We were quoted 2 days for repair and they were able to repair it in less than a full day and went above and beyond on replacing french drain that had to be removed to make way for the repairs. Brandon and his team did a great job with our foundation repair. He kept me informed about what was happening and was open to answering my questions. When he needed to change something from the plan he let me know and explained in details. I would have him come back if I ever needed anyone again.For the garage floor leveling Jeremiah, Jake and KD were equally great. Friendly, efficient and kept me informed as to what was happening. We had Foundation Recovery complete the work on our foundation that was caused by settling. We had 5 piers placed deep into the ground thru the basement concrete floor. The job was completed by Travis Clark and Justin Geigling. They were a great team. Travis took the lead and did a great job of discussing the plan with us and keeping us informed if any changes were needed. He and Justin worked very hard on the job. They left the job site clean and everything in order. They were a pleasure to work with and Travis was knowledgeable and helpful. We are very pleased with Foundation Recovery Systems.

I had just renovated my basement after thinking that I had taken care of any water issues, but after another bout of heavy rain it was clear I had not fixed the issue. Joe was so helpful and kind during our consultation. He was with me every step of the way as I prepared the basement for installation and made me feel so comfortable during the entire process. My foreman Greg and his crew, Andy, co-foreman and installer Cody were so communicative during the entire installation process, sending pictures and took the time to ensure that the rest of my house was taken care of. I truly felt like I was a valued customer and that I was receiving individual attention from each of the employees that I encountered at Foundation Recovery Systems. Their knowledge and expertise in combination with their customer service is unmatched!

Dustin did a fantastic job when he came to view my property and addressed the issue with a professional persona the entire time. He pencilled a thorough plan of my home and then talked this through with me explaining every detail of waterproofing and installation of a sump pump. I was able to see a computerized version of the waterproofing process. Dustin responded to all of my questions in person and through text message. I was really fortunate to get booked in for the following week and Dustin continued to remain in contact and offered support on preparing my basement for the waterproofing. The visit was so helpful and informative that I decided to go with this company immediately. I had had another company visit that same morning and the difference between another representative and Dustin was apparent and so marked the moment he came into my home. I hope to never need waterproofing again; however, I would recommend this company and Dustin to anybody in need of water leaks. I have never met a more helpful and knowledgeable contractor in home repairs. Thank you, Dustin, for making this process so much more manageable.

I reached out to Foundation Recovery Systems because of significant cracks along the left and back walls of my detached garage. I had already received two other quotes, but neither company provided much detail beyond telling me that piers or plates were needed to address the issue. Kyle B. truly went above and beyond. He took thorough measurements, tested the soundness of the concrete pad, and took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. He answered every question I had and was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the visit. When Foundation Recovery Systems says they are transparent, they genuinely mean it. I feel confident moving forward with this project and can’t wait to have my garage stabilized so I can use the walls without worrying about the cracks getting worse. I’ll update this review once the work is completed, but so far I’m extremely happy with my decision to choose Foundation Recovery Systems over their competitors. Thanks again, Kyle B.!

The team was extremely professional and took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I had over six slabs in my driveway that needed polyjacking, along with a downspout that required attention and needed barried. They handled everything flawlessly and the results turned out phenomenal. A big shoutout to Jesse Barron (Foreman) and Cameron (Co-Foreman) for their leadership and attention to detail throughout the job. Also want to recognize and give a shout out to Ollie and Brady, who were in from Canada training they were hardworking, professional, and fit right in with the crew. I just watched Robert and Chase drive away after 6 days of facing a tremendously challenging and downright nasty crawl space repair – they tackled the job with a positive attitude and left this 105 year old home stable and ready to weather another century. The honest and open communication of the entire crew coupled with their demonstrated confidence and competence was all the reassurance I needed to know this job was done to the highest of standards and will stand the test of time. Thanks beyond measure to Lee J., Robert S., Chase M., Kaden D. and Tanner W. – you guys are absolute rock stars. I would recommend FRS – Moberly not only for their skill and steadfast work ethic, but also for their kindness, up-front honesty about what the job entails and their willingness to ensure the job is done right for the best future of your home. They drove up with a backhoe to dig in the back yard. My yard is not accessible except thru a small gate. Leo, the crew leader resolved the issue with a different system than what was originally planned and the work was done efficiently in about 5-6 hours. The metal braces look sufficient to support the bowed basement wall and apparently need adjusted periodically to actual correct the bowing. I wasn't aware of this since the original system was different. The crew did a good job and cleaned up well before leaving.

We hired FRS to correct water seepage issues in our storm room and to add piers under one side of our house. Shawn explained the problems and solutions very well. Our crew came from Springfield MO, so had a 6 hour commute each day. They completed our project in 3-4 days. The team was led by James and Joseph. All work was excellent right thru cleanup. Excellent job guys!
