We had an excellent experience with Cole, Nate, Brian, and Clayton. From the very beginning when Cole met with us to talk about our options, he was very friendly, spoke plainly in a way we could understand, and was genuinely looking out for our best interest. I contacted Cole frequently throughout the whole process with questions or concerns, and he would contact me back quickly and was always able to help me. Cole made the project go smoothly from beginning to end. They did great work in our basement. Nate, the foreman, communicated well with us when questions arose and listened to our thoughts and concerns. We would highly recommend Foundation Recovery.

Matthew did a great job in carefully analyzing the problem that I had and took his time in explaining what needed to be done to correct the problem. One thing that I really appreciated is that there was no pressure. My front steps were separating from the house. When the technicians arrived, they went through the process before beginning and did a great job in finishing and cleaning up after the job was completed

My father had passed away 2 wks before the basement flooded. I called FRS and Alfonso was so understanding with my mom during the quoting process. And then this amazing crew arrived. Robert Stuck, Chase Martin, Zach Skaggs….simply wonderful. They worked so hard, in such a short time. The finished product is so beyond my expectations. And the communication between us and the foreman, Robert, was so appreciated. It put my mom at ease, which helped lessen all the stress she has been under since my dad's passing. I’ve had my basement waterproofing by Foundation Recovery Systems for 2 years now. The annual maintenance / check up has been great and the service technicians are very knowledgeable. Most recent service was by Randy Smith and he was very helpful and compared this year’s notes with the notes from past years helping me to better understand the condition of my basement.

I had just purchased a home that had some significant concrete repairs that were needed, both on a patio/walkway and a driveway that had sunk below the garage floor by aproximately 3”. But then Mike and Isaiah came to our rescue. They started at 10am and worked non stop until they finished. Needless to say, they did a phenominal job and i highly recommend this company and especially this team of professionals to complete any job related to lifting concrete or restoring your foundation to its origional standards. I can’t say enough good things about this company and the profesionals that they employ. Thanks again Mike and Isaiah for doing such a great job.

Explained clearly every detail and products that would be used and helped us understand what was the situation with our foundation problems and wasn't deterred that our home is really old but it's our home. Michael Macdonald did a great job inspecting, mapping, photographing, and explaining what was going wrong and work needing to be done to correct the problem with my main beam. He was able to measure to determine if they would be able to do the work from the crawlspace or would have to go through a floor. Fortunately, they have enough access in the crawlspace. We were both very happy about that. He was personable, liked dogs, and had a good sense of humor. His explanations regarding warranties and rechecking alleviated my concerns going forward.

We had a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems from start to finish. Jeremy H did the inspection and was very thorough and listened to all the concerns we had with the foundation. He explained the recommendations and installation process in a way that was very easy to understand and follow. The repairs and installation went very smoothly. The foreman, Gary, and his crew, Luke and James were very professional the entire time. They kept checking in during the process and clearly explained what was going on and what to expect next. They also did a great job cleaning up and making sure everything was good to go before leaving. The communication throughout the whole process was fantastic (during the inspection, setting up the install appointment, and during installation) and we always knew what was going on. Highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems for any foundation issues!
