3 months later, I'm still WOW'd by the great service I received from Jared and the team at Foundation Recovery Systems! I needed my driveway lifted due to sinking near my garage. I called 2 companies for a quotes. FRS responded first and I never had to wonder what was coming next! I received communication from Jared the night before my appointment just to confirm the scheduled date/time, which I appreciated. Then, on the day of my appointment, Jared not only let me know when he was the on the way, but he also provided an ETA. He showed up on time, with a kind smile and tons of knowledge! Jared spent time walking me through his observations of my driveway, the "why" behind what was happening and the "how" behind the recommended repair. He took time to measure the area to provide an accurate quote and answered my many questions! The FRS team that completed the repair the following week was just as kind, courteous and professional! It's worth noting I did receive a second quote from another company, and though the price was comparable, the level of service was not. I wasn't even sure if the other company was coming at the scheduled time for my estimate. The guy who showed up was at my house for maybe 2 minutes-no measurements, no insight on the recommended repair…just confirmation a quote would be emailed. Needless to say, the level of service and care from FRS really sets the bar high! They're one of one! Thank you to Jared and the team for taking care of my home, making me feel so comfortable and making the decision to go with FRS so incredibly easy! Your professionalism, knowledge and care is unmatched! If you're looking for foundation repairs, truly… look no further than FRS!

Very knowledgeable and took time to fully explain the process needed to fix our concrete issue. Daryn Holder showed up on time and ready to roll! It was like a Maestro and smiling crew. I used Foundation Recovery Systems to do foundation repair for an investment property in Olathe. They were able to straighten one wall and add supports to another. I really appreciated the communication and efficiency. The salesman, Ryan Howard, was great to work with. I appreciate the straight forward process. I spent more money than I wanted to on this project, but I expect the outcome is worth it in the long run.

I would like to extend my gratitude toward Colten and the team he sent to finish the job on my basement. It was a process with ups and downs but when he stepped in, he fixed my issues and went above and beyond what I ever expected. I can say the product has held up beautifully, on November 4-5th we had torrential downpour in the city of St. Louis, I’m happy to report i had a dry basement, not one drop of rain made its way in. I was incredibly relieved. I had a sump pump, drainage around my entire basement and wall barrier on walls with a drain in front of my basement door installed. The cost was competitive and a little less than others. I would highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems and Colten was very professional and the most accommodating person I’ve ever dealt with. This basement has caused me a lot of anxiety especially since I’ve only owned the house for 3 years and it was a lemon by all accounts covered in a pretty rehab, thanks to Colten there’s no more tears and only peace of mind! I would highly recommend if you want a company that takes great care of their clients. Thank you Colten!

Been having some foundation issues and decided to give these folks a call. Kevin Macdonald (Certified Field Inspector) came over and did a very thorough inspection of our foundation & crawl space. He measured moisture levels in the walls and floors and came up with several solutions we could choose from. He did a great job explaining areas that needed addressing and how FRS would go about fixing them. He was at our house for several hours and took a lot of pictures of the areas that need to be fixed. I called FRS to inquire about weatherproofing my crawlspace, and met with Kyle W. who worked with me on splitting up an encapsulation project to make it more affordable for my budget.Tyler S. and his team of Derrick P. and Leuck W. came out and worked well past sundown to get the bulk of the trenching and sump project done. The team was professional and kept on their tasks throughout the day.Not wanting to rush things in the dark, Tyler scheduled a follow up appointment to finish some of the finer details with another crew of Mason H. and Walker F. This team was equally professional and put the finishing touches on the new access door for the crawlspace.I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed, and I look forward to contacting them again to finish the second part of the project.

Had to get my basement pulled back out because it was leaning inward a couple inches. Jeremy R., Luca B., & Phillips B. were such an awesome crew. They were all so kind and explained everything they were doing. They got the wall straightened perfectly, cleaned up nicely after themselves, and are suppose to come back and finish the yard after the dirt settles. Other than the yard being on hold to finish, the job got done nicely! Not sure about other crews but I would recommend this crew!

I had a very positive experience with Foundation Recovery Systems. Foundation repair is a big investment and can cause anxiety, but Stephen, Camden and Dawson make it a doable worthwhile adventure. Stephen helps set up financial means, assesses the problems, and rolls up his sleeves to make it work. Camden and Dawson do the heavy lifting and explain everything along the way. They are a great team! They never leave you hanging: they respond to calls right away, answer all questions, and reassure anxious home owners. They were able to stay within the original price estimate. I really love these guys!

Foundation recovery systems installed Aquastop basement gutter, triple sump pump and downspout extension with yard well, such nice work. It rained yesterday no rain in the basement. Very satisfied. The install by Andrew Brakefield, Andrew Morris and Shawn Kalin was very professional. The work site was clean and the final product was beautiful, neat and they explained how the system worked. 100% satisfied. The concrete has dried and the final city inspection will occur Tue. We'll done.

He recommended to stabilize our foundation and showed the whole process, what to expect and exactly what it would cost. He also came up with future plans to help incase we ever need. I recently had this company out for an inspection, and I was very impressed with their service. Although I ultimately chose not to move forward with them, Bradley Cooper (even though he was not the real actor) was thorough and professional. The contractor arrived on time, was friendly, and took the time to explain the details of what they found. He was knowledgeable and transparent, providing insights and answering all my questions. Even though I decided to go in a different direction, I would recommend them to anyone. Great experience overall!
