Michael Macdonald did a great job inspecting, mapping, photographing, and explaining what was going wrong and work needing to be done to correct the problem with my main beam. He was able to measure to determine if they would be able to do the work from the crawlspace or would have to go through a floor. Fortunately, they have enough access in the crawlspace. We were both very happy about that. He was personable, liked dogs, and had a good sense of humor. His explanations regarding warranties and rechecking alleviated my concerns going forward.

Kevin Macdonald came out to examine the issues we were having with water leaking into our basement. He was outstanding and I am very grateful he was our field inspector. Kevin genuinely loves his job and is passionate about all the different factors that go into foundation and water problems, even explaining the geology of our home and what was surrounding the foundation. He is highly outgoing and took the time to break down everything from the technical process to resolve the issue, to why everything was priced the way it was. Kevin explained things other companies did not even touch on, such as what type of foundation we have (monolithic) and why that meant they would have to go a different route than most repairs on newer foundations. Once Kevin left, I felt more confident and educated to make a decision on whether to fix the issue or move a different direction, as we all know these repairs are not cheap. Thank you, Kevin! Highly recommend him to anyone needing a quote or inspection.

Very grateful for David who came out and inspected the property and provided us with a good plan of action. He also did an excellent job of educating us on why it was happening and what was needed. Additionally, the price versus the competitors was significantly lower! Dylan, the foreman for the job was professional, diligent, and very courteous. He definitely knew what he was doing, and he did a wonderful job of leading his two colleagues. They did an awesome job of educating me as well about what they were doing and also left the site very clean! We are very grateful for their service and would highly recommend them!

I had Christian lift some concrete on my back patio to save my downstairs ac unit from shorting out from puddles forming from the heavy rains. They were able to complete job without moving or Uninstalling the ac unit. Kudos to Jason for putting up with me while he explained the process after other household issues were brewing after a bad storm. Thanks for saving my AC unit. Front edge of unit is not underwater after rain now.
