I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick Mata from Foundation Recovery Systems for a crawl space inspection, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience. Nick's expertise and professionalism really stood out throughout the entire process.When Nick arrived, he immediately got to work inspecting my crawl space, using advanced equipment to detect any moisture or mold issues. He explained everything he was doing and made sure to take pictures to show me exactly what was going on. I was impressed by his attention to detail and thoroughness.As we went through the inspection, Nick took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. It was evident that he truly cared about my home and my family's health.One thing that really impressed me was Nick's ability to explain complex crawl space issues in a way that was easy to understand. I had the best experience working with Michael Drebes on our driveway and front porch concrete repair. We needed poly renewal injections to lift and stabilize sinking sections, and Michael Drebes explained the entire process clearly from start to finish. He walked us through what was happening under the concrete, why it was settling, and how the injections would permanently address the issue. The results were incredible. Our driveway is level again, the front porch feels solid and safe, and everything looks clean and professionally finished. The work was efficient, minimally invasive, and completed exactly as promised. If you’re dealing with uneven concrete or sinking slabs, I highly recommend Michael Drebes he is Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right.

I was pretty concerned about some support beams failing in my basement so I had FRS Inspector Jason Sheppard out. I have a lot of projects planned for my property but knew that if the basement supports fail none of the rest of my work would matter. He met with me, explained exactly what he would be doing and how, then set to work. A short few hours later we sat and discussed all of my options and I chose to move forward with the project Jason recommended. I felt very comfortable asking questions and discussing the plan with Jason and his expertise in his work was evident. 10/10 experience.

Doing our due diligence we contacted FRS to have them come out. My expectations were minimal. I could not have been more wrong. Brian German is our foundation recovery systems inspection technician. Brian came out today on our annual service call checked out all our systems. Checked the level of our house perimeter all the way around checked our walls,floors and ceilings for movement. While Brian was here he helped us with another issue we had which was the drain from our whole house heating system had gotten clogged but was under the encapsulation. Brian opened the encapsulation located or drain line cleaned it out for us and resealed the encapsulation. We have a different technician each year for our annual inspection and I really hope that Brian is our inspector from now on he's pleasant and thorough.

The team of men who handled our basement waterproofing project were excellent from start to finish. Our salesman, Neil, visited our home and took us through their waterproofing steps and policies step-by-step. We had sought two other bids, as well, and FRS offered the best services, package deal, guarantee and financing of the three bids. They worked with us on the best dates for us for the project. Everything was accomplished just as Neil said it would be, and we are exceedingly pleased. We had a crew of three gentlemen who arrived three days ago to install our basement waterproofing. Foreman Devon, and crew members Roy and Owen were simply excellent workers and exceptional people. Each day this week they walked us through what they had accomplished that day and explained thoroughly why everything was done the way it was. Today before pulling out they finished up explaining everything we would need to know in the next couple weeks. Thank you to FRS For coming through exactly as you promised. We would be happy to be a reference for anyone who has questions from a homeowner. We look forward to turning our entire system on in a few weeks ~ returning appliances and storage shelving to their places around the walls ~ after the concrete has cured. It looks like a whole new basement… And that’s saying a lot for a 100 year old house in Webster Groves. Thanks Neil, Devon, Roy and Owen.

It was nothing we were looking forward to as we were told it would be a week long process by our owners and they came in on Monday, Josh Eaton, Chris Horton and Aaron Hernandez. They were very polite and very clean! They did an amazing job doing whatever needed done I just know my floor is smooth and it only took them 2.5 days!!! So quick! Great over all experience if we ever needed help with a house in the future going to be giving them a call!!! Also the amount of rock they had to carry up the stairs and equipment they don’t get paid ENOUGHHH! So much hard work!

Although I ultimately chose not to move forward with them, Bradley Cooper (even though he was not the real actor) was thorough and professional. The contractor arrived on time, was friendly, and took the time to explain the details of what they found. He was knowledgeable and transparent, providing insights and answering all my questions. Rained right after they left which showcased their handy work. Thanks guys! My only complaint is grey caulk on colored concrete cracks will have to be scraped out for something a little less noticeable but this is very minor. Overall, I’m very happy with the work!
