I had my entire crawlspace encapsulated, new sump pump, and a dehumidifier installed last year. I had my annual maintenance inspection yesterday with Inspector Cory Guerra and had an amazing experience. He showed up on time, was very professional, asked relevant questions, and got to work. He took his time to ensure a complete and thorough job was done, which I really appreciated. He checked on a concern I had with precision and expert knowledge. I wouldn't want it to go any way else with anyone else, to be honest.

We recently had Foundation Recovery Systems out to fix our foundation. I wanted to express how impressed we were with the whole process. We had a few bids, one in which the company stated they would need almost three weeks to to finish the work. Not only did Foundation Recovery Systems fix our issue but they did it in a day and a half at almost half the price of the other bids we had received. I want to make sure that the gentlemen who did the work get the recognition they deserve as well because they were all phenomenal. The inspector who came to visit us was Hunter Herbst. I explained to him what we were needing, told him of the other bids and the proposals we had received. He did not try to up sell me, was not pushy in any way and put together a plan that best fit what we needed. The three gentlemen who came out to do this back breaking work were Greg Harvey, Dillon Sults-Evans and Josh Cummings. All three were highly professional. They worked fast and efficient and when they left, beyond the work they completed, you couldn't even tell they were there. Our basement was spotless. They also have pretty good taste in music as well. I could not recommend this company higher, if you are needing foundation repair make sure to reach out to them.

What a great company! From our initial consultation with Barry to the ground crew Lee, Camryn, and Joshua, this has been an easier process than I could have hoped for. Lee, Camryn and Joshua did a great job raising our entire slab all the way around the house. Professional and courteous- they were always polite and happy to answer any questions I had all week long. They did a great job of cleaning up inside and out. If this crew isn't the number one crew in the nation they should be! You can't go wrong with Foundation Recovery Systems.

He gave suggestions upon inspection of the outside of the house but never said we needed service from them. I recently had foundation work done on my home by Foundation Recovery Systems, and I cannot say enough good things about the crew that handled the job—JT, Nez, and Luke. From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation I had. They were professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each step of the process in detail. What stood out the most was their willingness to let me observe and ask questions along the way. Not only did they do excellent work, but they also made the experience stress-free and even enjoyable with their friendly and approachable attitudes. Grant was very knowledgeable, timely, and professional. He showed me how FRS can transform my crawl space from a dingy, musty, moldy area to one that’s tidy, clean, and dry. He showed me how they can keep it that way for years to come by installing various drainage options, subterraneous pumps, vapor barriers & even dehumidifiers. I feel we came up with a good plan of attack and a great solution to my problem. I highly recommend giving Grant a call with Foundation Recovery Systems to see what he can do for you!

I cannot praise this company and, especially Ed Macdonald, enough! Ed saved me from buying a house that would have cost me a fortune to fix up. He sent me a detailed report of the repairs that would have to be implemented, including tearing off the enclosed back porch which the owner had listed as a bedroom and porch. I would have ended up with a one bedroom house and $40,000 in foundation repairs. Thanks to Ed I bought a different house which I was sure needed no foundation repairs. Ed offered to come by and check it out. He spent 45 minutes measuring humidity levels in the basement, checking the foundation, and measuring the floors to see if they were level. It was off by 3/4" in the living room and explained what the owners must have done. This is a 100 year old house which I am fine with being a little off. He said the foundation had no problems! It is so refreshing to work with honest people. Ed was so personable and took his time to explain every detail of each house. I feel like I made a new friend. Thank you so much Ed!!!

