Joshua S. came out to quote our concrete leveling projects. He did a fabulous job understanding what we needed done. After taking all his measurements and notes he went over every detail of what was going to be done. how the costing worked etc. etc.. Of the 3 quotes we got Joshua was the only inspector to walk me thru the projects after he did his inspection. I will leave another review when the project is completed.

Very well known and highly rated foundation repair company. Crew that did the pier repairs to the foundation walls were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. When an unexpected condition came up that was not identified after the initial walk, the crew came up with an alternate plan to complete the project, communicated the change requirements to me thoroughly, and completed the change in the scope and the rest of the project on time.

I've been experiencing water in my basement for some time. I contacted Foundation Recovery in regards to my issues. Brian Gertler came out and went over the process of the system and how it works. In turn, Tyler Sears came out to install the system and explain how it works and what to expect. I'm very pleased at this point. In my area the last couple days we've had rain. Last night (3-27-25) we had significant rain. I checked my basement this morning and I'm very pleased to see the system worked. No more worries. Good Investment. He was very ethical and suggested a deck builder would better be able to fix our sagging rock piers than his company as the supports we’re not constructed correctly in the first place. We had a sump pump replaced by Ayden Land and Derrick Bushnell on New Years Eve day. The two young men were very careful and considerate. They cleaned up everything and completed the installation to let us get ready for friends to come for a dinner. I hope Ayden and Derrick got home to celebrate the New Year.

This is based on Quote only. We have not had work completed yet, it is scheduled. He did take a long time with us going over everything so we knew exactly what he is planning on doing. He also explained the difference in materials he plans to use with different parts of the job. The services they offered was above what others was offering even though their prices were a little higher.

We're very pleased with their work. I was expecting a huge mess in our yard after completion but we were pleasantly surprised and how “cleaned up” everything was. Such a pleasant crew. They work so well together. Tanner S, Ezekiel, and Mason R have such amazing personalities that turned a stressful situation into a bearable one. It was kinda a joy having them around for a few days. Kept us informed and up beat on everything going on. Did great work from piers all the way to the cleanup. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!! Posted a before and after of one of our walls! Amazing! The foam crew was great as well!!!

I am more than pleased with the work done on my home foundation by the Foundation Recovery crew, Josh Eaton, Da Shawn Kendrix, and Lueck Wright. They were arrived when they said they would, explained in detail the work they were going to do, and did it in a very professional manner. And they finished the job in one day. This was not an easy job. They had to dig 3 holes that were 3' square by 6' deep in rocky soil to get to the bottom of the foundation. And they did this digging by hand ! Very professional crew and they deserve a lot of credit for their hard work. They are a real asset to the company.
