Had a foundation gutter system and pump installed, then unexpectedly had to put my house up for sale. My inspection was this morning, 11/5/24, after a crazy 36 hours of rain. 10 inches where I lived. The inspector came, basement was BONE DRY. Phenomenal system installed. And it took these guys a day to install it. On top of it all I was pleasantly surprised with the price, and the level of customer service was outstanding. Wholeheartedly recommend.

I am having the work done on November 12. I will review that after instlation. I want to rate the Sales Rep William James. He did an excellent job with giving me all the information I needed to allow me to make an informed decision. He did not pressure me to do anything. It was my decission. He explained the different methods and systems used to level my porch, sidewalk and driveway. In my opinion, he is a keeper. If the contractor is as good as he is, I will advertise for them.

I had a plumbing leak inside of my crawl space and being unsure of what to do we called Foundation Recovery Systems. Mike Bonali came out and unfortunately my current problem was a bit more extreme than originally thought. It was outside of their scope of work BUT was still able to help us. He took the time to answer all of my questions and also reach out to his team and provide me with recommendations on someone who might be able to help. Definitely going to keep them in mind for future services if the need arises.

Foundation Recovery Systems installed 11 helical piers on the sinking addition to our house. First, our inspector/estimator, Tanner, was very informative, listened well to our concerns, and was easy to communicate with. After work was completed, Tanner followed up with a phone call to make sure we were pleased with the crew's work. Our crew foreman, Jon, and the rest of the crew were very professional and very hard working. Jon communicated with me clearly about what they were doing and why each step of the way. He also kept me informed of obstacles they encountered and how they were solving them. The crew accidentally damaged some window trim and an exterior door threshold, but Jon told me immediately about it and the company has reimbursed us every penny for repairs. The crew completed their work and we are so happy we hired FRS!

Turns out the issues are all cosmetic, and even though that was the case, and we didn’t need foundation repair, Tom still spent time brainstorming how the issues could have occurred and advising us on possible next steps. We appreciated his knowledge and integrity very much.