3 months later, I'm still WOW'd by the great service I received from Jared and the team at Foundation Recovery Systems! I needed my driveway lifted due to sinking near my garage. I called 2 companies for a quotes. FRS responded first and I never had to wonder what was coming next! I received communication from Jared the night before my appointment just to confirm the scheduled date/time, which I appreciated. Then, on the day of my appointment, Jared not only let me know when he was the on the way, but he also provided an ETA. He showed up on time, with a kind smile and tons of knowledge! Jared spent time walking me through his observations of my driveway, the "why" behind what was happening and the "how" behind the recommended repair. He took time to measure the area to provide an accurate quote and answered my many questions! The FRS team that completed the repair the following week was just as kind, courteous and professional! It's worth noting I did receive a second quote from another company, and though the price was comparable, the level of service was not. I wasn't even sure if the other company was coming at the scheduled time for my estimate. The guy who showed up was at my house for maybe 2 minutes-no measurements, no insight on the recommended repair…just confirmation a quote would be emailed. Needless to say, the level of service and care from FRS really sets the bar high! They're one of one! Thank you to Jared and the team for taking care of my home, making me feel so comfortable and making the decision to go with FRS so incredibly easy! The pricing was fair considering the amount of work involved and three other contractors offering no solutions but a $10-$12K sump pump system. My crawl space lacked the necessary 24-18 inches required for sealing. Gary D, Luca B., Todd D., & Jordan M. came through and completed an excellent job. Joshua Sims was my initial inspector and contract bidder, gave me a great list of options, and clear explanations of different options as well as good financing options. We were able to schedule the work within two weeks of initial bid, which was perfect. Wayne H. and Judah D. were the repair contractors from Foundation Recovery Systems that came and did the work. They were friendly and professional and I could tell they were a very experienced crew. They worked efficiently and effectively together, completing the project in about 4 hours, in the blazing heat no less! Finished result is night and day difference!! I can’t recommend them and this company enough! The real deal, quality work! Thank you for helping make my home, and by extension our neighborhood that much nicer! Nick

I have never given a review before, but after hiring Foundation Recovery Systems to rise my garage floor I was highly motivated to do so.The process started with Travis who came out to look at my garage floor and give me an assessment and quote. Travis is very friendly, professional, and educated me on my different options to fix my problem. After discussing my options with Travis I decided to purchase a poly-lift for my garage floor. Foundation Recovery's bid came in the middle of the 3 bids that I received, but I chose them because their warranty far exceeded the other 2 contractors, 5 years vs 2 years. But I also chose them because of Travis, just like working with him.On Dec 1st, Jeremiah and Jake came out to do the lift. They showed up on time and where also very friendly and professional. We discussed a few of my concerns and then they got to work. Took them about 3 hours to complete the work and afterwards they informed me of 2 other issues to keep an eye on, no footings under my garage posts and a foundation wall that may be moving. They also explained to me how to monitor both situations.Last thing, when Travis gave me the bid, he explained that the bid was good no matter how much material use. The other 2 contractors both stated that there would be additional fees if they exceed the amount of poly they estimated. I am so glad the I went with Foundation Recovery Systems, because Jeremiah & Jake reported to me when they finished that they used a lot more poly then they anticipated.Needless to say, if I ever need any sort of foundation work in the future I will be calling Foundation Recovery Systems. They not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. Thank you, guys!

I would highly recommend FRS! I had just inherited my home after my dad’s passing, and I was tired of looking at the crack above the kitchen doorway. I knew I would eventually remodel, but after inspecting the crawl space, I discovered the north wall had begun to cave in. This house was built in 1950 by my grandfather, so repairing and preserving it was very important to me. FRS did a great job. One unexpected expense came up after the original quote, but they split the cost of the additional work, and I truly appreciated their fairness and transparency. Their team was professional, respectful, and clearly skilled. I will definitely be calling them back to wrap my crawl space and level the concrete. They helped protect and restore a home that

I had a consultation with Bill from Foundation Recovery Systems regarding some concrete lifting we thought was necessary. After evaluating the situation, Bill quickly determined that the issue wasn't with the concrete itself, but with drainage problems causing the sinking. Instead of recommending unnecessary work to fix the concrete, which would likely sink again, he advised me to first address the downspouts to prevent further damage. Bill told me to contact him again in the future once the drainage issue was resolved. It's rare to find a company that values integrity over profit, and Bill's honesty and expertise truly stood out. It’s refreshing to work with a business that prioritizes what's best for the customer rather than just pushing for a quick fix. I’ll definitely be reaching out to him once the drainage issue is sorted out!

Foundation recovery systems installed Aquastop basement gutter, triple sump pump and downspout extension with yard well, such nice work. It rained yesterday no rain in the basement. Very satisfied. The install by Andrew Brakefield, Andrew Morris and Shawn Kalin was very professional. The work site was clean and the final product was beautiful, neat and they explained how the system worked. 100% satisfied. The concrete has dried and the final city inspection will occur Tue. We'll done.
