Michael Macdonald did a great job inspecting, mapping, photographing, and explaining what was going wrong and work needing to be done to correct the problem with my main beam. He was able to measure to determine if they would be able to do the work from the crawlspace or would have to go through a floor. Fortunately, they have enough access in the crawlspace. We were both very happy about that. He was personable, liked dogs, and had a good sense of humor. His explanations regarding warranties and rechecking alleviated my concerns going forward.

I can't say enough good things about Kyle, Kaleb, and Tristan from Foundation Recovery Systems. They did an amazing job waterproofing our basement and installing a sump pump. It’s been tough finding someone to come out to our place, but these guys went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. If you need basement waterproofing, these are the people to call. Highly recommend!

The work done of repairing our foundation with piers and wall plates was fast, very efficient! The workers were very good at their jobs. They went out of their way to answer any questions and keep me informed of the status of the progress of the job. . They were very courteous, worked long hours and did a fantastic job!! Very happy with the end result. Would highly recommend them. Can't thank Devin, Adam, Zach, Cody enough for all your hard work!! Thanks to Cody for all your help with setting this up and answering all my phone calls and getting the job done so quickly!!

We recently contracted Foundation Recovery Systems to address a water issue in our basement, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Their team installed new drainage, jacks, a dehumidifier, and a triple sump pump, followed by a full encapsulation. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed, walking me through each step as the work was completed. At the end of Feb. 2025 Joel, Coleman and Donald were out to do foundation work on my house. What a GREAT! job. They were polite gentleman the whole time they were here for 2 days. They worked hard. They did at great job of cleaning up. The basement was cleaner than when they started. They came and got me when they wanted me to look at the holes were the piers were going in. When they put in one of the piers the wall moved immediately. The chimney has already straightened up. Good job.

We haven’t had our work completed so we will come back and address any concerns “if” we run into issues. What I can say is Doug Helfrich has really helped and educated us on the project we are taking underway. He came out quickly and was very prompt with a response/bid which was appreciated as we were under contract to sell the home. He even came out a second time when we wanted to get something else addressed as well. On a Sunday at that! He was very prompt with phone calls and text messages and while waiting for our project has kept in touch to keep us updated. My dad is a hvac guy and Doug reminds me so much of him. Educating us, taking the time for small talk, just letting us know it’s a not a huge project they could handle it and do it all the time. He made me feel like we were one of his kids the way he spoke with us and has taken care of us. We hope the install process goes as smoothly as the bid/project assessment.
