When your foundation springs a leak, it makes for a horrible reason to meet new people. But it was a pleasure to work with everyone on the team. From Adam coming and inspecting an educating me on your system. Talk about thorough, courteous, and very professional. To Landon and his team getting to work right away. What a great group of people. Well mannered and educated on there job. No hesitation when answering any question. Not to mention professional and costumer service second to none. They were in and out in the time that was projected. They were very easy to work with. Unfortunately foundation work isn't cheap. But with the finish product, customer care and professionalism I do believe I did get my money's worth. But to be honest the first big rain will be the ultimate test. I will update as soon as we have one. But as of now no regrets in hiring this wonderful group of people. Thank you guys for making a bad experience tolerable. No 5 stars , because that's perfection. And Noone is perfect. But definitely 4.7 stars.

Cody Shipley walked us through the options and helped us find something that worked with us.Furthermore, I'm impressed at the hoops the crew installing it had to go through. Our neighborhood streets are being worked on by the city and they had to deal with our street potentially getting closed without notice. They had a plan if it came to that, but thankfully it didn't.

Hunter performed an inspection for us and was truly outstanding. I wanted an estimate to lift my sinking sidewalk and correct a gap underneath our driveway. He arrived precisely on time, respecting our schedule. His explanations were succinct, leaving no room for confusion. Every question I had was answered clearly and thoroughly. While the work itself is expensive, Hunter made the beginning of the process as straightforward as possible. His professionalism and attention to detail set the tone for a positive experience. I had just purchased a home that had some significant concrete repairs that were needed, both on a patio/walkway and a driveway that had sunk below the garage floor by aproximately 3”. But then Mike and Isaiah came to our rescue. They started at 10am and worked non stop until they finished. Needless to say, they did a phenominal job and i highly recommend this company and especially this team of professionals to complete any job related to lifting concrete or restoring your foundation to its origional standards. Corbin took the lead with his team of CJ and Austin. They were the friendliest, cleanest, most knowledgeable and hard working guys I've ever had doing work in my home. I had structural issues in my crawlspace, causing my bathroom floor to start slanting. Instead of taking a day or two as originally thought, these guys were in at 8 and out by 11. Corbin showed me afterward, pictures of what was done and answered all my questions. These guys were all very nice and worked hard! They get extra points for being so cool with my dogs and cats. Great crew, great work.

I appreciate a business that responds in a timely fashion, shows up when they say they will, and has excellent communication. Foundation Recovery Systems has all of that. From the initial consultation with Jeremy White to the actual repair, every step of the way, the technicians contacted me en route to give an arrival time, made sure I knew what work was being done and why, and afterwards, we walked through and they explained everything clearly. The repairs were executed professionally by Chris Meyer and Brandon Saunders. They were very careful to keep my house in order during the work, they used drop clothes, they swept up, hauled off construction materials, and the trench in the yard was dug in very tidy. They didn’t leave a pile of excavated soil or anything for me to clean up after. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. You get the quality you pay for.

Bought a house that had a foot of standing water underneath due to a leaking spigot. Plumber fixed the leak then Foundation Recovery Systems came out and installed a triple sump system, permanent dehumidifier, fully encapsulated the crawlspace and added 3 steel beams to ensure the house doesn't sag overtime. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. Wayne and his team (led by Jordan) made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. They even came back out to make some adjustments per my request at no additional cost.

Gered Bales started things off right, providing a detailed estimate and initial assessment for the repair of our basement. He had the experience to offer a good explanation of the problem. He set up financing and was very responsive with issues preceding our project. Nate, Brian, and Gavin were our project team. Nate, as leader, provided a great explanation for the required change to the method of repair for the back wall. He was able to convert from anchoring to braces and extend the waterproofing system, to extend to the rest of the back wall. He and Brian were very experienced/knowledgeable in the work and the systems. Every time I ventured to observe the work, I was impressed with their attention to detail, making sure that things were done correctly. Although Gavin was less experienced, he was a dynamo. He and Brian hand dug the discharge line, under a sidewalk. I was particularly impressed with the job he had done breaking out the edge of the floor slab, without disturbing the footing. All of the team, did an excellent job of making sure that we were updated on the project progress.

We had the pleasure of meeting with Chris for initial consultation. We cannot say enough about how great the experience was! He was communicative the day of the appointment, prompt, knowledgeable, and was straightforward about what issues he saw right off the bat as well as what kind of price point we could expect. We were given multiple options and there was never any pressure to make a decision. On top of that, there was never a moment where it felt like we were being upsold or given an inflated price. He took the time to go over what the process for the work would look like and what we could expect after. I would work with Chris again in an instant and can’t recommend him enough. Foundation repair can feel like a scary concept but we felt we were in good hands the entire experience.

