Davis was prompt and friendly during my yearly inspection..he listened to me and answered all my questions with professionalism and kindness. I felt like there was no question he wouldn't answer and I didn't worry if I worded my questions wrongly, he knew what I was talking about. He didn't push extra services on me and he used his time well. I feel safer about my foundation after his work . Highly recommended. Thank you, Davis!

I highly recommend Scott Cisco! As soon as he left our house I knew I wanted to leave him a personal review and a company review. Scott was very kind, thorough, and he gained my trust quickly at his initial appointment. He listened to everything I had to say, did his own careful assessment, and didn’t come off as salesy – I felt as if I was talking with a neighbor or friend. You can tell he has your best interest at heart in his recommendations. I would trust his recommendations with my home time and time again, and I’ll be recommending him to anyone I know who needs foundation/waterproofing services. In addition, I really love how Foundation Systems Recovery was quick to get us scheduled. Other places I called were booked out for weeks. I called Foundation Systems on a Friday and they were able to get me in on a Monday, which is great when you’re dealing with a stressful water situation. On top of that, they gave me an appt time and Scott was on time, called me when he was on his way AND they have a gps link tracker that allows you to see in real time what the ETA will be – super convenient. I was hesitant to use a big multi-state company over a smaller business, but I’m glad I used Foundation Systems Recovery. Again, thank you and thank you Scott!

Armando G. was respectful of my time by first arriving on time for the appointment and showed excellent customer services skills by explaining the reason why water instrusion happens in basements. He was very knowledgeable and very patient when going through the process of not only telling me how the issue will be best resolved with the waterproofing and sump pump system, but also answering my questions. I recommend having Armando G. working for Foundation recovery because he has mastered the necessary skills to test your basement issues and offers the best solution. I had Ryan, Chris, and Brandon complete my intellbrace install today. These gentleman were very thorough explaining when they would be arriving, went over the work they would be doing, communicated any issues that came up and resolved them immediately then went over all of the work they completed before they left. They were very kind and thoughtful and cleaned up as much as they could afterwards (which was pretty darn good). I would definitely recommend this company and this install crew out of Bloomington!!

Timber Shelton our field inspector was at our home this morning. I really need to express how professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable Tim is in his field of work. He thoroughly inspected and answered each one of my questions with perfect answers to my problems. We talked about several scenarios of how to fix my water problem in my finished basement. The original inspection time was supposed to only be 90 minutes but Tim took the extra time to fill my needs with all my questions and solutions. He stayed for approximately 3 hours to help us with our decision with absolutely no sales pressure. Tim has an outstanding personality and truly a professional. Needless to say we came up with a solution and I signed a contract with him to complete the work. I would highly recommend FRS! I had just inherited my home after my dad’s passing, and I was tired of looking at the crack above the kitchen doorway. I knew I would eventually remodel, but after inspecting the crawl space, I discovered the north wall had begun to cave in. This house was built in 1950 by my grandfather, so repairing and preserving it was very important to me. FRS did a great job. One unexpected expense came up after the original quote, but they split the cost of the additional work, and I truly appreciated their fairness and transparency. Their team was professional, respectful, and clearly skilled. I will definitely be calling them back to wrap my crawl space and level the concrete. They helped protect and restore a home that

I recently had basement waterproofing and some foundation slip jacking done because of flooding from three straight days of rain last fall. Jeremy helped get me going on what I needed to ensure there was no further damage. Devan and his crew took less than 2 days to fully seal my basement, install wall bracers and a new sump pump. I then had Trent and Mike help slip jack and even out several spots around my property and it looks and feels amazing. Everything was explained before it was done and any questions I had were immediately answered. Having foundation cracks, sinking and basement damage was an incredibly stressful event but these guys made it feel easy. Absolutely recommend these guys if you need efficient and quick work done on your foundation!
