If I could leave more stars I would, the experience my wife and I have had with Foundation Recovery Systems was great. The technician was polite and very respectful, but most importantly David was thorough and made a full walk through of our home and created 2d blue print to walk us through what needs to be taken care of. Hands down great guy and great company

Matthew did a great job in carefully analyzing the problem that I had and took his time in explaining what needed to be done to correct the problem. One thing that I really appreciated is that there was no pressure. My front steps were separating from the house. When the technicians arrived, they went through the process before beginning and did a great job in finishing and cleaning up after the job was completed

I recently purchased a home & found out I had drainage issues on the exterior. I searched companies & Foundation recovery was one that I called. I had a very good experience with Joey McClurg! He told his time to take measurements & gave me a very thorough presentation. He explained everything to me & answered all my questions. I was very confident in his suggestions & knowledge! Unfortunately, I told him I was going to have to put the project on hold for now. I’m single & on a fixed income & really cannot afford it at this time. I would definately recommend Foundation Recovery & Joey!

We had an excellent experience with Cole, Nate, Brian, and Clayton. From the very beginning when Cole met with us to talk about our options, he was very friendly, spoke plainly in a way we could understand, and was genuinely looking out for our best interest. I contacted Cole frequently throughout the whole process with questions or concerns, and he would contact me back quickly and was always able to help me. Cole made the project go smoothly from beginning to end. They did great work in our basement. Nate, the foreman, communicated well with us when questions arose and listened to our thoughts and concerns. We would highly recommend Foundation Recovery.

We had Ken Jordan out to look at some superficial cracks just to be on the safe side. He was prompt, friendly, and honest. He didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need and advised just some simple maintenance and gave our foundation a clean bill of health. Thank you Ken and FRS team! I recommend highly!

Chad Russell was very punctual. Showed up at the scheduled time while what I needed was not an offering of Foundation Recovery systems book of business, Chad showed concern and was eager to assist with what we needed. With his recommendation we hired a separate company to remove mold from our basement. At the time of this writing their task is almost complete. Nate H came out to inspect the piering we had done in 2023 to shore up a garage wall that was settling separately from the rest of the house. He also checked the driveway for issues from the poly that was put under the concrete slabs at the same time. He was professional, efficient, and listened carefully to my complaints and fixed issues with drains that FRS put in last year that we weren’t happy with. I appreciate that he did not try to sell anything additional, just did a great job and left me feeling more confident in what I had purchased.

Overall excellent customer service from our inspection by Nick Hardecke. I was blown away by his professionalism and eye to detail. He definitely knows what he is talking about and does a great job at explaining the whole process of encapsulation and the reasons behind all the different aspects of it. By the time the inspection was complete, I feel as if I have a completely different understanding as to the whats and why's of my crawlspace as a whole. Nick gave me a detailed report that showed me everything going on underneath my home. Amazing experience!
