Today we had a follow-up inspection performed by Ryan Swift, a service technician with the company. Everything is still looking good and Ryan was very thorough and professional while performing and explaining the inspection. I highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems.

Very down to earth, approachable & respectful. They took time the time to explain the process fully, including any concerns our family had during the renovation… They treated our home as if it were their own, making sure the job was done right. I appreciate and respect the professional, human nature with which they completed the job. Travis… great communication. Always took time whenever I called. Armando G. was respectful of my time by first arriving on time for the appointment and showed excellent customer services skills by explaining the reason why water instrusion happens in basements. He was very knowledgeable and very patient when going through the process of not only telling me how the issue will be best resolved with the waterproofing and sump pump system, but also answering my questions. I recommend having Armando G. working for Foundation recovery because he has mastered the necessary skills to test your basement issues and offers the best solution.
