Elliot arrived on time and was easy to talk to and understand. He went right to work checking out my crawl space on a freezing cold day. When he was done he shared his findings with me and drew up a foot print of the house and the work he recommended. It was all well explained and understandable me. He also gave me a quote for the work. It took about 2-3 hours and I'm confident he did a quality job.

I recently had Kalvin, Bryce, and Jose come out to do some foundation repair at my home, and they did an excellent job. I was looking for a foundation company because my foundation was in need of getting it pulled back and it was bowing 4inches. I found foundation recovery systems online and what won me over was their forever warranty that can be transferrable. My first interaction was with Matt, he came to my house and gave me a break down of everything and what I could do that wouldn't cost me a TON of money! He also came back an hour later to talk to my wife about everything we talked about before. I REALLY appreciated it and thanked him for coming back over. We came up with a game plan and he was very communicative every time I would text him. He had every answer or if he didn't know he would call right back. That is why we went ahead and booked our installation. Installation came around and the crew lead person name Landon was great. Explain what they were doing and how it is going to look. They worked all two days day and night. I was really happy with the outcome and how communicative they were with everything and if I needed to spend any extra to waterproof my basement. And then this time was unexpected but I noticed that the other side of my basement was getting water somewhere and the sump pump that is there was not running as well as the one that was just installed. So I called Matt again to have him come over to give us an estimate of installing a new sump pump where the old sump pump was and water proofing the other side so there will be no water coming through the basement. We discuss price and came up with a game plan. Very polite and willing to help an anyway. He came over as soon as I got off. Second crew came by to do an install and the crew came around 845-9am. They walked me through the game plan and started working on the other side of the basement. Jeremy the formen, he noticed that there was a broken pipe and fixed it so my washer water would flow directly to the sump pump or the other one that was previously installed. He got the waterproofing completed and ran a pipe through one side of the room to the existing sump pump. They patched everything up very nicely and will come back to put up seal and beams within a few days. This plan was not expected, but SAVED us a lot of money! I was very happy about that. I really appreciated the hard work that these men were doing. They worked day and night to get it done. I was very impressed! I would recommend this company because of how well and understand the importance of customer satisfaction. The fact that the work they are doing is warrantied and can be transferred to new owners if I decide to sell my house. Thank you Matt, Landons Crew and Jeremys Crew for putting us at ease so we do not have to worry about water coming through our basement.

My overall experience was a great experience with their team! The man that came to give an estimate was thorough and very nice. The men that came to do the work were nice, thorough, knowledgeable (for the most part), and cleanly for the most part. I liked that they put plastic down from my door all the way to the basement. The only thing I could see, was their having trouble putting my basement window back in, but they did stay until it was back in properly. However, there was a mess where they had to get stuff out of window to get it back in, which I cleaned up after they left. Knowledgeable for most part, because I asked a warranty question and they were unsure because they hadn't done the carbon fiber straps for awhile, but he looked up my answer on the spot. Over all this company and their workers were fabulous!!! I wished i could have had the paperwork in hand instead of via an email because its hard to find where to print it out! They did the job promptly and left. Thanks for all the hard work guys and I would recommend anyone to this company!!

I have a much better understanding of what is happening with our home and although repairs are not urgent at this time I have more peace of mind and knowledge about any future repairs that may need to take place. I cannot speak to the work that FRS does but in terms of a representative that will come to diagnose issues with your home, Adam is second to none.

Bought a house that had a foot of standing water underneath due to a leaking spigot. Plumber fixed the leak then Foundation Recovery Systems came out and installed a triple sump system, permanent dehumidifier, fully encapsulated the crawlspace and added 3 steel beams to ensure the house doesn't sag overtime. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. Wayne and his team (led by Jordan) made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. They even came back out to make some adjustments per my request at no additional cost.

I engaged Foundation Recovery Systems to raise the sinking level of the main floor of my house when a trusted friend told me he'd had them do work for him and was very happy. I am also. The company asked that 90 minutes of my time be set aside for the exploration of the site. The representative who came was excellent in explaining the company philosophy and connections, and then went into the crawlspace to check the situation. He came up and outlined what had to be done, the duties of the three-person crew itself, the materials to be used, and drew a schematic of the placement of the jacks. He wrote the estimate, I approved and made a down payment, and a day later, he phoned to tell me the two consecutive days he estimated the job would take. The crew arrived on the dot, and were very respectful of my home as they went about their business. The steel jacks they used looked like they could do the job and last forever. The company warranty extends to the next purchaser. It is expensive; I did not bother to get another estimate, I was sold on their contract and the fact my friend (a lifetime of working in construction) vouched for them.

I was having trouble with a door sticking and cracking around internal doorways. Dustin from foundation recovery systems was recommended to me by the people remodeling my home. Dustin came out and took readings and explained the plan to remediate the sinking causing the issues. Will and his crew showed up a couple of weeks later. They worked fast and clean and did internal and external piers in the space of two days. Now im confident to continue my remodel as they guaranteed their work. Thanks Dustin and Will

I found them by a quick google search but of course reading the reviews I decided to go with their service. I was first contacted by Peter Sirna who was the sales associate who helped schedule everything and answer every question we had. When I say every question he did, even a text on the weekend he was quick to respond. The crew came out on the day that promised and there were a couple of issues. They immediately brought them to our attention and they broke down how to solve the issue promptly. The crew ran by Joel, Trayvon, and Coleman were awesome. They got here early and stayed late if they had to. If you have any doubts on which company to use I would highly recommend them, they are extremely professional, cleaned up afterwards, and will even come back in the future to make sure that all the work they did was done correctly. Lifetime warranty is a cherry on top. Wouldn’t be the sharpest knife if you went with someone else.

We were quoted 2 days for repair and they were able to repair it in less than a full day and went above and beyond on replacing french drain that had to be removed to make way for the repairs. Several years ago I had a new sump pump system installed by Foundation Recovery Systems and things have been working fine. I just recently had a courtesy “check up” on my system performed by service technician Randy Smith. He was friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about workmanship. He looked at the set up in my basement, looked outside at the downspouts and walls, measured humidity levels and when he saw some places I could improve a situation he pointed them out.
