He gave me the very reasonable project cost estimate, and explained financing options to me. Field Inspector Jason Carte did a fabulous, detailed presentation on our major concern plus an area I did not even notice. He was professional in appearance, very knowledgeable about the business and process and polite. Jason answered all our questions and tried to make a sale that day (July 13th I believe). Only reason he did not make a sale, wasn’t because of something he didn’t do but because we are wanting a third business quote and that is coming on the 20th. I had a WONDERFUL experience with Foundation Recovery Systems! I had just renovated my basement after thinking that I had taken care of any water issues, but after another bout of heavy rain it was clear I had not fixed the issue. Joe was so helpful and kind during our consultation. He was with me every step of the way as I prepared the basement for installation and made me feel so comfortable during the entire process. My foreman Greg and his crew, Andy, co-foreman and installer Cody were so communicative during the entire installation process, sending pictures and took the time to ensure that the rest of my house was taken care of. I truly felt like I was a valued customer and that I was receiving individual attention from each of the employees that I encountered at Foundation Recovery Systems. Their knowledge and expertise in combination with their customer service is unmatched!

This was my first foundation issue and I didn’t know what to expect when I inquired on the website. Gregg came to my home within just a few days of my inquiry to view the issues. He was prompt and professional and brought the right tools to see what we were dealing with and to propose a proper solution. We talked through plan A and what plan B might look like. He sent a quote over for plan A within 24 hours that I felt was very reasonable. After sitting on the quote for a couple months Heather reached out via text to see if I was still interested in having the work done. I was glad she did and worked with her via text to get this project scheduled and funded. The date we set was several months away, but Heather reached out again one week prior to the appointment we had made to confirm. The morning of the appointment Wayne called to let me know he was on the way with his crew. They arrived on time and got to work finishing up faster than I expected. Within 2 hours they had lifted my slab back to level and cleaned up after themselves. My door opens and closes again. The wall cracks shrunk down to almost nothing and the ground around the problem area lifted up which should help with drainage. Overall I am very pleased to see this done and done so easily. I didn’t need to worry as much as I did. The communication and professionalism of this team was top notch!

I met with Hunter, a sale rrep, for Foundation Recovery System regarding foundation problems with my driveway. Hunter displays excellent customer service and patience. I was so impressed with his knowledge and how well he explained things because this was new to me. Hunter took his time to look at the cracks and how uneven my driveway was. It wasn't aesthetically pleasing to me, and Huntrer assured me that his company has strong track records of satisfied customers. He also took time to discuss the warranty and the backing of another company. I felt Hunter was very honest withI didn't feel any pressure Lastly, I was offered a couple of discounts and that was awesome! I'm so excited to have Foundation Recovery System repair my drywall that 's aesthetically pleasing to me! By the way, I would highly recommend Hunter and Foundation Recovery System! Thank you!
