First, our inspector/estimator, Tanner, was very informative, listened well to our concerns, and was easy to communicate with. After work was completed, Tanner followed up with a phone call to make sure we were pleased with the crew's work. Our crew foreman, Jon, and the rest of the crew were very professional and very hard working. Jon communicated with me clearly about what they were doing and why each step of the way. He also kept me informed of obstacles they encountered and how they were solving them. The crew accidentally damaged some window trim and an exterior door threshold, but Jon told me immediately about it and the company has reimbursed us every penny for repairs. The crew completed their work and we are so happy we hired FRS!

We had the pleasure of meeting with Chris for initial consultation. We cannot say enough about how great the experience was! He was communicative the day of the appointment, prompt, knowledgeable, and was straightforward about what issues he saw right off the bat as well as what kind of price point we could expect. We were given multiple options and there was never any pressure to make a decision. On top of that, there was never a moment where it felt like we were being upsold or given an inflated price. He took the time to go over what the process for the work would look like and what we could expect after. I would work with Chris again in an instant and can’t recommend him enough. Foundation repair can feel like a scary concept but we felt we were in good hands the entire experience.

Our front stairs were pulling away from the house due to a sinking sidewalk and we were finding cracks in our driveway from voids under the surface. Todd came out and walked us through the quote, answered all of our questions. Today we had a great experience with our installers Bryce and Brandon. They were very thorough in walking through the work process and the finished process looks great. The plugs where the poly were inserted look seamless, everything looks great. Polite, punctual, professional, excellent work!
