Thankfully my inspection revealed no foundation issues, Ed Macdonald from Foundation Recovery Systems was extremely helpful in identifying my problem and providing valuable guidance on how best to address it. In an era where unnecessary repairs and poor customer service are common, this was not the case with Foundation Recovery Systems, and Ed in particular. Great overall experience from the appointment scheduling, communications, and appointment. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family! A+++++++

I had Christian lift some concrete on my back patio to save my downstairs ac unit from shorting out from puddles forming from the heavy rains. They were able to complete job without moving or Uninstalling the ac unit. Kudos to Jason for putting up with me while he explained the process after other household issues were brewing after a bad storm. Thanks for saving my AC unit. Front edge of unit is not underwater after rain now.

Kevin MacDonald came to our home today because I noticed a couple of cracks above the doors. He explained what he was going to do before he started the inspection. After the inspection, he told us nothing needs to be done and possibly a follow up in the summer due to us being on a crawl space. We have insulation under the floor and just want to make sure we don’t get any mold. This gentleman could have tried selling us some sort of repair but was being honest with us. Having a person/ company that isn’t taking advantage of us is nice. We would recommend this company and Kevin MacDonald to anyone.

This is a Rock Star group! They proved they know exactly what they are doing! David McDaniel provided an estimate, so professional and polite. Very knowledgeable and took time to fully explain the process needed to fix our concrete issue. Daryn Holder showed up on time and ready to roll! It was like a Maestro and smiling crew. These folks know exactly what they are doing, and they get the problems fixed, all the while with a smile on their face. I will recommend this company to everyone. Nick Mata came out today to complete an inspection for us and was very thorough. He listened to our concerns, took multiple measurements and photos and crawled under our house to determine what we needed to have done to our crawl space. He walked me through the existing issues and made sure I understood everything he was showing me. He then went over costs and what all was included in the price. He went over financing options and gave us all the options. He did a great job and was very professional.

Primarily dealt with Joshua Eaton, a little with Dawson but all were professional, Ty McCully, Austin Benton, Aaron Hernandez did a good job, were efficient and did a good clean up in my garage. Being as we just had a 12” snow fall I didn’t expect them to work but they did, leveled the garage, set up sump pump and “sister” joist a beam. They had a hard time breaking up frozen clumps of dirt, but stated if the ground doesn't settle well come spring they would return. All in all I would recommend Foundation Recovery Systems

Foundation recovery came out almost 2 years ago and installed a subpump and what was needed to block the rain water from entering our new home. I've waited to review the company until now only due to wanting the pump to work and perform its job. We have been 100% satisfied with Nick Mata (tech who drew up the system, while on site) and the workers. We can now rebuild the downstairs and actually enjoy the space for our children. They were not the lowest bid we received for the work nor the most expensive. But with a 100% lifetime warranty and super simple financing they were the best choice. And I'm very confident Nick Mata is the tech you want to request to map out your home when the work is needed. God bless you guys at Foundation recovery. You've saved our home for many years to come!!!
