Foundation problems suck, let's be honest. Cody Shipley walked us through the options and helped us find something that worked with us.Furthermore, I'm impressed at the hoops the crew installing it had to go through. Our neighborhood streets are being worked on by the city and they had to deal with our street potentially getting closed without notice. They had a plan if it came to that, but thankfully it didn't.

I had MAJOR work done by FRS. Two 1000+ square-foot crawlspaces required full drainage systems, support structuring, wood replacement, and encapsulation. Also had foam injections into very large pool patio to level concrete as well as installing channel drain into said patio. Just thought I'd get that out there to give context to below review.Prompt response to request for information, detailed quotes and analysis, fair and easy financing, they show up and they communicate throughout, they inform you of additional things that come up on the job you may want to address, and if you are concerned about it their crews speak your language and can deal directly with you. Also affordable maintenance plans to ensure their system stays in top shape or to address any unlikely issues. FRS was definitely not the least expensive option, but after dealing with many contractors they were worth every penny for the aforementioned reasons. Time will tell if I need to use any warranties and how they handle that agreement; but after looking at the work product I don't think I will have to.

So far, our experience with Foundation Recovery Systems has been superb. We contacted the company after seeing a picture in a ValPak that looked just like a problem in our home with a crack above a door. We were able to make a free inspection appointment easily online to take place 36 hours later. We received a call the day prior to validate a couple of things about the home and the morning of the appointment, Patrick not only called me to tell me he was on his way, but dropped a pin so I could track his arrival time. Communication leading up was good and only improved in our time spent with Patrick. In spite of a drizzly day, he spent all the time needed to conduct a thorough inspection, very patiently walked us through foundational issues that can arise, and answered all of our questions. I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable representative to interact with and feel confident all future interactions with the company will be the same. Thank you, Patrick!!

We called foundation recovery systems out because our drive way had settled a lot over the past 5 years of owning the house, we were considering just tearing it out and getting a new drive way. Jonathan came out and did his inspection, was able to bring other issues on the home to our attention. The fact that the solution he was able to provide was a fraction of the costs for a new drive way was reason enough to move forward with the work we wanted done. Driveway was lifted and we didn't have to wait forever for the solution to cure, we were able to use our driveway day of install.

It’s been tough finding someone to come out to our place, but these guys went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. If you need basement waterproofing, these are the people to call. We had the pleasure of meeting with Chris for initial consultation. We cannot say enough about how great the experience was! He was communicative the day of the appointment, prompt, knowledgeable, and was straightforward about what issues he saw right off the bat as well as what kind of price point we could expect. We were given multiple options and there was never any pressure to make a decision. On top of that, there was never a moment where it felt like we were being upsold or given an inflated price. He took the time to go over what the process for the work would look like and what we could expect after. I would work with Chris again in an instant and can’t recommend him enough. Foundation repair can feel like a scary concept but we felt we were in good hands the entire experience.

Kevin Estes came to thoroughly inspect our house and came up with a service plan to address a couple areas of concern. I feel so much better knowing we will be preventing future foundation shifts. I learnt a lot and he showed us the existing issues and what caused them, patiently answered all our questions, and he was very professional and courteous. I am so glad we had them come out for a free quote and are moving forward with the recommendations using a payment plan!

Nick came and did an inspection, then explained what all needed to be done, and wrote up an estimate. Nick was great in all aspects of his job, and we really wanted foundation recovery to do the work, but sorry to say, Nick we really didn't want to put out that kind of money at this time. Nick gets 5 stars, but the overall cost is only reason for the 4 stars. I do say though, you get what you pay for.

I recently noticed a crack within my home and was obviously concerned on what the issue could be. After scheduling a appointment I was nervous about the potential findings. When I met my tech Ken Jordan he was very professional and asked several questions about my home. After doing the inspection I was on on pins and needles to find out what Ken uncovered. To my surprise, nothing of significance was found. Of course he could of made up a reason to have unnecessary work performed but was on the up and up and I couldn't have appreciated his honesty more.

I was currently looking for a temporary solution while selling but if wasn't selling my house then I would get the permanent solution. Steven Kenney came out to look at our foundation and basement cracks, was extremely thorough, explained his findings in great detail, even showed a diagram of our basement, answered all of my questions!
