payment, and a day later, he phoned to tell me the two consecutive days he estimated the job would take. The crew arrived on the dot, and were very respectful of my home as they went about their business. The steel jacks they used looked like they could do the job and last forever. The company warranty extends to the next purchaser. It is expensive; I did not bother to get another estimate, I was sold on their contract and the fact my friend (a lifetime of working in construction) vouched for them.

Brogan, caden, and Jacob were here today to repair and stabilize the front wall of the basement. They called and let me know that they could perform the service today vice tomorrow if I wanted to. The crew were right on time and very polite and professional about what they were doing. This is the second job I have had performed by Foundation Repair to the basement and everything was left as clean as before they did the job. Thank you for everything that has been done and if I have something else come up I would use the Company again.

Foundation Recovery Systems installed a full perimeter drainage system in the basement of our 96 year old house. We have yet to fully wrap up the job as some plumbing coordination is required, but I’m very impressed with the work that has been accomplished so far. The inspector and crew were both amazing to work with. Patrick McClelland was thorough and provided helpful professional guidance before the project began. Skyler Creed, Wesley Ash, and Mitch Herrin were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure the work was done right. They truly went above and beyond and communicated with us every step of the way. Foundation Recovery Systems has saved my basement. We've had an extreme amount of rain, but ordinarily it would not have even take that much to make the basement leak. FRS nailed it. No leaks. Trevor, who did the annual basement inspection to make sure all is working properly was thorough, personable, and took the time to answer my questions. I'm a satisfied customer. I now feel like I can safely refinish the basement when needed.
