Nick came and did an inspection, then explained what all needed to be done, and wrote up an estimate. Nick was great in all aspects of his job, and we really wanted foundation recovery to do the work, but sorry to say, Nick we really didn't want to put out that kind of money at this time. Nick gets 5 stars, but the overall cost is only reason for the 4 stars. I do say though, you get what you pay for.

I recently purchased a home & found out I had drainage issues on the exterior. I searched companies & Foundation recovery was one that I called. I had a very good experience with Joey McClurg! He told his time to take measurements & gave me a very thorough presentation. He explained everything to me & answered all my questions. I was very confident in his suggestions & knowledge! Unfortunately, I told him I was going to have to put the project on hold for now. I’m single & on a fixed income & really cannot afford it at this time. I would definately recommend Foundation Recovery & Joey!

I recently needed to resolve a water issue in my basement. After requesting a few different companies come out for quotes, Foundation Recovery Systems rose to the top. They determined a waterproofing solution while also finding a major structural issue that needed fixing as soon as possible (that had been overlooked by the previous company). Clifford, the foreman, and his crew, Rylee and Emanuel, were great! Cliff provided clear communication at every step of the job, and he offered multiple solutions when an issue arose. The entire team was beyond respectful, friendly, and committed to doing the best work possible. I was even asked every day if the time frame of the work fit within my schedule and needs. While structural and water issues with a house are stressful, Cliff and the team's words and actions put my mind at ease. I'm very pleased with the results, and I would definitely recommend FRS.

Although we aren’t able to utilize the company due to the type of work needing done. Brad Brookerd came in and did an excellent job at describing and walking me through the issue we have at hand. The free quote process turned out far more beneficial than I imagined. Foundation recovery systems installed Aquastop basement gutter, triple sump pump and downspout extension with yard well, such nice work. It rained yesterday no rain in the basement. Very satisfied. The install by Andrew Brakefield, Andrew Morris and Shawn Kalin was very professional. The work site was clean and the final product was beautiful, neat and they explained how the system worked. 100% satisfied. The concrete has dried and the final city inspection will occur Tue. We'll done.

They drove up with a backhoe to dig in the back yard. My yard is not accessible except thru a small gate. Leo, the crew leader resolved the issue with a different system than what was originally planned and the work was done efficiently in about 5-6 hours. The metal braces look sufficient to support the bowed basement wall and apparently need adjusted periodically to actual correct the bowing. I wasn't aware of this since the original system was different. The crew did a good job and cleaned up well before leaving.

Foundation Recovery Systems customer service from start to finish was a 5+ star experience. You are in constant communication via text whether it was for the appointment date/time, text that the inspector was enroute, phone call, you name it. Kevis Estes was our inspector; I had informed him to prior to coming out that I wasn't sure the cracks in our foundation were a serious problem, but something I wanted to address. When Kevin arrived, he was very friendly, offered to take his shoes off (we are a shoeless home), and surveyed the issue. Kevin took a look at the issue presented and was very honest that he didn't believe anything needed to be fixed. This put my mind at ease because most encounters I've had, businesses almost always try and come away with some type of money being spent. This was not the case. Kevin took the time to visit other areas of the basement and outside foundation to ensure no other areas needed attention. Thank you FRS for your time while Ill recommend you to any family or friends in the future. Kevin was GREAT!!!
