Man installing polyurethane foam into a driveway.

If your driveway has cracks, uneven sections, or is just becoming worn out, don’t worry—you have options. At Foundation Recovery Systems, we provide those options with our expert driveway repair service.

For over 30 years, we’ve been helping homeowners across Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Arkansas, and Kansas, using modern concrete lifting techniques to stabilize driveways and restore their safety. Read on to find out why and how our driveway repair method fixes concrete damage the best.

What is Driveway Repair?

Before (left) and after (right) driveway repair.

Driveway repair is all about fixing cracks, dips, and uneven parts of the concrete structure. When you invest in driveway repair, your driveway becomes smoother and safer.

You’ll be able to park your vehicles without a bunch of bumping, and no one will trip over jutting concrete as they walk up to your home or play pickup game outside. Your property will look better and feel safer.

Our driveway repair method uses a modern concrete lifting material called polyurethane foam. As we inject it under your driveway, the polyurethane foam expands, filling gaps and lifting the concrete. In just 15 minutes, polyurethane cures to its final strength and supports your newly lifted driveway.

Signs You Need Driveway Repair

Knowing how to spot the signs of driveway damage can save you a lot of trouble (and money) down the line. Thankfully, the signs are easy to spot. Here’s what to look out for:

Is Driveway Repair Necessary?

Two girls playing on a driveway.

Let’s be honest—repairing a driveway isn’t fun for anybody. Even less fun is finding the right solution, and you might be wondering if it’s even worth it. Trust us when we say, it absolutely is. Repairing your driveway not only makes it look better, but it makes your entire property safer.

Imagine your kids trying to play a game of basketball on a sinking, cracking driveway. You can probably imagine what could go wrong when children are running around on a surface like that, but that’s just one example.

Repairing your driveway is one of the best things you can do for your home, and you should work with a professional team, like Foundation Recovery Systems, to make sure the job is done right.

    FAQs

Yes, one of the notable benefits of PolyRenewal™ is its quick curing time. You can use your driveway within 15 minutes of the foam application, reducing downtime and inconvenience.

The durability of PolyRenewal™ is one of its significant advantages. Once cured, the material is permanent and does not deteriorate over time, ensuring your driveway stays level and stable for the long term.

The holes required for concrete lifting are small, about the size of a penny, and are filled in afterward. The small holes blend in over time.

Numerous factors can result in driveway issues, such as soil erosion beneath the slabs, expansive soil, water infiltrations, and inadequate initial installation. These factors can cause the soil to move or settle unevenly, leading to sinking and cracking.

Disclaimer: “Concrete leveling” means the process by which cracked, uneven concrete is stabilized, and in many cases lifted, by means of PolyRenewal™ polyurethane foam. Foundation Recovery Systems does not guarantee that PolyRenewal™ can make your concrete perfectly level.
