We had our basement waterproofed a few years ago by Foundation Recovery Systems and have been very satisfied with the results. Recently, our sub pump battery was alerting us of an issue. FRS called to schedule an appointment as soon as I emailed out about the problem. Within 3 business days they were able to send David Palmer II out to take a look. David was friendly, professional, and found the solution right away. I would highly recommend FRS for your waterproofing needs.

The reason for the 5 star review is for the professionalism and kindness shown from Shae and Hayden. Their communication was awesome and there were many times during the project that something could have gone wrong but they always found a way to go the extra mile. The communication in other areas of the business definitely needs improvement but Foundation Recovery Systems is lucky to have Shae and Hayden.

Noah Guthrie stopped over yesterday to give me a quote. He didn’t just give me a quote, he thought me a lot in the process. He answered all of the questions I had for him and wanted me to truly understand what and why something was needed instead of just telling me. He took his time and was very thorough with every step. What a great company! From our initial consultation with Barry to the ground crew Lee, Camryn, and Joshua, this has been an easier process than I could have hoped for. Lee, Camryn and Joshua did a great job raising our entire slab all the way around the house. Professional and courteous- they were always polite and happy to answer any questions I had all week long. They did a great job of cleaning up inside and out. If this crew isn't the number one crew in the nation they should be! You can't go wrong with Foundation Recovery Systems.

We had an 800-square-foot walk-in crawl space that always smelled musty whenever it rained. Our finished basement also had high humidity, and we were constantly emptying a portable dehumidifier. We really wanted to use the crawl space for storage, but the dampness and smell made that impossible.After meeting with Shawn Lynge at Foundation Recovery Systems of Springfield Missouri, we finally had a plan that addressed the moisture problems in both the crawl space and the basement. They completely encapsulated the crawl space using high-quality materials and did an outstanding job. They insulated the block walls, installed a drainage mat, put down a heavy-duty 20-mil liner that runs across the floor and up the walls, and sealed everything up to keep moisture from getting in.They also installed a dehumidifier with its own drain line to the outside of the house. One of the things we really like is that it circulates dry, filtered air into our finished basement while pulling air back into the crawl space. It keeps both areas much more comfortable, and the unit is surprisingly quiet.The whole experience was great from start to finish. Shawn was great to work with during the estimate, and Bryce Erwin and William Oliphant kept everything on track during the installation. Both of them took the time to answer our questions, explain what they were doing, and make sure we were comfortable with the process. We never felt pressured, and it was obvious they cared about doing the job right.The finished result exceeded our expectations. Our crawl space is now clean, dry, and doesn't smell musty anymore. We can finally use it for storage without worrying about moisture or odors, and our basement humidity has improved too. We're very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Foundation Recovery Systems to anyone dealing with crawl space or basement moisture problems.

Adam came by and went above and beyond to investigate the crawlspace. He was exceptionally thorough with his assessment and was detailed in his explanation. Adam communicated that since he was not able to fully assess the foundation, because of limited access, he would not give me a proposal for a solution he wasn't sure would remediate any discovered issues. I plan to have him and the FRS team back out as soon as I make the corrective action he recommended.

Field Inspector Jason Carte did a fabulous, detailed presentation on our major concern plus an area I did not even notice. He was professional in appearance, very knowledgeable about the business and process and polite. Jason answered all our questions and tried to make a sale that day (July 13th I believe). Only reason he did not make a sale, wasn’t because of something he didn’t do but because we are wanting a third business quote and that is coming on the 20th.
