He listened to our concerns, took multiple measurements and photos and crawled under our house to determine what we needed to have done to our crawl space. He walked me through the existing issues and made sure I understood everything he was showing me. He then went over costs and what all was included in the price. I have been so pleased with Foundation Recovery Systems as a whole. Making an appointment was easy and they werent booked too far out, which was really nice. The inspector arrived on time and was very professional and friendly right from the beginning. Tyler Potter, our inspector, was seriously top notch. Very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to our concerns and then performed a very thorough inspection to give us a complete picture as to what we were looking at and how it might be addressed. Unfortunately, we will have to address other concerns before we can move forward on fixing our foundation but I would have no hesitation to give Tyler a call back when the time comes and I know it will be handled correctly and professionally.
