I just want to say thank you. We looked into several other companies before calling Foundation Recovery Systems. I was hesitant to call a company so far away from us but we were in a time crunch to get our foundation fixed before it caused further issues. In times like these it is hard to find a company who is so responsive. Two Gentleman drove over 2 hours to our jobsite to complete a foundation issue for us. Brett the foreman and his right handman Gary were so helpful. They took time to answer our questions, to go over what they were doing, and to show us the process. They were so kind to our two small kids and even explained what they were doing to them. I want to say thank you for these two men for all of their hard work in the freezing cold temps the other day and all the wind today. They were professional and very kind and never complained. Thank you Brett and Gary I appreciate all that you have done and how you fixed our foundation and as my kids would say (Their playroom is no longer sliding). Matthew was my Sales Rep. He did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and my daughter. Dan, Francisco, and Owen were the team that did the restoration on my basement. The guys were wonderful. They were all very well informed and kept me in the loop of how things would work while they were on-site. Dan was a great foreman. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Cisco made a special trip to my house to replace a piece that had broken so that the job would be completed when they said it would be. All of the staff was very respectful of the rest of my property and you can't hardly tell that thet did 2 – 25ft trenches in my front yard. From the time Jeremy Higgins (Sr Field Inspector) arrived in our home to provide the assessment/estimate, to Jeremy Raby (Foreman) arriving with his crew to complete the work, it was 5 stars all the way. Jeremy H. did a great job listening to our history and concerns. He left our home with an appointment scheduled for the work to be done and a full review of what to expect. Jeremy R. arrived yesterday (Dec 26th) with his crew (Travis & Demetri) and completed the job with perfection. Jeremy provided me a full review of the plan and jumped right in with his crew to finish the project. Hardwood floor protection was placed prior to any work beginning. Upon completion of the job, they vacuumed all traveled traffic areas. Jeremy R. is quite mindful of a homeowner's space and the importance of respecting this space. It was clear in his performance, as well as, the performance of his crew. We highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!
