Mark and Donald Dykes went above and beyond when they installed our outdoor drainage system in Gibson City, IL. We got a late start cause of a change in plan and they still finished the job that same day! They worked really hard and took only a few minute breaks to drink water. I did not see them on their phones. Great job guys!

We hired Foundation Recovery to brace one wall and anchor another in our basement. The team (Cliff, Riley, and Nolan) was professional, timely, and cleaned up well. They explained the procedure well, and even gave us some tips on how to better water proof and pest proof the walls. We were very happy with the services provided by them!

We recently hired Foundation Recovery Systems to resolve water issues in our basement, and the entire experience was outstanding. The crew showed up on time, communicated clearly, and explained each step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. They were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They completed the job efficiently, made sure everything was in order before they left, and left the space clean and tidy. The quality of the work was excellent, and we’re very happy with the results. After they left, we did notice that the washer water hookup had been slightly misaligned (we are assuming they used it to flood test the system), which caused a small water leak.It was a simple fix, and honestly, had we noticed it while the crew was still here, we’re confident they would have taken care of it right away. It wasn’t a big deal, and we don’t consider it a reflection on the team at all. But wanted to include this for full transparency. We had absolutely no issues with this crew. They did a fantastic job, and we truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. I would recommend Foundation Recovery Systems without hesitation—great service and a job well done. Thank you, Josh, Aiden, and Kris!

Camryn H, Joshua F, and Tanner from the Moberly office did a great job at our home. They had to deal with radiant heat in the floor and worked with a person from our heating and cooling guys to pinpoint where they could drill. Our lot is on a hill and they worked hard to not disrupt the area where they had to dig along the outside of the foundation. It wasn?t cheap to use FRS but the work was was worth it. Thanks Camryn, Tanner, and Joshua!

I had a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and especially with their Field Inspector, Ken Jordan. Ken was super thorough when inspecting my house, and he really took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be fixed. What I appreciated the most was that he didn’t try to upsell me or push for anything unnecessary—just honest, straightforward recommendations. You can tell Ken knows his stuff, and he was professional while still being easy to talk to. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. If you’re dealing with foundation issues and want someone who’s knowledgeable and trustworthy, ask for Ken Jordan. Highly recommend!

Met with Tom Tuck who was very personable. He was very thorough and thoughtful while checking out my dad’s house which we thought had foundation issues. Turns out the issues are all cosmetic, and even though that was the case, and we didn’t need foundation repair, Tom still spent time brainstorming how the issues could have occurred and advising us on possible next steps. We appreciated his knowledge and integrity very much.
