What a great company! From our initial consultation with Barry to the ground crew Lee, Camryn, and Joshua, this has been an easier process than I could have hoped for. Lee, Camryn and Joshua did a great job raising our entire slab all the way around the house. Professional and courteous- they were always polite and happy to answer any questions I had all week long. They did a great job of cleaning up inside and out. If this crew isn't the number one crew in the nation they should be! You can't go wrong with Foundation Recovery Systems.

He went through and educated us regarding our foundation and issues we want to watch out for. He was very honest and personable. We would use this company again based on our experience. I have been so pleased with Foundation Recovery Systems as a whole. Making an appointment was easy and they werent booked too far out, which was really nice. The inspector arrived on time and was very professional and friendly right from the beginning. Tyler Potter, our inspector, was seriously top notch. Very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to our concerns and then performed a very thorough inspection to give us a complete picture as to what we were looking at and how it might be addressed. Unfortunately, we will have to address other concerns before we can move forward on fixing our foundation but I would have no hesitation to give Tyler a call back when the time comes and I know it will be handled correctly and professionally.

Kevin MacDonald came to our home today because I noticed a couple of cracks above the doors. He explained what he was going to do before he started the inspection. After the inspection, he told us nothing needs to be done and possibly a follow up in the summer due to us being on a crawl space. We have insulation under the floor and just want to make sure we don’t get any mold. This gentleman could have tried selling us some sort of repair but was being honest with us. Having a person/ company that isn’t taking advantage of us is nice. We would recommend this company and Kevin MacDonald to anyone.

They were able to complete job without moving or Uninstalling the ac unit. Nate H came out to inspect the piering we had done in 2023 to shore up a garage wall that was settling separately from the rest of the house. He also checked the driveway for issues from the poly that was put under the concrete slabs at the same time. He was professional, efficient, and listened carefully to my complaints and fixed issues with drains that FRS put in last year that we weren’t happy with. I appreciate that he did not try to sell anything additional, just did a great job and left me feeling more confident in what I had purchased.

Gered Bales started things off right, providing a detailed estimate and initial assessment for the repair of our basement. He had the experience to offer a good explanation of the problem. He set up financing and was very responsive with issues preceding our project. Nate, Brian, and Gavin were our project team. Nate, as leader, provided a great explanation for the required change to the method of repair for the back wall. He was able to convert from anchoring to braces and extend the waterproofing system, to extend to the rest of the back wall. He and Brian were very experienced/knowledgeable in the work and the systems. Every time I ventured to observe the work, I was impressed with their attention to detail, making sure that things were done correctly. Although Gavin was less experienced, he was a dynamo. He and Brian hand dug the discharge line, under a sidewalk. I was particularly impressed with the job he had done breaking out the edge of the floor slab, without disturbing the footing. All of the team, did an excellent job of making sure that we were updated on the project progress.

He was very knowledgeable and very patient when going through the process of not only telling me how the issue will be best resolved with the waterproofing and sump pump system, but also answering my questions. We purchased a home and weren't aware of a basement leak that had happened over a 3 yr time period due to a broken pipe, because it wasn't on the property disclosure form that was given to us. So we called various places to find out who may have serviced it at that time in an attempt to learn more and if we needed to be concerned or not. We got lucky and discovered that FRS was the one that did the repairs and allayed the concerns that we had from not knowing the extent of the damage from that time. Kurt McKeown was very helpful, transferred the warranty to us, and sent out a technician to look at the sump pump we had to tell us more about it and the service history, as a courtesy to us. This was much appreciated. His name was Derrick Nickerson and he made sure that all was well, performed maintenance on it, and told us what we needed to know to be informed homeowners. His time, expertise, and insight was much appreciated. He has a pleasant way about him, is very knowledgeable, and very good at his job. There have been no further problems since the repair 5 years ago, so we're thankful they did a good job in fixing the problem. We definitely recommend them to others and will remember them in the future for any needs we may have. We seldom give 5 stars because nobody is perfect, but FRS was pretty close. Thank you FRS for helping us.

The foundation on my slab home sunk 2 1/4 inches causing large cracks in the walls ect. The engineer Joe from FRS explained throughly what happened to my home and what it would take to fix it. He answered all my questions and and never pressured me to do anything. Nate and his crew Brian, Josh and Jaeden came out to fix my foundation on a freezing cold December day. They went beyond and above by clearing out the workspace. They spent 2 days fixing my foundation. Then they came back twice this spring to restore the concrete patio and rock bed. They put my raised gardens back. Nate and his crew were amazing. They were also the nicest, politest young men. Nate took took his time explaining the process to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

Mike Williams, foreman, Tyler Bennett, co-foreman, and Kanen Carlson, installer, were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They explained every step in the process, and did an outstanding job. They called to let us know they were on the way and arrived promptly, worked steadily all day, and completed our project as promised. I recently had this company out for an inspection, and I was very impressed with their service. Although I ultimately chose not to move forward with them, Bradley Cooper (even though he was not the real actor) was thorough and professional. The contractor arrived on time, was friendly, and took the time to explain the details of what they found. He was knowledgeable and transparent, providing insights and answering all my questions. Even though I decided to go in a different direction, I would recommend them to anyone. Great experience overall!

I had MAJOR work done by FRS. Two 1000+ square-foot crawlspaces required full drainage systems, support structuring, wood replacement, and encapsulation. Also had foam injections into very large pool patio to level concrete as well as installing channel drain into said patio. Just thought I'd get that out there to give context to below review.Prompt response to request for information, detailed quotes and analysis, fair and easy financing, they show up and they communicate throughout, they inform you of additional things that come up on the job you may want to address, and if you are concerned about it their crews speak your language and can deal directly with you. Also affordable maintenance plans to ensure their system stays in top shape or to address any unlikely issues. FRS was definitely not the least expensive option, but after dealing with many contractors they were worth every penny for the aforementioned reasons. Time will tell if I need to use any warranties and how they handle that agreement; but after looking at the work product I don't think I will have to.

I recently needed to resolve a water issue in my basement. After requesting a few different companies come out for quotes, Foundation Recovery Systems rose to the top. They determined a waterproofing solution while also finding a major structural issue that needed fixing as soon as possible (that had been overlooked by the previous company). Clifford, the foreman, and his crew, Rylee and Emanuel, were great! Cliff provided clear communication at every step of the job, and he offered multiple solutions when an issue arose. The entire team was beyond respectful, friendly, and committed to doing the best work possible. I was even asked every day if the time frame of the work fit within my schedule and needs. While structural and water issues with a house are stressful, Cliff and the team's words and actions put my mind at ease. I'm very pleased with the results, and I would definitely recommend FRS.
