Recently we had Foundation Recovery Systems come out and do some work in our basement. The guys did an amazing job! Our basement looks fantastic and not a drop of water has come in since! Chris, Cliff and Zion were the crew that came out and they were professional, quick and extremely easy to work with. They took care to pick-up the construction mess and their communication was fantastic. The project even got done faster than expected. I appreciate the work they put in and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

We can’t say enough good things about this company. First, I’d like to start off with how Ed Macdonald (salesman) handled selling to us their product and plan. He took the time to answer all questions and concerns. He was professional but still personable. He gave us a timeline of what to expect and all came out as planned. Second, I’d like to thank Daryn Holder (foreman) for a job well done. He was able to lift our patios (front and back) though we had our doubts. He was thorough in explaining what he would be doing and gave periodic updates as he continued to work. He even asked if we were satisfied, which most companies do not bother to take the time to ask, they just take their payment and move on. Although our job took longer than planned or scheduled for, Daryn did not show he was frustrated, he was determined to ensure the job was completed to the best of his abilities. So thankful we found this company and had the opportunity to work with these two outstanding gentlemen.

From the folks I spoke with in the office to Jeremy H. who came out to do the inspection to the crew who did the work, everyone was friendly and professional. I received several emails and texts leading up to the appointments, preparing me for what to expect, as well as phone calls the mornings of the work to let me know the crew was on their way and when they'd arrive. After the inspection, I was given options about the repairs, and it was all clearly explained. A few weeks after the inspection, I had several piers installed around my foundation. For two days, Brandon C., Dylan E., and Darrion R. worked so hard and communicated in a clear and friendly manner with me as I pestered them with questions. FRS really made repairing my foundation as painless a process as possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Grant was very knowledgeable, timely, and professional. He showed me how FRS can transform my crawl space from a dingy, musty, moldy area to one that’s tidy, clean, and dry. He showed me how they can keep it that way for years to come by installing various drainage options, subterraneous pumps, vapor barriers & even dehumidifiers. From the time Jeremy Higgins (Sr Field Inspector) arrived in our home to provide the assessment/estimate, to Jeremy Raby (Foreman) arriving with his crew to complete the work, it was 5 stars all the way. Jeremy H. did a great job listening to our history and concerns. He left our home with an appointment scheduled for the work to be done and a full review of what to expect. Jeremy R. arrived yesterday (Dec 26th) with his crew (Travis & Demetri) and completed the job with perfection. Jeremy provided me a full review of the plan and jumped right in with his crew to finish the project. Hardwood floor protection was placed prior to any work beginning. Upon completion of the job, they vacuumed all traveled traffic areas. Jeremy R. is quite mindful of a homeowner's space and the importance of respecting this space. It was clear in his performance, as well as, the performance of his crew. We highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!

Foundation recovery came out almost 2 years ago and installed a subpump and what was needed to block the rain water from entering our new home. I've waited to review the company until now only due to wanting the pump to work and perform its job. We have been 100% satisfied with Nick Mata (tech who drew up the system, while on site) and the workers. We can now rebuild the downstairs and actually enjoy the space for our children. They were not the lowest bid we received for the work nor the most expensive. But with a 100% lifetime warranty and super simple financing they were the best choice. And I'm very confident Nick Mata is the tech you want to request to map out your home when the work is needed. God bless you guys at Foundation recovery. You've saved our home for many years to come!!!

Had a sidewalk that had sunk too far on the right side making it quite unsafe at the front step. I had a different company out to raise it and they failed but still charged me 3/4 of the cost. I then had Foundation Recovery Systems out and they fixed the problem without issue. My experience was great with FRS!

Their communication was awesome and there were many times during the project that something could have gone wrong but they always found a way to go the extra mile. I cannot praise this company and, especially Ed Macdonald, enough! Ed saved me from buying a house that would have cost me a fortune to fix up. He sent me a detailed report of the repairs that would have to be implemented, including tearing off the enclosed back porch which the owner had listed as a bedroom and porch. I would have ended up with a one bedroom house and $40,000 in foundation repairs. Thanks to Ed I bought a different house which I was sure needed no foundation repairs. Ed offered to come by and check it out. He spent 45 minutes measuring humidity levels in the basement, checking the foundation, and measuring the floors to see if they were level. It was off by 3/4" in the living room and explained what the owners must have done. This is a 100 year old house which I am fine with being a little off. He said the foundation had no problems! It is so refreshing to work with honest people. Ed was so personable and took his time to explain every detail of each house. I feel like I made a new friend. Thank you so much Ed!!!
