I had purchased a home with prior work by FRS and they honored the 25 year (!) warranty on some drainage that needed tweaking. Ryan L. came out and was super-professional, competent, quickly diagnosed the problem and we booked the fix along with some add-on work. Every thing was explained, there was no push for unnecessary add-ons, and I was given options. It's rare for a company to stand by their work that long and that honestly so they have my highest endorsement. I can honestly say you can stop looking right here, this is the company you want for foundation or drainage issues.

We got a late start cause of a change in plan and they still finished the job that same day! They worked really hard and took only a few minute breaks to drink water. We had such a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and I highly recommend them! Communication was great all around. The salesman Eric S was super helpful! He explained what another contractor did wrong and helped me with how to respond to that contractor. He took texts and answered questions prior to us signing the contract, and then between signing and install. Then the crew who did the install was fantastic too! Foreman Greg H and his crew worked so hard and fast! They did a helpful walk through before the job began and answered questions. On the second day of install was a snowstorm and they came anyways to finish the job, even though they could have delayed. One of the guys was manually mixing cement in 0 degree temps! They laid the cement very nicely, much smoother than the contractor we had before. And I was especially impressed that the cleaned up so well, better than how they found it (with the mess from the earlier contractor).

Ethan Longbine just left here. He is a Service Technician with FRS. He did a great job taking care of a leaky pipe running from my furnace to the sump pit. He also was very helpful in wiping up some water/mildew area's after sealing the pipe. I have to say that FRS customer service is stellar, and I would recommend them to anybody. They are not cheap, but sometimes quality costs. And it is especially good to know how they treat previous customers like me. Because that is what makes "return customers"! Adam communicated that since he was not able to fully assess the foundation, because of limited access, he would not give me a proposal for a solution he wasn't sure would remediate any discovered issues. We recently had Foundation Recovery Systems out to fix our foundation. I wanted to express how impressed we were with the whole process. We had a few bids, one in which the company stated they would need almost three weeks to to finish the work. Not only did Foundation Recovery Systems fix our issue but they did it in a day and a half at almost half the price of the other bids we had received. I want to make sure that the gentlemen who did the work get the recognition they deserve as well because they were all phenomenal. The inspector who came to visit us was Hunter Herbst. I explained to him what we were needing, told him of the other bids and the proposals we had received. He did not try to up sell me, was not pushy in any way and put together a plan that best fit what we needed. The three gentlemen who came out to do this back breaking work were Greg Harvey, Dillon Sults-Evans and Josh Cummings. All three were highly professional. They worked fast and efficient and when they left, beyond the work they completed, you couldn't even tell they were there. Our basement was spotless. They also have pretty good taste in music as well. I could not recommend this company higher, if you are needing foundation repair make sure to reach out to them.

We hired FRS to correct water seepage issues in our storm room and to add piers under one side of our house. Shawn explained the problems and solutions very well. Our crew came from Springfield MO, so had a 6 hour commute each day. They completed our project in 3-4 days. The team was led by James and Joseph. All work was excellent right thru cleanup. We have been in our home for such a short time and my wife and I started seeing cracks in our walls. We had another “reputable” Company come out and give is a bid on what they thought needed done. Doing our due diligence we contacted FRS to have them come out. My expectations were minimal. I could not have been more wrong. Cesar came and assessed, diagnosed and thoroughly walked me through what was actually going on with our home and his Integrity and professionalism was outstanding! Thanks to Cesar and his honesty, we will be using FRS for all our work and recommending them to anyone that needs Foundation work in the future. More specifically, Cesar “The House Whisperer” Munoz!

Jonathan came out and inspected our property, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to point out other issues that we just simply weren't aware of. We loved that he SHOWED us how he determined the extent of the problem rather than just spouting a bunch of numbers without proper context. We learned a lot about our home that day. He made us feel comfortable about addressing the issue, which was a relief because work like this on the home can be overwhelming and mentally exhausting. Turns out the solution was a simple fix, just four piers and that corner of the home was lifted back to level and now we can finally fix the drywall damaged by the foundation settling.

Appreciated the hard work Josh Howard, Derrick Bushnell, and Josh Zike put into my crawlspace encapsulation. It was a tight fit but they found a way to get the job done as promised, and I was impressed by the results. I would recommend them and FRS to anybody looking for this kind of work to be done on their home. They were knowledgeable, approachable, and gave me lots of information I never knew about my house as they spent two days staring up its skirt on their backs.

We called foundation recovery systems out because our drive way had settled a lot over the past 5 years of owning the house, we were considering just tearing it out and getting a new drive way. Jonathan came out and did his inspection, was able to bring other issues on the home to our attention. The fact that the solution he was able to provide was a fraction of the costs for a new drive way was reason enough to move forward with the work we wanted done. Driveway was lifted and we didn't have to wait forever for the solution to cure, we were able to use our driveway day of install.

I recently needed to resolve a water issue in my basement. After requesting a few different companies come out for quotes, Foundation Recovery Systems rose to the top. They determined a waterproofing solution while also finding a major structural issue that needed fixing as soon as possible (that had been overlooked by the previous company). Clifford, the foreman, and his crew, Rylee and Emanuel, were great! Cliff provided clear communication at every step of the job, and he offered multiple solutions when an issue arose. The entire team was beyond respectful, friendly, and committed to doing the best work possible. I was even asked every day if the time frame of the work fit within my schedule and needs. While structural and water issues with a house are stressful, Cliff and the team's words and actions put my mind at ease. I'm very pleased with the results, and I would definitely recommend FRS.

I was currently looking for a temporary solution while selling but if wasn't selling my house then I would get the permanent solution. Starting with Preston originally, then Sergio's team, with Jay I believe and the guy who was with them on the second day (forgetting name) who was very knowledgeable as well on all parts of the job. This of course is the type of work you wish you did not have to do or pay for; but starting from the beginning I got a lot of confidence with the process, then the guys doing the work. Several years ago I had a new sump pump system installed by Foundation Recovery Systems and things have been working fine. I just recently had a courtesy “check up” on my system performed by service technician Randy Smith. He was friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about workmanship. He looked at the set up in my basement, looked outside at the downspouts and walls, measured humidity levels and when he saw some places I could improve a situation he pointed them out. He was thorough and explained everything he was checking and doing. I felt very confident in his suggestions and they made sense. I look forward to working with both Randy and FRS in future years! The technician was polite and very respectful, but most importantly David was thorough and made a full walk through of our home and created 2d blue print to walk us through what needs to be taken care of. Hands down great guy and great company
