Kevin Estes came to thoroughly inspect our house and came up with a service plan to address a couple areas of concern. I feel so much better knowing we will be preventing future foundation shifts. I learnt a lot and he showed us the existing issues and what caused them, patiently answered all our questions, and he was very professional and courteous. I am so glad we had them come out for a free quote and are moving forward with the recommendations using a payment plan!

I was looking for a foundation company because my foundation was in need of getting it pulled back and it was bowing 4inches. I found foundation recovery systems online and what won me over was their forever warranty that can be transferrable. My first interaction was with Matt, he came to my house and gave me a break down of everything and what I could do that wouldn't cost me a TON of money! He also came back an hour later to talk to my wife about everything we talked about before. I REALLY appreciated it and thanked him for coming back over. We came up with a game plan and he was very communicative every time I would text him. He had every answer or if he didn't know he would call right back. That is why we went ahead and booked our installation. Installation came around and the crew lead person name Landon was great. Explain what they were doing and how it is going to look. They worked all two days day and night. I was really happy with the outcome and how communicative they were with everything and if I needed to spend any extra to waterproof my basement. And then this time was unexpected but I noticed that the other side of my basement was getting water somewhere and the sump pump that is there was not running as well as the one that was just installed. So I called Matt again to have him come over to give us an estimate of installing a new sump pump where the old sump pump was and water proofing the other side so there will be no water coming through the basement. We discuss price and came up with a game plan. Very polite and willing to help an anyway. He came over as soon as I got off. Second crew came by to do an install and the crew came around 845-9am. They walked me through the game plan and started working on the other side of the basement. Jeremy the formen, he noticed that there was a broken pipe and fixed it so my washer water would flow directly to the sump pump or the other one that was previously installed. He got the waterproofing completed and ran a pipe through one side of the room to the existing sump pump. They patched everything up very nicely and will come back to put up seal and beams within a few days. This plan was not expected, but SAVED us a lot of money! I was very happy about that. I really appreciated the hard work that these men were doing. They worked day and night to get it done. I was very impressed! I would recommend this company because of how well and understand the importance of customer satisfaction. The fact that the work they are doing is warrantied and can be transferred to new owners if I decide to sell my house. Thank you Matt, Landons Crew and Jeremys Crew for putting us at ease so we do not have to worry about water coming through our basement.

Field Inspector Jason Carte did a fabulous, detailed presentation on our major concern plus an area I did not even notice. He was professional in appearance, very knowledgeable about the business and process and polite. Jason answered all our questions and tried to make a sale that day (July 13th I believe). Only reason he did not make a sale, wasn’t because of something he didn’t do but because we are wanting a third business quote and that is coming on the 20th. The foundation on my slab home sunk 2 1/4 inches causing large cracks in the walls ect. The engineer Joe from FRS explained throughly what happened to my home and what it would take to fix it. He answered all my questions and and never pressured me to do anything. Nate and his crew Brian, Josh and Jaeden came out to fix my foundation on a freezing cold December day. They went beyond and above by clearing out the workspace. They spent 2 days fixing my foundation. Then they came back twice this spring to restore the concrete patio and rock bed. They put my raised gardens back. Nate and his crew were amazing. They were also the nicest, politest young men. Nate took took his time explaining the process to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

They went out of their way to answer any questions and keep me informed of the status of the progress of the job. . They were very courteous, worked long hours and did a fantastic job!! From the time Jeremy Higgins (Sr Field Inspector) arrived in our home to provide the assessment/estimate, to Jeremy Raby (Foreman) arriving with his crew to complete the work, it was 5 stars all the way. Jeremy H. did a great job listening to our history and concerns. He left our home with an appointment scheduled for the work to be done and a full review of what to expect. Jeremy R. arrived yesterday (Dec 26th) with his crew (Travis & Demetri) and completed the job with perfection. Jeremy provided me a full review of the plan and jumped right in with his crew to finish the project. Hardwood floor protection was placed prior to any work beginning. Upon completion of the job, they vacuumed all traveled traffic areas. Jeremy R. is quite mindful of a homeowner's space and the importance of respecting this space. It was clear in his performance, as well as, the performance of his crew. We highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!

Nate H came out to inspect the piering we had done in 2023 to shore up a garage wall that was settling separately from the rest of the house. He also checked the driveway for issues from the poly that was put under the concrete slabs at the same time. He was professional, efficient, and listened carefully to my complaints and fixed issues with drains that FRS put in last year that we weren’t happy with. I appreciate that he did not try to sell anything additional, just did a great job and left me feeling more confident in what I had purchased.

Very grateful for David who came out and inspected the property and provided us with a good plan of action. He also did an excellent job of educating us on why it was happening and what was needed. Additionally, the price versus the competitors was significantly lower! Dylan, the foreman for the job was professional, diligent, and very courteous. He definitely knew what he was doing, and he did a wonderful job of leading his two colleagues.
