They drove up with a backhoe to dig in the back yard. My yard is not accessible except thru a small gate. Leo, the crew leader resolved the issue with a different system than what was originally planned and the work was done efficiently in about 5-6 hours. The metal braces look sufficient to support the bowed basement wall and apparently need adjusted periodically to actual correct the bowing. I wasn't aware of this since the original system was different. The crew did a good job and cleaned up well before leaving.

Showed up at the scheduled time while what I needed was not an offering of Foundation Recovery systems book of business, Chad showed concern and was eager to assist with what we needed. With his recommendation we hired a separate company to remove mold from our basement. At the time of this writing their task is almost complete. He walked me through the process and his recommendations. Called to get a quote on floor sagging and foundation repair. They sent Jared Wyatt out with in a week to do the inspection. He was really thorough, friendly, and professional. He went around took pictures and measurements to get an understanding of the lay out and what we were needing done. Sat down with us and listened to our concerns and explained in detail what our options were, what they would be doing. Went over and explained all of their different payment options they offered and they different discounts as well. Would recommend if you’re having the same issues.

We had the pleasure of meeting with Chris for initial consultation. We cannot say enough about how great the experience was! He was communicative the day of the appointment, prompt, knowledgeable, and was straightforward about what issues he saw right off the bat as well as what kind of price point we could expect. We were given multiple options and there was never any pressure to make a decision. On top of that, there was never a moment where it felt like we were being upsold or given an inflated price. He took the time to go over what the process for the work would look like and what we could expect after. I would work with Chris again in an instant and can’t recommend him enough. Foundation repair can feel like a scary concept but we felt we were in good hands the entire experience.
