Dakota Roark and Cory Bruton were the most professional, on time , NICE, experienced gentlemen EVER to put in my stabilizing piers. It was the easiest process and they did so good. I had my entire crawlspace encapsulated, new sump pump, and a dehumidifier installed last year. I had my annual maintenance inspection yesterday with Inspector Cory Guerra and had an amazing experience. He showed up on time, was very professional, asked relevant questions, and got to work. He took his time to ensure a complete and thorough job was done, which I really appreciated. He checked on a concern I had with precision and expert knowledge. I wouldn't want it to go any way else with anyone else, to be honest.

They drove up with a backhoe to dig in the back yard. My yard is not accessible except thru a small gate. Leo, the crew leader resolved the issue with a different system than what was originally planned and the work was done efficiently in about 5-6 hours. The metal braces look sufficient to support the bowed basement wall and apparently need adjusted periodically to actual correct the bowing. I wasn't aware of this since the original system was different. The crew did a good job and cleaned up well before leaving.

I can't recommend Justin Sheehan at Foundation Recovery Systems highly enough. From start to finish, his thoroughness set him apart. During his inspection he caught a piece of concrete that other companies completely missed — something that could have become a real problem down the road. That kind of attention to detail tells you everything about how someone approaches their work. His write-up of the project was just as careful and clear, and I never felt rushed or upsold. If you want someone who actually takes the time to do it right, ask for Justin.

We have our driveway and sidewalk lifted by Foundation recovery systems. The entire process from meeting with Hunter to go over our options and pricing, to the actual driveway repair couldn't have gone any better. Hunter was very knowledgable and went to great lengths to walk us through the estimate and educate us on how the work would be done. Trent and Michael performed the repair and met our every expectation. They were professional and very concerned about the quality of their work. Trent asked for my input throughout the repair to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I highly recommended FRS and would definitely use them again.

He was professional in appearance, very knowledgeable about the business and process and polite. Jason answered all our questions and tried to make a sale that day (July 13th I believe). Only reason he did not make a sale, wasn’t because of something he didn’t do but because we are wanting a third business quote and that is coming on the 20th.
