Bought a house that had a foot of standing water underneath due to a leaking spigot. Plumber fixed the leak then Foundation Recovery Systems came out and installed a triple sump system, permanent dehumidifier, fully encapsulated the crawlspace and added 3 steel beams to ensure the house doesn't sag overtime.
