I cannot praise this company and, especially Ed Macdonald, enough! Ed saved me from buying a house that would have cost me a fortune to fix up. He sent me a detailed report of the repairs that would have to be implemented, including tearing off the enclosed back porch which the owner had listed as a bedroom and porch. I would have ended up with a one bedroom house and $40,000 in foundation repairs. Thanks to Ed I bought a different house which I was sure needed no foundation repairs. Ed offered to come by and check it out. He spent 45 minutes measuring humidity levels in the basement, checking the foundation, and measuring the floors to see if they were level. It was off by 3/4" in the living room and explained what the owners must have done. This is a 100 year old house which I am fine with being a little off. He said the foundation had no problems! It is so refreshing to work with honest people. Ed was so personable and took his time to explain every detail of each house. I feel like I made a new friend. Thank you so much Ed!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick Mata from Foundation Recovery Systems for a crawl space inspection, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience. Nick's expertise and professionalism really stood out throughout the entire process.When Nick arrived, he immediately got to work inspecting my crawl space, using advanced equipment to detect any moisture or mold issues. He explained everything he was doing and made sure to take pictures to show me exactly what was going on. I was impressed by his attention to detail and thoroughness.As we went through the inspection, Nick took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. It was evident that he truly cared about my home and my family's health.One thing that really impressed me was Nick's ability to explain complex crawl space issues in a way that was easy to understand. We called foundation recovery systems out because our drive way had settled a lot over the past 5 years of owning the house, we were considering just tearing it out and getting a new drive way. Jonathan came out and did his inspection, was able to bring other issues on the home to our attention. The fact that the solution he was able to provide was a fraction of the costs for a new drive way was reason enough to move forward with the work we wanted done. Driveway was lifted and we didn't have to wait forever for the solution to cure, we were able to use our driveway day of install.

Gered Bales started things off right, providing a detailed estimate and initial assessment for the repair of our basement. He had the experience to offer a good explanation of the problem. He set up financing and was very responsive with issues preceding our project. Nate, Brian, and Gavin were our project team. Nate, as leader, provided a great explanation for the required change to the method of repair for the back wall. He was able to convert from anchoring to braces and extend the waterproofing system, to extend to the rest of the back wall. He and Brian were very experienced/knowledgeable in the work and the systems. Every time I ventured to observe the work, I was impressed with their attention to detail, making sure that things were done correctly. Although Gavin was less experienced, he was a dynamo. He and Brian hand dug the discharge line, under a sidewalk. I was particularly impressed with the job he had done breaking out the edge of the floor slab, without disturbing the footing. All of the team, did an excellent job of making sure that we were updated on the project progress.

Overall excellent customer service from our inspection by Nick Hardecke. I was blown away by his professionalism and eye to detail. He definitely knows what he is talking about and does a great job at explaining the whole process of encapsulation and the reasons behind all the different aspects of it. By the time the inspection was complete, I feel as if I have a completely different understanding as to the whats and why's of my crawlspace as a whole. Nick gave me a detailed report that showed me everything going on underneath my home. Amazing experience!

He went around took pictures and measurements to get an understanding of the lay out and what we were needing done. Sat down with us and listened to our concerns and explained in detail what our options were, what they would be doing. Had a foundation gutter system and pump installed, then unexpectedly had to put my house up for sale. My inspection was this morning, 11/5/24, after a crazy 36 hours of rain. 10 inches where I lived. The inspector came, basement was BONE DRY. Phenomenal system installed. And it took these guys a day to install it. On top of it all I was pleasantly surprised with the price, and the level of customer service was outstanding. Wholeheartedly recommend.

I could tell that they enjoyed working together. It’s not easy work, but they were always smiling and seemed to take pride in their work. I can’t recommend them enough. At the end of Feb. 2025 Joel, Coleman and Donald were out to do foundation work on my house. What a GREAT! job. They were polite gentleman the whole time they were here for 2 days. They worked hard. They did at great job of cleaning up. The basement was cleaner than when they started. They came and got me when they wanted me to look at the holes were the piers were going in. When they put in one of the piers the wall moved immediately. The chimney has already straightened up. Good job.

When I reached out due to my basement leaking water everywhere, I was assigned Jason Sheppard as my representative to do my free estimate. He was thorough and made sure that he didn't miss anything. I liked the way he explained everything to me to make sure that I understood what the company would be doing when I received my appointment for installation. Now, I'm so ready for installation. I do recommend him for a person who knows how to reach the customers with knowledge and understanding.

I have been so pleased with Foundation Recovery Systems as a whole. Making an appointment was easy and they werent booked too far out, which was really nice. The inspector arrived on time and was very professional and friendly right from the beginning. Tyler Potter, our inspector, was seriously top notch. Very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to our concerns and then performed a very thorough inspection to give us a complete picture as to what we were looking at and how it might be addressed. Unfortunately, we will have to address other concerns before we can move forward on fixing our foundation but I would have no hesitation to give Tyler a call back when the time comes and I know it will be handled correctly and professionally.