I found them by a quick google search but of course reading the reviews I decided to go with their service. I was first contacted by Peter Sirna who was the sales associate who helped schedule everything and answer every question we had. When I say every question he did, even a text on the weekend he was quick to respond. The crew came out on the day that promised and there were a couple of issues. They immediately brought them to our attention and they broke down how to solve the issue promptly. The crew ran by Joel, Trayvon, and Coleman were awesome. They got here early and stayed late if they had to. If you have any doubts on which company to use I would highly recommend them, they are extremely professional, cleaned up afterwards, and will even come back in the future to make sure that all the work they did was done correctly. Lifetime warranty is a cherry on top. Wouldn’t be the sharpest knife if you went with someone else.

Had issues with our sidewalks dropping in the front and sides of our church. From our first contact, Dakota to the two gentleman that actually came out to do the repairs, Denzel and KD, it was a great experience. Worked with us on a reasonable price and went above and beyond on service.All were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The repairs look fantastic. I would recommend.

Nick came and did an inspection, then explained what all needed to be done, and wrote up an estimate. Nick was great in all aspects of his job, and we really wanted foundation recovery to do the work, but sorry to say, Nick we really didn't want to put out that kind of money at this time. Nick gets 5 stars, but the overall cost is only reason for the 4 stars. I do say though, you get what you pay for.

I just had Kevin from Foundation Recovery Systems out to inspection my log home. I was worried about cracks in my drywall and foundation, and was recommended to Foundation Recovery systems. They were pleasant on the phone when scheduling, and got me an appointment pretty quickly. I was sent confirmations and reminders, which I appreciated because my memory is not the best. Kevin called 30 minutes before arrival as promised and showed up right on time. He was such a nice person, I felt comfortable letting him in my home and trusted him to walk around on his own. He let me show him the areas of concern and then explained his process in finding out what, if anything, they can do for me. It didn't take him long, and he came to show me the results and was honest and said there was nothing wrong, just the house contrasting in the heat/cold. So while I don't need their services past this inspection, I would 100% recommend Foundation Recovery Systems and Kevin for any work you may need done.

If you have the opportunity to work with Kevin MacDonald, we highly recommend him. He is super honest, thorough, friendly, and made sure we were in the know with everything he was doing while inspecting our property. He saved us thousands of dollars by confirming nothing is wrong with our property when another competitor told us opposite just to get paid. I called for a quote because I have sidewalks all around my 1915 home that are in very bad shape and heaving in several places as well as a washed out area of sidewalk that sunk about 5". They came out and gave me a quote within a week. I had questions and the owner came to my home at 8:00 on a Saturday morning to discuss the areas he had included in his proposal. Two days later they came out and did the work. They were on time and did exactly everything that they said they were going to do. I'm very impressed with Chris and Barb at Top Notch. I didn't get Chris's technician's name that came out with him but he seemed friendly and worked hard the entire time as well. I will definitely refer people I know to Top Notch. Very impressed!

3 months later, I'm still WOW'd by the great service I received from Jared and the team at Foundation Recovery Systems! I needed my driveway lifted due to sinking near my garage. I called 2 companies for a quotes. FRS responded first and I never had to wonder what was coming next! I received communication from Jared the night before my appointment just to confirm the scheduled date/time, which I appreciated. Then, on the day of my appointment, Jared not only let me know when he was the on the way, but he also provided an ETA. He showed up on time, with a kind smile and tons of knowledge! Jared spent time walking me through his observations of my driveway, the "why" behind what was happening and the "how" behind the recommended repair. He took time to measure the area to provide an accurate quote and answered my many questions! The FRS team that completed the repair the following week was just as kind, courteous and professional! It's worth noting I did receive a second quote from another company, and though the price was comparable, the level of service was not. I wasn't even sure if the other company was coming at the scheduled time for my estimate. The guy who showed up was at my house for maybe 2 minutes-no measurements, no insight on the recommended repair…just confirmation a quote would be emailed. Needless to say, the level of service and care from FRS really sets the bar high! They're one of one! The work of Brandon C, Dylan E, Darrion R, Blake B and Cris B was all incredibly professional and well done. They were respectful of how their heavy machinery needed for the job moved around the yard, put extra care in not damaging things that were in the way of their work and even moved rocks my kids had decorated to a different spot so they wouldn’t get damaged which I felt was above and beyond. They really cared about doing what could be done for our specific porch/foundation fix rather than just doing a generic job.

The worked performed was well done as stated in the contract. The team members on day one, Forman Camryn, co-foreman Josh, installer Tanner all worked well together. They were all hardworking, conscientious about their work, communicated well as to work procedures they were performing and they were punctual. On day two we also had Lee and Kaden come to help with the last bit of work to be completed and they as well displayed all the qualities of the crew on day one. We were very satisfied with the work and would recommend them to others needing foundation work.
