Been having some foundation issues and decided to give these folks a call. Kevin Macdonald (Certified Field Inspector) came over and did a very thorough inspection of our foundation & crawl space. He measured moisture levels in the walls and floors and came up with several solutions we could choose from. He did a great job explaining areas that needed addressing and how FRS would go about fixing them. He was at our house for several hours and took a lot of pictures of the areas that need to be fixed. I was pretty concerned about some support beams failing in my basement so I had FRS Inspector Jason Sheppard out. I have a lot of projects planned for my property but knew that if the basement supports fail none of the rest of my work would matter. He met with me, explained exactly what he would be doing and how, then set to work. A short few hours later we sat and discussed all of my options and I chose to move forward with the project Jason recommended. I felt very comfortable asking questions and discussing the plan with Jason and his expertise in his work was evident. 10/10 experience.
