I used Foundation Recovery Systems to do foundation repair for an investment property in Olathe. They were able to straighten one wall and add supports to another. I really appreciated the communication and efficiency. The salesman, Ryan Howard, was great to work with. I appreciate the straight forward process. I spent more money than I wanted to on this project, but I expect the outcome is worth it in the long run.

This is the second time I've used this company. This time was for crawlspace encapsulation including a pump and a dehumidifier. There was a lot of junk under my house that I wasn't aware of that John Murphey and Robert Marquez pulled out. When that week was done, they didn't leave anything in the yard. I crawled around under the house and found the job to be incredibly well done. Everything is sealed up and under control. Robert and Francisco Munoz were just here connecting the pump and plumbing the discharge pipes. Looks clean and well done.

This is a Rock Star group! They proved they know exactly what they are doing! David McDaniel provided an estimate, so professional and polite. Very knowledgeable and took time to fully explain the process needed to fix our concrete issue. Daryn Holder showed up on time and ready to roll! It was like a Maestro and smiling crew. These folks know exactly what they are doing, and they get the problems fixed, all the while with a smile on their face. I will recommend this company to everyone. I had an awesome relationship with Foundation Recovery in the repair/waterproofing/stabilizing of my basement/home!! From the beginning, Doug Y with the home inspection & suggested work to be done to Becky & Neeley for scheduling everything to the actual work done by Cory B, Dakota R, Gaige L & Daryn H they were professional, personable, patient, effective & efficient in all they did for me!! I had at least a million questions for them throughout the entire process & they always acted as if they had all the time in the world & answered them all for me! They finished ahead of schedule & did a super job of cleaning up afterwards. I have to mention that not once with all of the demolition work to my old moldy walls, ground work & such did I ever hear a “discouraging word”. Their language was always respectful & clean!! Not something you get these days!!! I’m very proud to highly recommend Foundation Recovery for any & all of your concrete, home or basement needs!!

I had foundation recovery systems come out for two separate jobs in the last 2-3 years. Overall, I am pleased with the work that was done. There was some hiccups throughout the project, but they had one standout employee, Tanner Wetrich, who kept things on track. Almost 2 years after he completed one of the jobs, I reached back out with a question. He took it on himself to solve the problem and get things figured out. If you plan to have a job completed in the Iowa area, definitely ask for Tanner to be your representative.
