I was happy with Foundation Recovery Systems from the git-go. Kyle, the initial contact was courteous and professional, not high pressure. The three young men who installed the basement wall braces, Christian, Adam and Eli, were great! They made sure the flooring and steps were covered and protected, were efficient at their work, and cleaned up well after themselves. As a mother and grandmother, I especially appreciated that last item, cleaned up after themselves! 🙂 The braces look great and definitely give me a secure feeling that my basement walls are secure. Had a sidewalk that had sunk too far on the right side making it quite unsafe at the front step. I had a different company out to raise it and they failed but still charged me 3/4 of the cost. I then had Foundation Recovery Systems out and they fixed the problem without issue. My experience was great with FRS!

We had a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems from start to finish. Chet came out for a consultation within just a few days of our call. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. After meeting with him, we scheduled the concrete work and everything went smoothly from there. On the day of the job, they called about a half hour before arriving and showed up right on time. Anthony and Corey did an excellent job. They were very particular about their work, explained everything clearly, and even took the time to educate us while we watched the process. They were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. In today’s world, it sometimes feels like customer service and personal relationships are becoming a thing of the past, but this company truly still values their customers and takes pride in building those relationships. That really stood out to us throughout the entire experience. The finished work looks amazing, and we would highly recommend this company to anyone needing concrete work done!

We were VERY impressed with the quality of the job that Foundation Recovery Systems did. From the very initial inspection (Brandon did an awesome job answering thousands of Qs we had!) to the actual execution of the job (Andy and the crew did a phenomenal job!), everyone was so helping, friendly and professional. And most importantly, we LOVE the outcome of the job. Things remain to be seen after big rainfalls, but we are now confident that sump pump, buried downspouts, and internal drains will work together to fight well against water in the basement. If you want the basement waterproofing job done professionally, quickly, cleanly, we highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!
