Thankfully my inspection revealed no foundation issues, Ed Macdonald from Foundation Recovery Systems was extremely helpful in identifying my problem and providing valuable guidance on how best to address it. In an era where unnecessary repairs and poor customer service are common, this was not the case with Foundation Recovery Systems, and Ed in particular. Great overall experience from the appointment scheduling, communications, and appointment. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family! A+++++++

We had sagging floors cracked staircase we knew when the washer was spinning from out side on the deck , all of that was fixed in one day when Robert stuck and his crew installed beams and piers we have a few drywall seams that showed up after but have been in my plans for refinishing . Can’t wait to seal the craw space Very hard workers good job Don’t like the cost but I can live with it Thank you Robert,Trever and Zach

Matthew and Leland did an awesome job on our foundation repair and the lift on our porch! They were very thorough and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions throughout the lengthy process. We're very pleased with their work. I was expecting a huge mess in our yard after completion but we were pleasantly surprised and how “cleaned up” everything was. He was very ethical and suggested a deck builder would better be able to fix our sagging rock piers than his company as the supports we’re not constructed correctly in the first place. Matthew was my Sales Rep. He did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and my daughter. Dan, Francisco, and Owen were the team that did the restoration on my basement. The guys were wonderful. They were all very well informed and kept me in the loop of how things would work while they were on-site. Dan was a great foreman. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Cisco made a special trip to my house to replace a piece that had broken so that the job would be completed when they said it would be. All of the staff was very respectful of the rest of my property and you can't hardly tell that thet did 2 – 25ft trenches in my front yard. I just want to thank all of you for helping me during this difficult time and making it easy. Will recommend you to everyone.

He was extremely thorough in explaining everything we needed to know and took the time to answer all of our questions clearly. Chad Russell was very punctual. Showed up at the scheduled time while what I needed was not an offering of Foundation Recovery systems book of business, Chad showed concern and was eager to assist with what we needed. With his recommendation we hired a separate company to remove mold from our basement. At the time of this writing their task is almost complete. While the work was going on, Tyler made sure I knew what was going on, what to expect and answered any questions along the way.
