Foundation recovery came out almost 2 years ago and installed a subpump and what was needed to block the rain water from entering our new home. I've waited to review the company until now only due to wanting the pump to work and perform its job. We have been 100% satisfied with Nick Mata (tech who drew up the system, while on site) and the workers. We can now rebuild the downstairs and actually enjoy the space for our children. They were not the lowest bid we received for the work nor the most expensive. But with a 100% lifetime warranty and super simple financing they were the best choice. And I'm very confident Nick Mata is the tech you want to request to map out your home when the work is needed. God bless you guys at Foundation recovery. You've saved our home for many years to come!!!

We had cracks in the drywall and had done repairs over the years and they kept coming back seasonally. We decided to get the foundation loomed at and foundation recovery systems sent out Jonathan, he was here for about 2 and half hours and made sense of our situation. Happy we are finally getting the situation taken care of properly.

Foreman Drake, Co-Foreman Kole, and Installer Bryan always called 30 minutes before their arrival, and were always on time. They were very professional, yet cordial in their communications, and the quality of their work was high. Drake and Kole kept me informed of their progress and any changes along the way to meet the goals of the project. And, they cleaned up nicely after the project was complete. I called for a quote because I have sidewalks all around my 1915 home that are in very bad shape and heaving in several places as well as a washed out area of sidewalk that sunk about 5". They came out and gave me a quote within a week. I had questions and the owner came to my home at 8:00 on a Saturday morning to discuss the areas he had included in his proposal. Two days later they came out and did the work. They were on time and did exactly everything that they said they were going to do. I'm very impressed with Chris and Barb at Top Notch. I didn't get Chris's technician's name that came out with him but he seemed friendly and worked hard the entire time as well. I will definitely refer people I know to Top Notch. Very impressed!

Foundation Recovery Systems customer service from start to finish was a 5+ star experience. You are in constant communication via text whether it was for the appointment date/time, text that the inspector was enroute, phone call, you name it. Kevis Estes was our inspector; I had informed him to prior to coming out that I wasn't sure the cracks in our foundation were a serious problem, but something I wanted to address. When Kevin arrived, he was very friendly, offered to take his shoes off (we are a shoeless home), and surveyed the issue. Kevin took a look at the issue presented and was very honest that he didn't believe anything needed to be fixed. This put my mind at ease because most encounters I've had, businesses almost always try and come away with some type of money being spent. This was not the case. Kevin took the time to visit other areas of the basement and outside foundation to ensure no other areas needed attention. Thank you FRS for your time while Ill recommend you to any family or friends in the future. Kevin was GREAT!!!

Corey Billingsley was so nice and explained all options that we had to fix our water issues. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all questions. He explained raising the concrete would be the best option to fix our water leakage issues. I feel like he was very easy to understand and cared about helping us.
