Hunter Holmes, inspector for Foundations Recovery Systems was very helpful. He was on time, excellent pre arrival communication. He was cordial while here, offering to wear white booties in the house over his shoes and very polite. Thorough! Spent time educating me and showing me all the options for helping me with my crawl space. Look forward to seeing good quality work! More to follow with the actual work, but the initial inspection and consultation gets 5 stars easily.

My father had passed away 2 wks before the basement flooded. I called FRS and Alfonso was so understanding with my mom during the quoting process. And then this amazing crew arrived. Robert Stuck, Chase Martin, Zach Skaggs….simply wonderful. They worked so hard, in such a short time. The finished product is so beyond my expectations. And the communication between us and the foreman, Robert, was so appreciated. It put my mom at ease, which helped lessen all the stress she has been under since my dad's passing. We had a very large and expensive basement project. Almost 3 dozen piers, anchors to pull walls in and stabilize and bracing; three sump pumps and French drains and watering around the entire perimeter. The estimate was 5 to 6 days. Colton Wise, Kyle Jones and Connor Hayes were the crew assigned to our project. They were a very hard working crew that cooperated in how they did the work and kept working very hard from morning until they went home. They never once just walked off the job at 5:00 and called it a day. They stayed until the aspect of the task was done sometimes after 6:0, because that was what the job required. They were all vey polite and courteous and did a wonderful job cleaning up before they left. Thanks guys for a job well done!!!

Showed up at the scheduled time while what I needed was not an offering of Foundation Recovery systems book of business, Chad showed concern and was eager to assist with what we needed. With his recommendation we hired a separate company to remove mold from our basement. At the time of this writing their task is almost complete.
