Ken was super thorough when inspecting my house, and he really took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be fixed. What I appreciated the most was that he didn’t try to upsell me or push for anything unnecessary—just honest, straightforward recommendations. You can tell Ken knows his stuff, and he was professional while still being easy to talk to. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. We just had our crawlspace updated with a drainage system and encapsulation. Tyler, Sincere, Jon and Chris were fantastic! They communicated everything and were very courteous and professional. I could tell that they enjoyed working together. It’s not easy work, but they were always smiling and seemed to take pride in their work. I can’t recommend them enough.
