FRS just finished up with the French drain system in our basement. Travis Steven's who set it up was great. Explained everything , responded to all my emails and worked with us to get the job done in a timely manner. The crew was awesome .They Explained everything and had me do a walk through inspection and a bang up job with the cleanup. Thanks Travis and crew for a awesome job. Highly recommend.

Foundation Recovery Systems exceeded expectations from start to finish. The team was extremely professional and took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I had over six slabs in my driveway that needed polyjacking, along with a downspout that required attention and needed barried. They handled everything flawlessly and the results turned out phenomenal. A big shoutout to Jesse Barron (Foreman) and Cameron (Co-Foreman) for their leadership and attention to detail throughout the job. Also want to recognize and give a shout out to Ollie and Brady, who were in from Canada training they were hardworking, professional, and fit right in with the crew. You can tell this team takes pride in their work. Highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems to anyone needing this kind of service.

Austin Benton was phenomenal, professional and extremely helpful. He walked my husband and I through the whole process and repair of our foundation repairs. Explained clearly every detail and products that would be used and helped us understand what was the situation with our foundation problems and wasn't deterred that our home is really old but it's our home. Although I felt as though I was in a three-ring circus as the workers were digging, raising the foundation, and returning tlhe dirt, I was very pleased with the courteous workers. All of them were willing to answer my many questions. I did write down the names so I wouldn't forget – lost the list. I believe the hard–working men were Charles(Chet), Brandon, and Andre. Charles ran the backhoe and the others assisted with other work. Two others came to complete the poly-urathene. They were courteous as well. I do apologive for the names forgotten.

Jesse did an exceptional job on my home project when he came out with his crew. He was very delightful on the phone & was very respectful in person. He introduced himself, explained everything from start to finish of the tasks they were going to be accomplishing! After, when they were finished, we were so pleased with how everything looked! Several years ago I had a new sump pump system installed by Foundation Recovery Systems and things have been working fine. I just recently had a courtesy “check up” on my system performed by service technician Randy Smith. He was friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about workmanship. He looked at the set up in my basement, looked outside at the downspouts and walls, measured humidity levels and when he saw some places I could improve a situation he pointed them out. He was thorough and explained everything he was checking and doing. I felt very confident in his suggestions and they made sense. I look forward to working with both Randy and FRS in future years! Thank you!
