More than anything I want to highly commend and acknowledge Marc McGuire for his exemplary service with Foundation Recovery Systems Springfield. He has done my annual service maintenance in my home’s encapsulated crawlspace for the past few years and I just want to tell you again that he is the best!! I cannot even imagine anyone else being as professional, reliable, honest, sincere, dependable, and trustworthy than Marc. He’s courteous, observant and such a delight to talk with, and he addresses and goes over everything. Don’t let him get away. That man needs a bonus or something. Today I had the pleasure of working with Mia Fiore from Foundation Recovery Systems, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and approach. When Mia came out to inspect my property and provide an estimate for foundation repair, she was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly throughout the entire process. Her patience and understanding made what could have been a stressful experience much easier to navigate. There was a scheduling mix-up on my part, and I unintentionally booked Mia’s appointment at the exact same time as a competitor who was already on site. When Mia arrived, instead of making the situation uncomfortable for me or either party, she handled it with remarkable grace and professionalism. She kindly offered to come back a little later to allow the competitor to finish his inspection and presentation, which I truly appreciated. Mia’s professionalism, combined with her warm and approachable personality, made a lasting impression. Because of her outstanding conduct and expertise, I had no hesitation in choosing Foundation Recovery Systems for my foundation repair needs. I highly recommend Mia Fiore to anyone seeking reliable and courteous service in this field.

The foundation on my slab home sunk 2 1/4 inches causing large cracks in the walls ect. The engineer Joe from FRS explained throughly what happened to my home and what it would take to fix it. He answered all my questions and and never pressured me to do anything. Nate and his crew Brian, Josh and Jaeden came out to fix my foundation on a freezing cold December day. They went beyond and above by clearing out the workspace. They spent 2 days fixing my foundation. Then they came back twice this spring to restore the concrete patio and rock bed. They put my raised gardens back. Nate and his crew were amazing. They were also the nicest, politest young men. Nate took took his time explaining the process to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

Kyle Craig and Justin came out to check my mother-in-laws basement foundation. The guys were are really respectful and explained everything very thoroughly and gave us options on what they could do. They also brought attention to other things but made sure to let us know that they were not experts in those categories but have seen it over the years of work they did and knew the signs of certain things. Overall they brought great knowledge and insights of anything and everything they could do. Would highly recommend them for any of your foundation needs.
