Foundation Recovery System Certified Field Inspector Doug Helfrich set the bar high for foundation inspectors. I called 2 other companies out to my Mom’s house to inspect her foundation due to a couple of cracks and a small puddle of water on the slab floor from the water main & basement spigot in the foundation’s front stem wall, and got 2 bids. Then came Doug..!! Doug throughly inspected the whole basement, from all 4 stem walls to the foundation slab floor. Doug is a professional, he’s extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in detail from small cracks inn the slab to the water leaking in from the front slab spigot, to things to keep an eye on, and/or future repairs that ‘may be needed’. What started out as a call that I expected to get another foundation quote for $10,000.00 – $15,000.00 turned out to be only a $200.00 fix to repack and reseal the water main & spigot in the front stem wall. Mom’s foundation was still solid. Talk about good news stress relief … if you need Foundation Repair this is the ONLY company to trust & call: FOUNDATION RECOVERY SYSTEMS & ask them to send Doug Helfrich…!! Recently we had Foundation Recovery Systems come out and do some work in our basement. The guys did an amazing job! Our basement looks fantastic and not a drop of water has come in since! Chris, Cliff and Zion were the crew that came out and they were professional, quick and extremely easy to work with. They took care to pick-up the construction mess and their communication was fantastic. The project even got done faster than expected. I appreciate the work they put in and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Adam, Devon, and Puden installed a support system in my crawl space today. They were on time, polite, considerate, and cleaned up. They explained the process again to me and got to work. They laid plastic to cover my floors and the stairs and cleaned up when they were done. I feel safer in my home now and would like to thank them for their hard work. Kevin Macdonald came out to examine the issues we were having with water leaking into our basement. He was outstanding and I am very grateful he was our field inspector. Kevin genuinely loves his job and is passionate about all the different factors that go into foundation and water problems, even explaining the geology of our home and what was surrounding the foundation. He is highly outgoing and took the time to break down everything from the technical process to resolve the issue, to why everything was priced the way it was. Kevin explained things other companies did not even touch on, such as what type of foundation we have (monolithic) and why that meant they would have to go a different route than most repairs on newer foundations. Once Kevin left, I felt more confident and educated to make a decision on whether to fix the issue or move a different direction, as we all know these repairs are not cheap. Thank you, Kevin! Highly recommend him to anyone needing a quote or inspection.

The walls they have repaired are stabilized and have remained stabilized.

We scheduled an appointment to inspect our house, knowing there were problems. Darell arrived and took the time to do everything necessary to identify the problem. He was very professional and explained in detail what was going on. His experience and manner convinced us to repair the house with FRS ( also th voice time guarantee). Alex was our foreman, and he also did an incredible job with the repairs. They finished on time and in the proper manner, and were always friendly. Thank you!

Foundation recovery systems installed Aquastop basement gutter, triple sump pump and downspout extension with yard well, such nice work. It rained yesterday no rain in the basement. Very satisfied. The install by Andrew Brakefield, Andrew Morris and Shawn Kalin was very professional. The work site was clean and the final product was beautiful, neat and they explained how the system worked. 100% satisfied. The concrete has dried and the final city inspection will occur Tue. We'll done.

I cannot praise this company and, especially Ed Macdonald, enough! Ed saved me from buying a house that would have cost me a fortune to fix up. He sent me a detailed report of the repairs that would have to be implemented, including tearing off the enclosed back porch which the owner had listed as a bedroom and porch. I would have ended up with a one bedroom house and $40,000 in foundation repairs. Thanks to Ed I bought a different house which I was sure needed no foundation repairs. Ed offered to come by and check it out. He spent 45 minutes measuring humidity levels in the basement, checking the foundation, and measuring the floors to see if they were level. It was off by 3/4" in the living room and explained what the owners must have done. This is a 100 year old house which I am fine with being a little off. He said the foundation had no problems! It is so refreshing to work with honest people. Ed was so personable and took his time to explain every detail of each house. I feel like I made a new friend. Thank you so much Ed!!!
