Awesome work! They did a amazing job and my driveway looks completely different and brand new! The guys were very thorough and informative and made it look like a million bucks! Would recommend them to anyone needing work done! Cannot beat their prices and their service is hands down the best anyone can ask for! Wish I would have taken before pictures, the driveway was about 3-4" dropped by the garage, the pictures attached are of the job completed.

We had the pleasure of meeting with Chris for initial consultation. We cannot say enough about how great the experience was! He was communicative the day of the appointment, prompt, knowledgeable, and was straightforward about what issues he saw right off the bat as well as what kind of price point we could expect. We were given multiple options and there was never any pressure to make a decision. On top of that, there was never a moment where it felt like we were being upsold or given an inflated price. He took the time to go over what the process for the work would look like and what we could expect after. I would work with Chris again in an instant and can’t recommend him enough. Foundation repair can feel like a scary concept but we felt we were in good hands the entire experience.

When he needed to change something from the plan he let me know and explained in details. I would have him come back if I ever needed anyone again.For the garage floor leveling Jeremiah, Jake and KD were equally great. Friendly, efficient and kept me informed as to what was happening. I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick Mata from Foundation Recovery Systems for a crawl space inspection, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience. Nick's expertise and professionalism really stood out throughout the entire process.When Nick arrived, he immediately got to work inspecting my crawl space, using advanced equipment to detect any moisture or mold issues. He explained everything he was doing and made sure to take pictures to show me exactly what was going on. I was impressed by his attention to detail and thoroughness.As we went through the inspection, Nick took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. It was evident that he truly cared about my home and my family's health.One thing that really impressed me was Nick's ability to explain complex crawl space issues in a way that was easy to understand. Kevin found some issues that needed to be fixed, fixed them, then went a step further and removed some rodents from under the house, and placed bug bombs and mouse traps for me. I had MAJOR work done by FRS. Two 1000+ square-foot crawlspaces required full drainage systems, support structuring, wood replacement, and encapsulation. Also had foam injections into very large pool patio to level concrete as well as installing channel drain into said patio. Just thought I'd get that out there to give context to below review.Prompt response to request for information, detailed quotes and analysis, fair and easy financing, they show up and they communicate throughout, they inform you of additional things that come up on the job you may want to address, and if you are concerned about it their crews speak your language and can deal directly with you. Also affordable maintenance plans to ensure their system stays in top shape or to address any unlikely issues. FRS was definitely not the least expensive option, but after dealing with many contractors they were worth every penny for the aforementioned reasons. Time will tell if I need to use any warranties and how they handle that agreement; but after looking at the work product I don't think I will have to.

I had an outstanding experience with the crew of Shawn, Jon, and Jaren who came to our Olathe home on Friday, June 23, 2017. I had used FRS previously for some leveling of our drive and sidewalk.This time we had them install a steel beam and 3 support posts with jacking capability to level our badly sloping deck. The guys worked quickly and efficiently and finished by around noon. I was counting on this solution to be phase one of my plan to restore the deck to good working order. I am gratified that the crew achieved the objective perfectly.

We can’t say enough good things about this company. First, I’d like to start off with how Ed Macdonald (salesman) handled selling to us their product and plan. He took the time to answer all questions and concerns. He was professional but still personable. He gave us a timeline of what to expect and all came out as planned. Second, I’d like to thank Daryn Holder (foreman) for a job well done. He was able to lift our patios (front and back) though we had our doubts. He was thorough in explaining what he would be doing and gave periodic updates as he continued to work. He even asked if we were satisfied, which most companies do not bother to take the time to ask, they just take their payment and move on. Although our job took longer than planned or scheduled for, Daryn did not show he was frustrated, he was determined to ensure the job was completed to the best of his abilities. So thankful we found this company and had the opportunity to work with these two outstanding gentlemen.

I called FRS to inquire about weatherproofing my crawlspace, and met with Kyle W. who worked with me on splitting up an encapsulation project to make it more affordable for my budget.Tyler S. and his team of Derrick P. and Leuck W. came out and worked well past sundown to get the bulk of the trenching and sump project done. The team was professional and kept on their tasks throughout the day.Not wanting to rush things in the dark, Tyler scheduled a follow up appointment to finish some of the finer details with another crew of Mason H. and Walker F. This team was equally professional and put the finishing touches on the new access door for the crawlspace.I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed, and I look forward to contacting them again to finish the second part of the project.

The work of Brandon C, Dylan E, Darrion R, Blake B and Cris B was all incredibly professional and well done. They were respectful of how their heavy machinery needed for the job moved around the yard, put extra care in not damaging things that were in the way of their work and even moved rocks my kids had decorated to a different spot so they wouldn’t get damaged which I felt was above and beyond. They really cared about doing what could be done for our specific porch/foundation fix rather than just doing a generic job.

Corey Badder their Certified Field Inspector came out to assess our foundation and mold issues. He was on time, kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. He did an extremely thorough inspection. He went through and educated us regarding our foundation and issues we want to watch out for. He was very honest and personable. We would use this company again based on our experience. I am more than pleased with the work done on my home foundation by the Foundation Recovery crew, Josh Eaton, Da Shawn Kendrix, and Lueck Wright. They were arrived when they said they would, explained in detail the work they were going to do, and did it in a very professional manner. And they finished the job in one day. This was not an easy job. They had to dig 3 holes that were 3' square by 6' deep in rocky soil to get to the bottom of the foundation. And they did this digging by hand ! Very professional crew and they deserve a lot of credit for their hard work. They are a real asset to the company.

I just want to say thank you. We looked into several other companies before calling Foundation Recovery Systems. I was hesitant to call a company so far away from us but we were in a time crunch to get our foundation fixed before it caused further issues. In times like these it is hard to find a company who is so responsive. Two Gentleman drove over 2 hours to our jobsite to complete a foundation issue for us. Brett the foreman and his right handman Gary were so helpful. They took time to answer our questions, to go over what they were doing, and to show us the process. They were so kind to our two small kids and even explained what they were doing to them. I want to say thank you for these two men for all of their hard work in the freezing cold temps the other day and all the wind today. They were professional and very kind and never complained. Thank you Brett and Gary I appreciate all that you have done and how you fixed our foundation and as my kids would say (Their playroom is no longer sliding). Thank you so much for doing a good job and for taking care of the jobsite as if it was your own home!Amanda

From the folks I spoke with in the office to Jeremy H. who came out to do the inspection to the crew who did the work, everyone was friendly and professional. I received several emails and texts leading up to the appointments, preparing me for what to expect, as well as phone calls the mornings of the work to let me know the crew was on their way and when they'd arrive. After the inspection, I was given options about the repairs, and it was all clearly explained. A few weeks after the inspection, I had several piers installed around my foundation. For two days, Brandon C., Dylan E., and Darrion R. worked so hard and communicated in a clear and friendly manner with me as I pestered them with questions. FRS really made repairing my foundation as painless a process as possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
