We recently contracted Foundation Recovery Systems to address a water issue in our basement, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Their team installed new drainage, jacks, a dehumidifier, and a triple sump pump, followed by a full encapsulation. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed, walking me through each step as the work was completed. A special shoutout to Cameron Erwin, Kalvin Harris, and Niko Basham for their remarkable dedication, professionalism, and long hours to ensure the job was done right.

We hired FRS to correct water seepage issues in our storm room and to add piers under one side of our house. Shawn explained the problems and solutions very well. Our crew came from Springfield MO, so had a 6 hour commute each day. They completed our project in 3-4 days. The team was led by James and Joseph. All work was excellent right thru cleanup. Mr. Chiles was professional extremely well polished and courteous. He gave us a start to finish run down of the job we wanted done. We had a plan to get multiple quotes from other companies but I’m satisfied that we had a fair and honest assessment of our situation and we decided to go with this company. Elliot arrived on time and was easy to talk to and understand. He went right to work checking out my crawl space on a freezing cold day. When he was done he shared his findings with me and drew up a foot print of the house and the work he recommended. It was all well explained and understandable me. He also gave me a quote for the work. It took about 2-3 hours and I'm confident he did a quality job.

We had an 800-square-foot walk-in crawl space that always smelled musty whenever it rained. Our finished basement also had high humidity, and we were constantly emptying a portable dehumidifier. We really wanted to use the crawl space for storage, but the dampness and smell made that impossible.After meeting with Shawn Lynge at Foundation Recovery Systems of Springfield Missouri, we finally had a plan that addressed the moisture problems in both the crawl space and the basement. They completely encapsulated the crawl space using high-quality materials and did an outstanding job. They insulated the block walls, installed a drainage mat, put down a heavy-duty 20-mil liner that runs across the floor and up the walls, and sealed everything up to keep moisture from getting in.They also installed a dehumidifier with its own drain line to the outside of the house. One of the things we really like is that it circulates dry, filtered air into our finished basement while pulling air back into the crawl space. It keeps both areas much more comfortable, and the unit is surprisingly quiet.The whole experience was great from start to finish. Shawn was great to work with during the estimate, and Bryce Erwin and William Oliphant kept everything on track during the installation. Both of them took the time to answer our questions, explain what they were doing, and make sure we were comfortable with the process. We never felt pressured, and it was obvious they cared about doing the job right.The finished result exceeded our expectations. Our crawl space is now clean, dry, and doesn't smell musty anymore. We can finally use it for storage without worrying about moisture or odors, and our basement humidity has improved too. We're very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Foundation Recovery Systems to anyone dealing with crawl space or basement moisture problems.

They worked hard and carefully, and their experience showed in how good the sidewalk now looks, with trip hazards eliminated. We were able to schedule the work within two weeks of initial bid, which was perfect. Wayne H. and Judah D. were the repair contractors from Foundation Recovery Systems that came and did the work. They were friendly and professional and I could tell they were a very experienced crew. They worked efficiently and effectively together, completing the project in about 4 hours, in the blazing heat no less! Finished result is night and day difference!! This crew was punctual and went to work and stayed working until they quit 8 or more hours later. John, Wyatt, Adam and Austin were courteous and attentive to keeping our cats in the house. Their work is good and the walls are straight. The basement is cleaner than it was when they began.

I used Foundation Recovery Systems to repair my driveway. The inspector Eric S came out. He explained the process with the injections. They were able to lift the 2 sunken slabs. It saved me a lot of money compared to replacing the concrete. I highly recommend them!

I had my entire crawlspace encapsulated, new sump pump, and a dehumidifier installed last year. I had my annual maintenance inspection yesterday with Inspector Cory Guerra and had an amazing experience. He showed up on time, was very professional, asked relevant questions, and got to work. He took his time to ensure a complete and thorough job was done, which I really appreciated. He checked on a concern I had with precision and expert knowledge. I wouldn't want it to go any way else with anyone else, to be honest.

Foundation Recovery Systems customer service from start to finish was a 5+ star experience. You are in constant communication via text whether it was for the appointment date/time, text that the inspector was enroute, phone call, you name it. Kevis Estes was our inspector; I had informed him to prior to coming out that I wasn't sure the cracks in our foundation were a serious problem, but something I wanted to address. When Kevin arrived, he was very friendly, offered to take his shoes off (we are a shoeless home), and surveyed the issue. Kevin took a look at the issue presented and was very honest that he didn't believe anything needed to be fixed. This put my mind at ease because most encounters I've had, businesses almost always try and come away with some type of money being spent. This was not the case. Kevin took the time to visit other areas of the basement and outside foundation to ensure no other areas needed attention. Thank you FRS for your time while Ill recommend you to any family or friends in the future. Kevin was GREAT!!!

Adam came by and went above and beyond to investigate the crawlspace. He was exceptionally thorough with his assessment and was detailed in his explanation. Adam communicated that since he was not able to fully assess the foundation, because of limited access, he would not give me a proposal for a solution he wasn't sure would remediate any discovered issues. I plan to have him and the FRS team back out as soon as I make the corrective action he recommended.

Corbin took the lead with his team of CJ and Austin. They were the friendliest, cleanest, most knowledgeable and hard working guys I've ever had doing work in my home. I had structural issues in my crawlspace, causing my bathroom floor to start slanting. Instead of taking a day or two as originally thought, these guys were in at 8 and out by 11. Corbin showed me afterward, pictures of what was done and answered all my questions. These guys were all very nice and worked hard! They get extra points for being so cool with my dogs and cats. Great crew, great work.

We purchased a home and weren't aware of a basement leak that had happened over a 3 yr time period due to a broken pipe, because it wasn't on the property disclosure form that was given to us. So we called various places to find out who may have serviced it at that time in an attempt to learn more and if we needed to be concerned or not. We got lucky and discovered that FRS was the one that did the repairs and allayed the concerns that we had from not knowing the extent of the damage from that time. Kurt McKeown was very helpful, transferred the warranty to us, and sent out a technician to look at the sump pump we had to tell us more about it and the service history, as a courtesy to us. This was much appreciated. His name was Derrick Nickerson and he made sure that all was well, performed maintenance on it, and told us what we needed to know to be informed homeowners. His time, expertise, and insight was much appreciated. He has a pleasant way about him, is very knowledgeable, and very good at his job. There have been no further problems since the repair 5 years ago, so we're thankful they did a good job in fixing the problem. We definitely recommend them to others and will remember them in the future for any needs we may have. We seldom give 5 stars because nobody is perfect, but FRS was pretty close. Thank you FRS for helping us.
