I have never given a review before, but after hiring Foundation Recovery Systems to rise my garage floor I was highly motivated to do so.The process started with Travis who came out to look at my garage floor and give me an assessment and quote. Travis is very friendly, professional, and educated me on my different options to fix my problem. After discussing my options with Travis I decided to purchase a poly-lift for my garage floor. Foundation Recovery's bid came in the middle of the 3 bids that I received, but I chose them because their warranty far exceeded the other 2 contractors, 5 years vs 2 years. But I also chose them because of Travis, just like working with him.On Dec 1st, Jeremiah and Jake came out to do the lift. They showed up on time and where also very friendly and professional. We discussed a few of my concerns and then they got to work. Took them about 3 hours to complete the work and afterwards they informed me of 2 other issues to keep an eye on, no footings under my garage posts and a foundation wall that may be moving. They also explained to me how to monitor both situations.Last thing, when Travis gave me the bid, he explained that the bid was good no matter how much material use. The other 2 contractors both stated that there would be additional fees if they exceed the amount of poly they estimated. I am so glad the I went with Foundation Recovery Systems, because Jeremiah & Jake reported to me when they finished that they used a lot more poly then they anticipated.Needless to say, if I ever need any sort of foundation work in the future I will be calling Foundation Recovery Systems. They not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. Thank you, guys!

Adam came to our home to inspect potential foundation repairs and was extremely thorough, honest and knowledgeable. I have a much better understanding of what is happening with our home and although repairs are not urgent at this time I have more peace of mind and knowledge about any future repairs that may need to take place. I cannot speak to the work that FRS does but in terms of a representative that will come to diagnose issues with your home, Adam is second to none.

The worked performed was well done as stated in the contract. The team members on day one, Forman Camryn, co-foreman Josh, installer Tanner all worked well together. They were all hardworking, conscientious about their work, communicated well as to work procedures they were performing and they were punctual. On day two we also had Lee and Kaden come to help with the last bit of work to be completed and they as well displayed all the qualities of the crew on day one. We were very satisfied with the work and would recommend them to others needing foundation work.

I had a consultation with Bill from Foundation Recovery Systems regarding some concrete lifting we thought was necessary. After evaluating the situation, Bill quickly determined that the issue wasn't with the concrete itself, but with drainage problems causing the sinking. Instead of recommending unnecessary work to fix the concrete, which would likely sink again, he advised me to first address the downspouts to prevent further damage. Bill told me to contact him again in the future once the drainage issue was resolved. It's rare to find a company that values integrity over profit, and Bill's honesty and expertise truly stood out. It’s refreshing to work with a business that prioritizes what's best for the customer rather than just pushing for a quick fix. I’ll definitely be reaching out to him once the drainage issue is sorted out!

We haven’t had our work completed so we will come back and address any concerns “if” we run into issues. What I can say is Doug Helfrich has really helped and educated us on the project we are taking underway. He came out quickly and was very prompt with a response/bid which was appreciated as we were under contract to sell the home. He even came out a second time when we wanted to get something else addressed as well. On a Sunday at that! He was very prompt with phone calls and text messages and while waiting for our project has kept in touch to keep us updated. My dad is a hvac guy and Doug reminds me so much of him. Educating us, taking the time for small talk, just letting us know it’s a not a huge project they could handle it and do it all the time. He made me feel like we were one of his kids the way he spoke with us and has taken care of us. We hope the install process goes as smoothly as the bid/project assessment.

Been having some foundation issues and decided to give these folks a call. Kevin Macdonald (Certified Field Inspector) came over and did a very thorough inspection of our foundation & crawl space. He measured moisture levels in the walls and floors and came up with several solutions we could choose from. He did a great job explaining areas that needed addressing and how FRS would go about fixing them. He was at our house for several hours and took a lot of pictures of the areas that need to be fixed. I recently had basement waterproofing and some foundation slip jacking done because of flooding from three straight days of rain last fall. Jeremy helped get me going on what I needed to ensure there was no further damage. Devan and his crew took less than 2 days to fully seal my basement, install wall bracers and a new sump pump. I then had Trent and Mike help slip jack and even out several spots around my property and it looks and feels amazing. Everything was explained before it was done and any questions I had were immediately answered. Having foundation cracks, sinking and basement damage was an incredibly stressful event but these guys made it feel easy. Absolutely recommend these guys if you need efficient and quick work done on your foundation!

