Awesome work! They did a amazing job and my driveway looks completely different and brand new! The guys were very thorough and informative and made it look like a million bucks! Would recommend them to anyone needing work done! Cannot beat their prices and their service is hands down the best anyone can ask for! Wish I would have taken before pictures, the driveway was about 3-4" dropped by the garage, the pictures attached are of the job completed.

I engaged Foundation Recovery Systems to raise the sinking level of the main floor of my house when a trusted friend told me he'd had them do work for him and was very happy. I am also. The company asked that 90 minutes of my time be set aside for the exploration of the site. The representative who came was excellent in explaining the company philosophy and connections, and then went into the crawlspace to check the situation. He came up and outlined what had to be done, the duties of the three-person crew itself, the materials to be used, and drew a schematic of the placement of the jacks. He wrote the estimate, I approved and made a down payment, and a day later, he phoned to tell me the two consecutive days he estimated the job would take. The crew arrived on the dot, and were very respectful of my home as they went about their business. The steel jacks they used looked like they could do the job and last forever. The company warranty extends to the next purchaser. It is expensive; I did not bother to get another estimate, I was sold on their contract and the fact my friend (a lifetime of working in construction) vouched for them.

I had foundation recovery systems come out for two separate jobs in the last 2-3 years. Overall, I am pleased with the work that was done. There was some hiccups throughout the project, but they had one standout employee, Tanner Wetrich, who kept things on track. Almost 2 years after he completed one of the jobs, I reached back out with a question. He took it on himself to solve the problem and get things figured out. If you plan to have a job completed in the Iowa area, definitely ask for Tanner to be your representative.

Would 100% recommend if looking for a permanent solution to waterproof your basement. I was currently looking for a temporary solution while selling but if wasn't selling my house then I would get the permanent solution. Steven Kenney came out to look at our foundation and basement cracks, was extremely thorough, explained his findings in great detail, even showed a diagram of our basement, answered all of my questions!

Thank you to the great team at Foundation Recovery Systems. Our front stairs were pulling away from the house due to a sinking sidewalk and we were finding cracks in our driveway from voids under the surface. Todd came out and walked us through the quote, answered all of our questions. Today we had a great experience with our installers Bryce and Brandon. They were very thorough in walking through the work process and the finished process looks great. The plugs where the poly were inserted look seamless, everything looks great. Polite, punctual, professional, excellent work!
