This is based on Quote only. We have not had work completed yet, it is scheduled. He did take a long time with us going over everything so we knew exactly what he is planning on doing. He also explained the difference in materials he plans to use with different parts of the job. The services they offered was above what others was offering even though their prices were a little higher.

He takes the time to explain the cause of the problem and then the solution as apposed to just putting a bandaid on it and thoroughly walks through the scope of work. Travis Drake came by to look at my foundation. He walked me through every step of the process and how he was determining if there was an issue. He made sure I understood what was happening. He was very upfront that the foundation issues weren’t a major problem but something to watch and see if it gets worse. Timber Shelton our field inspector was at our home this morning. I really need to express how professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable Tim is in his field of work. He thoroughly inspected and answered each one of my questions with perfect answers to my problems. We talked about several scenarios of how to fix my water problem in my finished basement. The original inspection time was supposed to only be 90 minutes but Tim took the extra time to fill my needs with all my questions and solutions. He stayed for approximately 3 hours to help us with our decision with absolutely no sales pressure. Tim has an outstanding personality and truly a professional. Needless to say we came up with a solution and I signed a contract with him to complete the work. I want Tim’s employer (Foundation Recovery Systems) to know what an amazing asset Tim is to your organization. Thank you for your help. Rick and Bobby
