It's been a major job repairing my failing foundation walls, and I'm very grateful for the 3 teams from Foundation Recovery Systems who stuck with it and got it done! Nicholas Bartone & crew who started the job and made sure I had the system that would be the best fix (and wouldn't break the bank!). Richard Baird & crew who built and drilled and jacked until it was all level and supported again. And Jeremiah & Jake who filled all the new structures with rock-hard foam so nothing moves (and left the place cleaner than it was to start with!). It's a huge relief to have this project done, and although it took longer than expected due to freezing weather and a change in project scope, I would still highly recommend working with this company. Great communication through all stages, no high pressure sales, and detailed explanation about the process throughout.

Foundation recovery came out almost 2 years ago and installed a subpump and what was needed to block the rain water from entering our new home. I've waited to review the company until now only due to wanting the pump to work and perform its job. We have been 100% satisfied with Nick Mata (tech who drew up the system, while on site) and the workers. We can now rebuild the downstairs and actually enjoy the space for our children. They were not the lowest bid we received for the work nor the most expensive. But with a 100% lifetime warranty and super simple financing they were the best choice. And I'm very confident Nick Mata is the tech you want to request to map out your home when the work is needed. God bless you guys at Foundation recovery. You've saved our home for many years to come!!!

Travis Drake came by to look at my foundation. He walked me through every step of the process and how he was determining if there was an issue. He made sure I understood what was happening. He was very upfront that the foundation issues weren’t a major problem but something to watch and see if it gets worse. I had MAJOR work done by FRS. Two 1000+ square-foot crawlspaces required full drainage systems, support structuring, wood replacement, and encapsulation. Also had foam injections into very large pool patio to level concrete as well as installing channel drain into said patio. Just thought I'd get that out there to give context to below review.Prompt response to request for information, detailed quotes and analysis, fair and easy financing, they show up and they communicate throughout, they inform you of additional things that come up on the job you may want to address, and if you are concerned about it their crews speak your language and can deal directly with you. Also affordable maintenance plans to ensure their system stays in top shape or to address any unlikely issues. FRS was definitely not the least expensive option, but after dealing with many contractors they were worth every penny for the aforementioned reasons. Time will tell if I need to use any warranties and how they handle that agreement; but after looking at the work product I don't think I will have to.

Matthew was my Sales Rep. He did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and my daughter. Dan, Francisco, and Owen were the team that did the restoration on my basement. The guys were wonderful. They were all very well informed and kept me in the loop of how things would work while they were on-site. Dan was a great foreman. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Cisco made a special trip to my house to replace a piece that had broken so that the job would be completed when they said it would be. All of the staff was very respectful of the rest of my property and you can't hardly tell that thet did 2 – 25ft trenches in my front yard. I just want to thank all of you for helping me during this difficult time and making it easy. Will recommend you to everyone.

I can't recommend Justin Sheehan at Foundation Recovery Systems highly enough. From start to finish, his thoroughness set him apart. During his inspection he caught a piece of concrete that other companies completely missed — something that could have become a real problem down the road. That kind of attention to detail tells you everything about how someone approaches their work. His write-up of the project was just as careful and clear, and I never felt rushed or upsold. If you want someone who actually takes the time to do it right, ask for Justin.

I had my entire crawlspace encapsulated, new sump pump, and a dehumidifier installed last year. I had my annual maintenance inspection yesterday with Inspector Cory Guerra and had an amazing experience. He showed up on time, was very professional, asked relevant questions, and got to work. He took his time to ensure a complete and thorough job was done, which I really appreciated. He checked on a concern I had with precision and expert knowledge. I wouldn't want it to go any way else with anyone else, to be honest.
