I just want to say thank you. We looked into several other companies before calling Foundation Recovery Systems. I was hesitant to call a company so far away from us but we were in a time crunch to get our foundation fixed before it caused further issues. In times like these it is hard to find a company who is so responsive. Two Gentleman drove over 2 hours to our jobsite to complete a foundation issue for us. Brett the foreman and his right handman Gary were so helpful. They took time to answer our questions, to go over what they were doing, and to show us the process. They were so kind to our two small kids and even explained what they were doing to them. I want to say thank you for these two men for all of their hard work in the freezing cold temps the other day and all the wind today. They were professional and very kind and never complained. Thank you Brett and Gary I appreciate all that you have done and how you fixed our foundation and as my kids would say (Their playroom is no longer sliding). Thank you so much for doing a good job and for taking care of the jobsite as if it was your own home!Amanda

Trevor was very thorough and shared a lot of details and recommended improvements that would be beneficial to the preservation of my home. He explained exactly what he was doing as maintenance of my system and also explained the different components. I also appreciate the before and after photos he shared that better helped me understand the importance of the maintenance service appointments. Good job! Thank you Trevor!

Adam came to our home to inspect potential foundation repairs and was extremely thorough, honest and knowledgeable. I have a much better understanding of what is happening with our home and although repairs are not urgent at this time I have more peace of mind and knowledge about any future repairs that may need to take place. I cannot speak to the work that FRS does but in terms of a representative that will come to diagnose issues with your home, Adam is second to none.

So far, our experience with Foundation Recovery Systems has been superb. We contacted the company after seeing a picture in a ValPak that looked just like a problem in our home with a crack above a door. We were able to make a free inspection appointment easily online to take place 36 hours later. We received a call the day prior to validate a couple of things about the home and the morning of the appointment, Patrick not only called me to tell me he was on his way, but dropped a pin so I could track his arrival time. Communication leading up was good and only improved in our time spent with Patrick. In spite of a drizzly day, he spent all the time needed to conduct a thorough inspection, very patiently walked us through foundational issues that can arise, and answered all of our questions. I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable representative to interact with and feel confident all future interactions with the company will be the same. Thank you, Patrick!!

Rather than pushing unnecessary services, he took the time to use his expertise to point out key areas to monitor and suggested appropriate steps to help prevent further settling. Although we haven’t yet moved forward with the work, I can confidently say that I will choose Jared when the time comes. This has been the best referral I’ve received.
