Adam communicated that since he was not able to fully assess the foundation, because of limited access, he would not give me a proposal for a solution he wasn't sure would remediate any discovered issues. I plan to have him and the FRS team back out as soon as I make the corrective action he recommended.

Our home had several sidewalk sections that had sunk at different rates, leaving uneven edges that were trip hazards. Bryce and Brandon of FRS briefed me on their approach to leveling the walkway. They worked hard and carefully, and their experience showed in how good the sidewalk now looks, with trip hazards eliminated. While the service is not inexpensive, communications, process and work went well, with an end result that was better than I anticipated.