I had the pleasure of having Jesse and his co-worker at my home to perform a poly-lift on my old, beat-up driveway. The cracking and amount of sunken slab work significant. The guys worked tirelessly from about 11am-5pm and fixed every leveling issue from the porch to the driveway, and a small part of my sidewalk. The gaps and voids were massive in some areas, and these guys made one heck of an eye sore look "normal" once again. Plus, now I have a functional driveway and patio area, and I no longer need to worry about someone tripping or getting hurt or damaging a car that bottoms out on the sunken portion of the driveway. Between the zero % financing option, priced in the lower half of all the quotes I received, and the 5 Year Warranty for any movement more than 1/4"…this was a no-brainer. Jesse and his counterpart did an amazing job, and I would highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems to anyone looking for an affordable alternative to a complete driveway tear out and repour.

They drove up with a backhoe to dig in the back yard. My yard is not accessible except thru a small gate. Leo, the crew leader resolved the issue with a different system than what was originally planned and the work was done efficiently in about 5-6 hours. The metal braces look sufficient to support the bowed basement wall and apparently need adjusted periodically to actual correct the bowing. I wasn't aware of this since the original system was different. The crew did a good job and cleaned up well before leaving.

I had just renovated my basement after thinking that I had taken care of any water issues, but after another bout of heavy rain it was clear I had not fixed the issue. Joe was so helpful and kind during our consultation. He was with me every step of the way as I prepared the basement for installation and made me feel so comfortable during the entire process. My foreman Greg and his crew, Andy, co-foreman and installer Cody were so communicative during the entire installation process, sending pictures and took the time to ensure that the rest of my house was taken care of. I truly felt like I was a valued customer and that I was receiving individual attention from each of the employees that I encountered at Foundation Recovery Systems. I called for a quote because I have sidewalks all around my 1915 home that are in very bad shape and heaving in several places as well as a washed out area of sidewalk that sunk about 5". They came out and gave me a quote within a week. I had questions and the owner came to my home at 8:00 on a Saturday morning to discuss the areas he had included in his proposal. Two days later they came out and did the work. They were on time and did exactly everything that they said they were going to do. I'm very impressed with Chris and Barb at Top Notch. I didn't get Chris's technician's name that came out with him but he seemed friendly and worked hard the entire time as well. I will definitely refer people I know to Top Notch. Very impressed!

We hired FRS to correct water seepage issues in our storm room and to add piers under one side of our house. Shawn explained the problems and solutions very well. Our crew came from Springfield MO, so had a 6 hour commute each day. They completed our project in 3-4 days. The team was led by James and Joseph. All work was excellent right thru cleanup. Had a foundation gutter system and pump installed, then unexpectedly had to put my house up for sale. My inspection was this morning, 11/5/24, after a crazy 36 hours of rain. 10 inches where I lived. The inspector came, basement was BONE DRY. Phenomenal system installed. And it took these guys a day to install it. On top of it all I was pleasantly surprised with the price, and the level of customer service was outstanding. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Jonathan came out and inspected our property, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to point out other issues that we just simply weren't aware of. We loved that he SHOWED us how he determined the extent of the problem rather than just spouting a bunch of numbers without proper context. We learned a lot about our home that day. He made us feel comfortable about addressing the issue, which was a relief because work like this on the home can be overwhelming and mentally exhausting. Turns out the solution was a simple fix, just four piers and that corner of the home was lifted back to level and now we can finally fix the drywall damaged by the foundation settling.

In turn, Tyler Sears came out to install the system and explain how it works and what to expect. I'm very pleased at this point. In my area the last couple days we've had rain. Last night (3-27-25) we had significant rain. I checked my basement this morning and I'm very pleased to see the system worked. No more worries. Good Investment.
