This is a Rock Star group! They proved they know exactly what they are doing! David McDaniel provided an estimate, so professional and polite. Very knowledgeable and took time to fully explain the process needed to fix our concrete issue. Daryn Holder showed up on time and ready to roll! It was like a Maestro and smiling crew. These folks know exactly what they are doing, and they get the problems fixed, all the while with a smile on their face. I will recommend this company to everyone. This company was a breath of fresh air for our community, hands down the best. Total Rock Stars!

Kevin MacDonald came to our home today because I noticed a couple of cracks above the doors. He explained what he was going to do before he started the inspection. After the inspection, he told us nothing needs to be done and possibly a follow up in the summer due to us being on a crawl space. We have insulation under the floor and just want to make sure we don’t get any mold. This gentleman could have tried selling us some sort of repair but was being honest with us. Having a person/ company that isn’t taking advantage of us is nice. We would recommend this company and Kevin MacDonald to anyone.

Thankfully my inspection revealed no foundation issues, Ed Macdonald from Foundation Recovery Systems was extremely helpful in identifying my problem and providing valuable guidance on how best to address it. In an era where unnecessary repairs and poor customer service are common, this was not the case with Foundation Recovery Systems, and Ed in particular. Great overall experience from the appointment scheduling, communications, and appointment. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family! A+++++++

He provided pictures, recommendations, and a sound plan of care for my house that was built in 1930. His estimate for the job is fair and doable. He also explained the difference in materials he plans to use with different parts of the job. The services they offered was above what others was offering even though their prices were a little higher.

I have been so pleased with Foundation Recovery Systems as a whole. Making an appointment was easy and they werent booked too far out, which was really nice. The inspector arrived on time and was very professional and friendly right from the beginning. Tyler Potter, our inspector, was seriously top notch. Very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to our concerns and then performed a very thorough inspection to give us a complete picture as to what we were looking at and how it might be addressed. Unfortunately, we will have to address other concerns before we can move forward on fixing our foundation but I would have no hesitation to give Tyler a call back when the time comes and I know it will be handled correctly and professionally.
