My concrete front porch had developed an 8 to 10 inch void underneath it and I didn't know how to fix it, but knew it needed attention. Foundation Recovery was the solution. They were quick to perform an assessment and get the jod done. I am very pleased with the services provided by Foundation Recovery. Chet, the service rep, was very courteous, professional, and he answered all of my questions. Anthony and Hunter were also very professional and completed their work and left no mess behind. Anthony also answered all of my questions and explained what he was doing as he performed the work. Extremely satisfied!

I just watched Robert and Chase drive away after 6 days of facing a tremendously challenging and downright nasty crawl space repair – they tackled the job with a positive attitude and left this 105 year old home stable and ready to weather another century. The honest and open communication of the entire crew coupled with their demonstrated confidence and competence was all the reassurance I needed to know this job was done to the highest of standards and will stand the test of time. Thanks beyond measure to Lee J., Robert S., Chase M., Kaden D. and Tanner W. – you guys are absolute rock stars. I would recommend FRS – Moberly not only for their skill and steadfast work ethic, but also for their kindness, up-front honesty about what the job entails and their willingness to ensure the job is done right for the best future of your home. Photos: The first three photos will give you an idea what they had to endure. That last photo demonstrates the massive improvement – I’d *almost* be willing to go under there myself now! After a couple of pending plumbing repairs the encapsulation will be complete, but it’s now a safe and clean crawl space for work to continue on this old piece of history I call home.

I can't say enough good things about Kyle, Kaleb, and Tristan from Foundation Recovery Systems. They did an amazing job waterproofing our basement and installing a sump pump. It’s been tough finding someone to come out to our place, but these guys went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. If you need basement waterproofing, these are the people to call. Highly recommend!

The crew from Foundation Recovery handled the crawl space encapsulation and foundation stabilization job on my 105 year old American Foursquare with grit, guts and competence – they explained every aspect of the work, updated me on progress and any changes that were needed and also helped me identify some plumbing repairs that are needed that were impossible to diagnose with the crawl space in truly horrifying condition before they tackled it. Lee J., Robert S., Chase M., Kaden D. And Tanner W. – you left this homeowner feeling much more positive but the process of restoring this old house.

We had a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems from start to finish. Chet came out for a consultation within just a few days of our call. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. After meeting with him, we scheduled the concrete work and everything went smoothly from there. On the day of the job, they called about a half hour before arriving and showed up right on time. Anthony and Corey did an excellent job. They were very particular about their work, explained everything clearly, and even took the time to educate us while we watched the process. They were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. In today’s world, it sometimes feels like customer service and personal relationships are becoming a thing of the past, but this company truly still values their customers and takes pride in building those relationships. That really stood out to us throughout the entire experience. The finished work looks amazing, and we would highly recommend this company to anyone needing concrete work done!

The foundation on my slab home sunk 2 1/4 inches causing large cracks in the walls ect. The engineer Joe from FRS explained throughly what happened to my home and what it would take to fix it. He answered all my questions and and never pressured me to do anything. Nate and his crew Brian, Josh and Jaeden came out to fix my foundation on a freezing cold December day. They went beyond and above by clearing out the workspace. They spent 2 days fixing my foundation. Then they came back twice this spring to restore the concrete patio and rock bed. They put my raised gardens back. Nate and his crew were amazing. They were also the nicest, politest young men. Nate took took his time explaining the process to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

Called to get a quote on floor sagging and foundation repair. They sent Jared Wyatt out with in a week to do the inspection. He was really thorough, friendly, and professional. He went around took pictures and measurements to get an understanding of the lay out and what we were needing done. Sat down with us and listened to our concerns and explained in detail what our options were, what they would be doing. Went over and explained all of their different payment options they offered and they different discounts as well. Would recommend if you’re having the same issues.

We purchased a home and weren't aware of a basement leak that had happened over a 3 yr time period due to a broken pipe, because it wasn't on the property disclosure form that was given to us. So we called various places to find out who may have serviced it at that time in an attempt to learn more and if we needed to be concerned or not. We got lucky and discovered that FRS was the one that did the repairs and allayed the concerns that we had from not knowing the extent of the damage from that time. Kurt McKeown was very helpful, transferred the warranty to us, and sent out a technician to look at the sump pump we had to tell us more about it and the service history, as a courtesy to us. This was much appreciated. His name was Derrick Nickerson and he made sure that all was well, performed maintenance on it, and told us what we needed to know to be informed homeowners. His time, expertise, and insight was much appreciated. He has a pleasant way about him, is very knowledgeable, and very good at his job. There have been no further problems since the repair 5 years ago, so we're thankful they did a good job in fixing the problem. We definitely recommend them to others and will remember them in the future for any needs we may have. We seldom give 5 stars because nobody is perfect, but FRS was pretty close. Thank you FRS for helping us.
