We were having some water issues in the basement, so we called up Foundation Recovery Systems for help. Scott was our inspector and was extremely helpful. He arrived on time and was very happy to answer all of our questions and was very thorough in explaining everything. All in all, we had a great experience with this Co and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone else.

Michael drove out to my property and performed a very punctual and professional assessment of my waterproofing needs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided several options for repair, and reviewed them with me in great detail. and even had the courage to say that his repairs might be considered overkill for what I needed depending if I wanted it to last the lifetime of the home. I very much appreciated hid honesty and candor. It's something you just don't see With a lot of businesses. He even offered multiple discounts. I very highly recommend this company!

Very grateful for David who came out and inspected the property and provided us with a good plan of action. He also did an excellent job of educating us on why it was happening and what was needed. Additionally, the price versus the competitors was significantly lower! Dylan, the foreman for the job was professional, diligent, and very courteous. He definitely knew what he was doing, and he did a wonderful job of leading his two colleagues. They did an awesome job of educating me as well about what they were doing and also left the site very clean! We are very grateful for their service and would highly recommend them!

Great experience using Foundation Recovery Systems. Highly recommend. Ken was very detailed with the initial walkthrough and was able to determine the leaking issue in my basement. After the sump pump installation the room was very well cleaned and the team even tarped off part of the basement to ensure no dust got on our appliances. Tyler, Isaiah, and Jake did an amazing job. Joel, Coleman, and Cameron did a great job jacking up my 125 y/o house. Their work was clean and organized. I can definitely feel the difference in the stability of the house. Before the work began they used a laser level to determine the issues with the foundation and were able to solve the problem for a good price. Highly recommend!

I had Ryan, Chris, and Brandon complete my intellbrace install today. These gentleman were very thorough explaining when they would be arriving, went over the work they would be doing, communicated any issues that came up and resolved them immediately then went over all of the work they completed before they left. They were very kind and thoughtful and cleaned up as much as they could afterwards (which was pretty darn good). I would definitely recommend this company and this install crew out of Bloomington!!

Thankfully my inspection revealed no foundation issues, Ed Macdonald from Foundation Recovery Systems was extremely helpful in identifying my problem and providing valuable guidance on how best to address it. In an era where unnecessary repairs and poor customer service are common, this was not the case with Foundation Recovery Systems, and Ed in particular. Great overall experience from the appointment scheduling, communications, and appointment. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family! A+++++++
