Schedule Free Inspection

You’ve arrived home and noticed cracks forming across the outside walls of your home. You walk inside and notice the same thing is happening to the inside walls. All of this is distressing, so you decide to open a window for some fresh air. However, you notice that it won’t budge no matter how hard you push. All of these are signs of foundation damage, and they all can be remedied with our professional solutions.

Our Foundation Repair Solutions

Foundation damage is caused by weak soils, usually brought on by natural phenomena such as rain, drought, or tree roots. For that reason, all of our foundation repair solutions seek to provide your foundation with a sturdier form of support.

Wall Anchor System

Wall anchors are specifically designed to repair and protect against severe damage to the structural integrity of a property. Wall anchors are most commonly used when foundation damage causes walls to bow, usually due to hydrostatic pressure and weak soil. Bowed walls not only put a ton of stress on the structural integrity of your home, but they can also cause the walls to crack. Over time, water might leak through these cracks and cause even more damage. Cracked, bowing walls will only get worse over time, and wall anchors prevent this from happening.

Pier System

Piers are long, galvanized steel rods that are installed onto your foundation and properly redistribute the weight of your home. The result is a sturdier foundation and a well-protected home. Piers achieve this by being installed into the sturdy, load-bearing strata deep below the soil (such as bedrock). At these depths, the tightly packed soil is virtually immovable, so it provides your foundation with the strength it needs to withstand nearly any external force. Piers come in three varieties:

Each one is designed with its own unique installation methods, but they all achieve the same goal. Our team will work with you to determine which type of pier is the best fit for your foundation.

IntelliBrace™ Wall Repair System

Another stabilizing solution comes in the form of our specialized I-beams known as the IntelliBrace™ wall repair system. These beams work best for basements experiencing wall issues. These rigid beams are installed with a specialized bracket that can be tightened and adjusted over time to slowly move cracked or bowing walls back into their original positions. This not only prevents further deviation but can slowly return the wall to its original position.
