Michael Macdonald did a great job inspecting, mapping, photographing, and explaining what was going wrong and work needing to be done to correct the problem with my main beam. He was able to measure to determine if they would be able to do the work from the crawlspace or would have to go through a floor. Fortunately, they have enough access in the crawlspace. We were both very happy about that. He was personable, liked dogs, and had a good sense of humor. His explanations regarding warranties and rechecking alleviated my concerns going forward.

Mike Drebes was fantastic! He came out to assess our sinking back patio and cracks there and in our (also sinking) driveway, walkway, and threshold. He explained well but succinctly what was leading to the issues and the available solutions on the market and how their polymer system was the best and permanent solution, as opposed to a quick fix. Mike worked diligently to get perfect measurements and also took a look at our foundation from the basement to assure us that we didn’t need to pay for more than we actually needed. Talk to Mike Drebes if you need anything regarding foundation/cracks in surrounding concrete slabs/sinking soil.

I had just purchased a home that had some significant concrete repairs that were needed, both on a patio/walkway and a driveway that had sunk below the garage floor by aproximately 3”. But then Mike and Isaiah came to our rescue. They started at 10am and worked non stop until they finished. Needless to say, they did a phenominal job and i highly recommend this company and especially this team of professionals to complete any job related to lifting concrete or restoring your foundation to its origional standards. I had purchased a home with prior work by FRS and they honored the 25 year (!) warranty on some drainage that needed tweaking. Ryan L. came out and was super-professional, competent, quickly diagnosed the problem and we booked the fix along with some add-on work. Every thing was explained, there was no push for unnecessary add-ons, and I was given options. It's rare for a company to stand by their work that long and that honestly so they have my highest endorsement. I can honestly say you can stop looking right here, this is the company you want for foundation or drainage issues.

All the employees at every step of the process were very courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions and putting me at ease without appearing sleazy or over the top. Sometimes the sales people are too nice and it comes off as fake, but that was not the case with any of the employees I talked to. The engineer spent extra time explaining the process and putting my mind at ease and helping me set up no interest financing. The crews working on the house were respectful of my limited time off from work and kept the worksite tidy and orderly. I had a coworker tell me of her positive experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and now I will pass along my seal of approval to anyone I know needing foundation work.
