Ethan Longbine just left here. He is a Service Technician with FRS. He did a great job taking care of a leaky pipe running from my furnace to the sump pit. He also was very helpful in wiping up some water/mildew area's after sealing the pipe. I have to say that FRS customer service is stellar, and I would recommend them to anybody. They are not cheap, but sometimes quality costs. And it is especially good to know how they treat previous customers like me. Because that is what makes "return customers"! Kevin was on time and very genuine. After looking at our crack, he recommended what to do to fix it and didn’t try to sell me anything that was not needed. He gave suggestions upon inspection of the outside of the house but never said we needed service from them. It’s very refreshing to have someone that is honest and not trying to sell you something you don’t need. Highly recommend Kevin from Foundation Recovery Systems!

Our home had several sidewalk sections that had sunk at different rates, leaving uneven edges that were trip hazards. Bryce and Brandon of FRS briefed me on their approach to leveling the walkway. They worked hard and carefully, and their experience showed in how good the sidewalk now looks, with trip hazards eliminated. While the service is not inexpensive, communications, process and work went well, with an end result that was better than I anticipated.

FRS did a super job, taking only two days to excavate, drive pilings and backfill/concrete. Chris Meyer, Brandon Saunders and Brayden VanCleve worked tirelessly to get the foundation repair completed, even though the concrete floor was really tough. We’re glad to have this finished so that we can progress to some needed drywall and door fixes. Thanks, FRS!
